From the initial quote by Eva, to price adjustment and a last minute change of address but were accommodated by Ivelin and Lubo. We had been very impressed with the team upto this point.

However as the move day was due in a few days, it became apparent that we had not been given enough boxes to pack and we even used our own boxes and black bags. This was not a big deal until the move day came.

On the day, the team arrived on time and were friendly, but it also became apparent that for the work needed, the team was one or 2 people too short. We had asked for a furniture and re-assembly service. The supervisor was the only one who would working on this part of the work. To cut a long story short, the total time for the move which should have been done in 6-8 hours, took nearly 12 hours. This was also with the addtional comments that the boxes were too heavy, we had too much furniture and we should get rid of some of it. Moving is stressful enough without this added commentary throughout the day. We were told the computer and monitor and other furniture would be given protected wrapping to store them in, but no, nothing and some of it was left in the garage and had water damage. This was exhausting, but because the furniture re-assembley was taking so long, no boxes were moved upstairs. Not one. The fridge freezer was not left where we wanted in the kitchen but in the dining room as the supervisor did not want to take the door handles off. The wardrobes were a bit haphazardly placed.

On the plus side at least the 2 guys did fix in the washing machine.

From the office side, they underestimated what was needed in terms of packing materials and manpower, to the supervisor' condescending attitude and stupid commentary throughout the day which was unprofessional, this experience has turned us off and we would never use this company again. We even offered Ivelin the chance to talk about this but he has not called us back.

Word to the wise, double check everything and choose your movers carefully.

Polite, efficient and careful removal company that is excellent value for money. Loaded up contents from a 1st floor 2-bed flat in Beckenham and unloaded at a 2nd floor 2-bed flat in Richmond; would have finished earlier if it hadn't been for delays on the south-circular travelling between the flats. Lubo called the day before to make sure we were ready for them the following morning and was helpful throughout the move, making it as stress-free as possible. Will definitely use these guys again and would recommend them to anyone else.

The crew from Best London Removals are fantastic. They take all the moving hassle, worry and trouble away. They communicate everything along the way so you always know what to expect. We had a move from Gloucestershire to London of a one bedroom apartment. At the destination there was very difficult access causing a sofa bed to be dismantled for entry. On entry, they not only reassembled the sofa bed, but also offered to assemble a bed frame. Nothing was too much for them.  Best London Removals is by far the best and highly recommended.

I have used Best London Removals to move house twice and for client's of mine. In my experience they are always so professional, work efficiently and with care. Our last move was a long day and even at the end of the day they were insisting on doing to job right. They never once made me feel like they were fed up or that they just wanted to get home. They fixed our dining room table which seemed to go back wonky. They made sure all the furniture and boxes were not only in the right room but the correct location in those rooms. So happy with the service and will continue to use them for my clients and recommend them to friends.

Have used these guys 3 times now and can't recommend them highly enough. Excellent service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Used them to move only, and also packing service and they made everything so effortless. We have moved a lot in the last few years and these guys made it painless for us every time we used them. This time we moved from Putney to Maidstone, and then the following week, Liverpool to Maidstone and the guys that moved us were brilliant.

AMAZING!! I was very impressed by the whole experience as I imagined it would be extremely stressful - I couldn't have been more wrong.
I originally booked another removal company whom I cancelled as I lost faith in them which is when I found Best London Removals.  I moved from a 5th floor 2 bedroom flat with no lift to a 2 bedroom 1st floor flat 40mins away.  Ivelin clearly explained the costing and even gave me options on how many men I could use, packaging materials and a rough idea on timing.  I chose to have four movers due to moving out of the 5th floor which was definitely a good decision as it meant they could form a chain on the staircase and didn't tire so easily.  The team arrived on time - 8am and got started straight away.  They were all in company uniforms and made the very difficult task of moving some really awkward items (American size fridge-freezer) down five flights look easy!  By 1pm the van was loaded.
Once we reached the new flat it was much the same, everything was unloaded, furniture was put back together, positioned without fuss and more importantly undamaged.  One bed had to be hoisted over the balcony and again nothing was too much trouble. The entire process was competed by 5.30pm. 
I would highly recommend Best London Removal and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

This company were fabulous. Out of six different companies I contacted they were not only the cheapest but also the quickest replying to my quote request. I also found Ivelin (the gentleman who provided me with the quote) very patient explaining to me every step of the process and breaking down the cost. I had to have my bed taken apart and then remade at my new address and this was done quickly, efficiently and safely. The guys that were working were very friendly, really professional and helpful. The next time I move I will go back to Best London Removals. They were also nearly £100 cheaper than some quotes I received.

We used Best London Removals to move from a 3 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom semi detached house and was given a fixed price. Ivelin, our main point of contact was very helpful and informative during the whole service. The team arrived at the specified time at 9am and had a look around the house to see what needed to be done. Within minutes the team started straight away and within less than an hour, half of our 3 bedroom house was already inside their van! Because of the delay of the estate agents we couldn't get the key to the other house until 3pm so there was a lot of waiting around but neither our faults. By around 6-7pm the other half of the house was all in the new. If it wasn't for the delay of getting hold of the new keys, everything could've been done within 5 hours or less. I must say the entire experience was truly amazing and for a team of 3 they were very quick, professional, friendly and efficient throughout the whole service.
