Highly recommend

Fantastic service from start to finish. The team at Best London Removals handled everything expertly and made what could have been a stressful day feel totally manageable. They were incredibly patient and thoughtful around our young kids, which made a big difference to us. Every box, piece of furniture and awkward item was moved with care and attention — nothing rushed, nothing overlooked. They worked exceptionally hard and were calm, friendly and professional throughout. We’ll be moving again in the not-too-distant future and won’t consider using anyone else. 100% recommended.

Top team for removals

Big thanks to Ivelin and his team from Best London Removals. We relocated to Bucks from London and his team were punctual and carefully prepared and packed our items into their vans. They were able to provide an extra van last minute to accommodate our garden furniture. A long day for his team but were truly professional throughout. Would highly recommend this company.

A Big Letdown.

From the initial quote by Eva, to price adjustment and a last minute change of address but were accommodated by Ivelin and Lubo. We had been very impressed with the team upto this point.

However as the move day was due in a few days, it became apparent that we had not been given enough boxes to pack and we even used our own boxes and black bags. This was not a big deal until the move day came.

On the day, the team arrived on time and were friendly, but it also became apparent that for the work needed, the team was one or 2 people too short. We had asked for a furniture and re-assembly service. The supervisor was the only one who would working on this part of the work. To cut a long story short, the total time for the move which should have been done in 6-8 hours, took nearly 12 hours. This was also with the addtional comments that the boxes were too heavy, we had too much furniture and we should get rid of some of it. Moving is stressful enough without this added commentary throughout the day. We were told the computer and monitor and other furniture would be given protected wrapping to store them in, but no, nothing and some of it was left in the garage and had water damage. This was exhausting, but because the furniture re-assembley was taking so long, no boxes were moved upstairs. Not one. The fridge freezer was not left where we wanted in the kitchen but in the dining room as the supervisor did not want to take the door handles off. The wardrobes were a bit haphazardly placed.

On the plus side at least the 2 guys did fix in the washing machine.

From the office side, they underestimated what was needed in terms of packing materials and manpower, to the supervisor' condescending attitude and stupid commentary throughout the day which was unprofessional, this experience has turned us off and we would never use this company again. We even offered Ivelin the chance to talk about this but he has not called us back.

Word to the wise, double check everything and choose your movers carefully.

Hi Shujon and sorry to hear we haven’t met your expectations.

We did try to call you several times to clarify what made you rate our service negatively after a month of the job's completion but couldn’t get through. we were told by the team you were left satisfied by the move at the end of the job (giving to each of the team member £50, totalling £150, where the total for the job paid to Best London Removals was £650) and are wondering what changed your mind.

The original quote we sent you was for a complete move including all needed packing materials and with an optional packing of boxes service. We agreed to give you a reduced price on your request provided that you agreed to pack some of your clothes in plastic bags instead of boxes. We also agreed to send 3 men with 2 vans as this would reduce the price but increase the time taken for the job which we discussed. Completing the job (3 bedroom apartment on 7th floor with multiple double wardrobes and other furniture items to be dismantled and reassembled) in 6-7 hours would have been possible with more men but this would have increased your price. You didn’t pay extra because your price was fixed regardless of time spent on the job.

We always ask the customer where the items/boxes are to be left in their new home. As your new kitchen didn’t have room for your American fridge, you asked the team to leave it in your dining area, same with some of the items and boxes to be stored in your garage.

Excellent service.

An amazing team with a load of qualities : polite, pay attention at what you want and wish, careful, serious, efficient .. Only one word EXPERT! We are a family of 5 and I appreciated that our move was done without stress. They managed very well. We are used to moving every 2 or 3 years. And sincerely they deserve the name of their company. Without hesitation we recommend them as a friend did it for us and we would use them again.

Fantastic

In November 2021 we relocated 90 miles from London to the south coast, we hired BestLondonRemovals due to their competitive price and excellent reviews, and true to their name I believe they were the best. I was amazed that they fit all of our belongings in 1 lorry, they were very helpful, caring, efficient and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

First class movers

These guys were phenomenal! They took such good care with all our belongings. Everything was wrapped carefully and handled as though it was precious. They worked hard from the moment they arrived to the time they left. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Philip was our team leader and he runs a really tight but good humoured team.

Polite, efficient and careful removal company that is excellent value for money. Loaded up contents from a 1st floor 2-bed flat in Beckenham and unloaded at a 2nd floor 2-bed flat in Richmond; would have finished earlier if it hadn't been for delays on the south-circular travelling between the flats. Lubo called the day before to make sure we were ready for them the following morning and was helpful throughout the move, making it as stress-free as possible. Will definitely use these guys again and would recommend them to anyone else.
