The company came out as the cheapest of three quotes but also the most professional on their approach at the quoting stage. The communication after this was great and the way you can add and take away items for your move online is a good touch. On the day of moving the crew called to give us an eta for their arrival. Taylor, Glenn and Brad were a top crew who were polite, friendly and ultimately made our day go extremely smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company and specifically this particular crew who were ace!

I used Removers and Storers Ltd on a previous occasion and returned to them because I was happy enough, though not ecstatic, with my earlier experience. HUGE mistake! Despite getting a fair quote and friendly pre-move communication by phone,I've now ended up with broken,severely damaged or completely missing property, including clothes, costing a couple of hundred pounds, at least. Even garden lights and beer went missing - assumed stolen. We are absolutely disgusted. To make things even worse, their rubbish customer services made promises to rectify the many problems but never did. Their staff on the day even displayed racist and homophobic behaviours. One of them even thought it funny to leave a 'present' in the toilet for whomever was going to move in the vacant property next. The new occupant ultimately contacted us to let us know that some of our belongings were still at the old house. Can it get any worse? Sorry, but I suspect that many of the positive reviews here been written by people who work for this pathetic cowboy company; they are unprofessional, incompetent and even criminal. They should be banned with immediate effect. Please avoid or use them at your peril. Just to be clear, we have moved many times over the years, but this experience with Movers and Storers was the worst. Again, avoid!!

We recently moved with Removers and Storers ltd. The quote was reasonable and seemed fair.
The company are professional and available to answer any queries that arise prior to moving day, they managed to fit us in last minute too.
On our moving day Tony, Aaron, Scott and Adam were particularly hard working and vigilant to help our big day run smoothly. They were very polite and helpful, many thanks to them. We appreciated them trying very hard to get our furniture and belongings exactly where we wanted them once at our new home, nothing was too much for them, fantastic attitude and team work.
We would use this company in the future and recommend to friends and family.
Our move was from Brentwood to Colchester.

Fantastic service from the team - very professional and courteous even when they had a few logistical issues to contend with - like an incredibly heavy table made of old oak beams and the removal van getting blocked in by my neighbour. The team were very patient even though they ended up waiting for a couple of hours whilst I was waiting for the keys to be released. Would definitely recommend Removers and Storers Limited to to others.

I would highly recommend Removers and Storers Ltd. We used them for our recent house move. The communication with the company was clear, professional and not over-the-top. The two chaps who came, Simon and Nabeel, were polite and very efficient. They loaded the van in the pouring rain and, after they had waited all afternoon due to hold ups in the completion of the sale, they unloaded in the dark. I would like to personally commend them both. We had a very positive experience with the company and would definitely recommend them.

Although we an hour late getting started the men made up the time
with an excellent work ethic, can't praise then enough, our move date was changed so often through no fault of the removers but they accommodated us at very short notice.

All throughout the process from the initial phone call to the final removal date they were always in contact never forgetting us while we waited for our sale and purchase to reach it's agonising conclusion!!

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who might need a professional removal company.

Much to my surprise the team arrived 1.5 hours before expected which was actually great! The team of 2 were efficient, hardworking and extremely polite. They allowed us to join them in van for journey. Their care for my things was obvious.
However they did not wrap any items, particularly electronic items, themselves to my surprise. Unfortunately despite my bubblewrap I provided myself, my TV was scratched.
The bottom of some of my clothes boxes were also dirty. I appreciate they have hard job carrying heavy items but I didn't appreciate them not taking their shoes off despite entering professionally cleaned property.
