Outstanding service.

From the moment they arrived to give us a quote for the job they were friendly, professional and easy to talk to. We didn't have any idea what to expect. Our quote was excellent compared to others and the actual service was outstanding, they were quick, careful and efficient. It was lovely to be able to talk to them, felt like we were in safe hands. Very hardworking, patient and professional throughout, they made the whole process run very smoothly.

Removals.

Removals and storers ltd moved me from upminster essex to upminster essex and although it was only a short distance i was very pleased with the service this company gave me it made a stressful day go by without any problems. I moved from a four bedroom house and they supplied me with a seventeen and half ton lorry with four men who cleared my whole house and garden sheds. I would definitely recommend this company for your removal.

Removers & Storers.

Overall a great experience from this Company with the guys they sent on the day - they made a stressy day much more bearable.
The delivered what they promised, undertaking our relocation with professional enthusiasm and good humour.
Beds / wardrobes / etc were all handled with care and whilst we have not fully unpacked as yet, I have not found any breakages or damage to furnature.
A good job, completed by a good team. Thank you.

Rude & dishonest management team.

I used this firm for my move from Essex to Berkshire and having had a survey to assess what had to be collected, the management sent a truck which was too small to take all my cargo. Having made many calls to the management, to see what options were available to get everything, he asked his team to offload the van if I wasn't happy as he claimed he never got estimates wrong. His approach was more money driven with little focus on the customer or any consideration for alternatives. I had to seek alternative arrangements to move my left over boxes at my own expense having fully paid this company for the entire trip. Sad thing is the delivery team did their best to help and get as much as they could contrary to the manager who was rude, arrogant and very money driven. I certainly would not recommend this company to anyone for any removals. Beware!!

Great Moving experience.

At what is a stressful time we can't ️thank Removers and Storers enough for making the process as smooth and easy as possible. Fantastic attitude to work and couldn't do enough for us. Really good value for money as well. Only difference we would make next time is to get them to move the whole house rather than just the furniture pieces. Will use again and will recommend to all.

Superb service at a good price.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Price was very competitive, office staff extremely helpful, came to view my contents to enable them to provide an accurate quote and adequate boxes (which amazingly they did), Removal men themselves, professional, hard working & managed to get some difficult furniture out of my old property and into my new. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would 100% recommend to family and friends. Fantastic.

Move within the same village.

It started well with a good quote. The company rang a day or so before to ensure all was well for the day. They arrived on time and the removal team packed, loaded the vehicle, moved us and unloaded at the other end without a hitch. They were brilliant, cheerful and so hardworking. Always checking with us that we were happy with how they were doing. All the boxes were marked with contents and the designated rooms . Made what could be a stressful day very manageable. Great team and have no hesitation in recommending them.

The guys (chaz and matt?) that arrived were amazing! utterly relaxed hilariously funny and completely calmed my stress of moving. They were so professional and really kind and polite!! I was surprised how quickly and efficiently the move took place and as I was on my own and moving can be quite daunting they made me feel totally at ease. I've moved a lot and never had such a pleasant moving experience I can't thank you guys enough xxx.

Professional, couteous, friendly.

We were delighted with out removal men. They were professional, courteous and friendly throughout, worked incredibly quickly and advised us if there were any problems, e.g. when taking down our wardrobe, they said there was some damage and they may not be able to reconstruct it at the other end, which turned out to be the case. My only criticisms are that we'd been quoted for a two day move but the men tried to cram it into one. Having said that, they stopped at 9:00 pm when we told them we were too tired for them to do more. In addition I wish the assessor had been more realistic about the difficulties of taking down and reconstructing flat pack furniture. But all in all this was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this company.

House move.

A very disappointing service, we found the company to be poor and badly organised, it started out ok with arrangements for the surveyor to visit and discuss the logistics of the move, we were living in the Surrey hills surrounded by rees and where the roads are narrow lanes we discussed with the surveyor the possible need to use smaller Luton vans rather than a massive removal van and what happens, 4 men turn up late at our front door with tnoremoval van which was stuckunder a tree up the lane and supposedly could not get down, although we had a number of neighbour s who had to drive around the van and could not understand why it was stuck ? Anyway the guys got on to head office and about2 hours later Chris in a Luton van arrived, well thank goodness for Chris he got all the other blokes moving and took time to explain to us what they were going to do as by this time we were beginning to lose patience and the whole episode was becoming very stressful especially so when my wife politely suggested they could move the van and was met by a torrent of abuse and screaming and shouting and threats of you will be lucky to move at all, anyway Chris calmed everybody down and they set to in loading the Luton, which they then drove to the 18tonnervan and off loaded from one to the other , in essence double handling all the furniture, we also had some furniture in storage elsewhere some of which needed to be collected and taken to our new house, I had discussed this with the surveyor and was advised that removers and storers would arrange this with the storage company, which they didn't try to do until the morning of the move suggesting that somehow it was my responsibility to have arranged all this consequently they did not collect from the storage company and we were without certain items for a few days, removers and storers did however offer to vcollect these items at another date and additional cost despite my belief that this was a service that I had already paid for and a problem not of my making, theirlack of an efficient internal communcommunications system being the problem, they did eventually offer to complete the work at a discounted price but to dates that were not acceptable, eventually I got the work done by another company at less than removers and storers discounted rate and to dates that were acceptable, in truth removers and storers were our second choice company, unfortunately our first choice were unable to complete the move on the dates required, I wish I had read some of the previous reviews I might have changed my mind, in the end though they completed the job and got us moved in on the day we required but it was far more stressful than it needed to be I have moved house8 times over the years and this was the worst experience of removal companies I have had.fortunately it was not raining.nothing was stolen or damaged although the sky tv cables have not yet turned up,.

Fantastic.

Two removal men turned up on time, happy and ready to work, they worked very hard and were very cheerful and friendly, they did everything for us, didn't have to lift a finger ( im 37 weeks pregnant and my husband is disabled). when we had a few problems they were happy to stop and help solve the problems that were not even anything to do with their job. Will be happy to recomend to everyone that we know. Thank you.

Professional and quick. Nice chaps who were cheery and cracked on. Only complaint would be them arriving early causing a bit of a rush. Added a little extra stress to the day but we did have everything unpacked at the new place by 12 so that's good.

Highly recommend - we had a team of 3 for house removal and they were so professional and polite - everything was moved well ahead of time - to the right rooms and with care. The team were then very patient awaiting our new keys and jumped into action straight away once we got them. We were really impressed and so thankful.
