Great move from South London!

The Safe Removals team were brilliant and never looked like they were tiring. The move was done in record time and all our valuables remained intact. The part packing service is worth paying a little extra for as they do a good job labelling everything. We had a very tricky and expensive recliner which was expertly handled to our new abode. I would have no hesitation in recommending Safe removals for anyone looking for expert movers to take care of everything.

Brilliant moving service!

A brilliant service! I would not hesitate to recommend Safe Removals to anyone looking to move. They turned up on time, worked incredibly quickly but with care and were very reasonable in price! We also found them to be very patient and willing to get very large items into awkward spots. They are also experts in dismantling and re-assembling voluminous furniture. We wish we had used them in the past and saved.

Great packing and removal service!

We have used a couple of removal companies in the last ten years and Safe Removals are by far the best experience. They communicated well throughout to keep us informed even on the moving day. They arrived dead on time and did the packing we had paid for. I strongly recommend getting their packing services as pack very carefully and label everything which made it easier to allocate items in the new house. .

Bailed on us on the day!

We have used Safe Removals for our move about 4 years ago and were quite happy back then, so decided to use them again this time. We wanted packing & move. First slight issue was when they were supposed to deliver the boxes - they postponed it several times, then delivered only some of the boxes, the rest even later. Also never went to have a look at how much stuff we had, despite us asking them - told us they know how much a 2 bed house takes - ok. Our move was scheduled for Saturday 1st Feb 9am. Friday evening we found a voicemail asking if we could reschedule - our tenancy was endind that weekend, so we called back and said we needed to move on Saturday. They asked if they can come in the afternoon instead - we said they told us it's an 8 plus hour job and that we have a small child and can't move till late night. In the end they told us they will come in the morning as originally planned. On the day of the move at around 8am we got a text saying that they're not coming! That was 1 hour before they were supposed to start the move! We tried to get hold of other movers, but since it was obviously so late and weekends are very busy, in the end we had to rearrange our checkout, cleaning and all and move on Monday - very lucky we had a nice landlady that allowed us to do that! I don't know what happened at Safe removals in the last 4 years, but they obviously have trouble with organization, this kind of thing is unacceptable in my opinion.

A stress free move.

We wanted to move from our two bed flat from Edgware to a three bed house in Finchley.  A friend of ours told us about Safe Removals and we decided to give them a try after not getting a very good experience with another company in the past. I contacted them by phone and they quoted us based on the volume and distance. They contacted us on the day of the move and turned up on time. The move itself was handled professionally with expert packing and labelling. I found the experience to be stress-free and smooth. .

A well-deserved reputation!

We were looking for a reputable moving firm and heard some good things about Safe Removals so decided to give them a try. Priceless work ethic & attitude.

They arrived on time and managed to clear our two bedroom flat in less than two hours. They managed to dismantle and reassemble a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and 50 inch flat screen TV. They went about doing what they know best and everything was packed and moved to our new house. They were very cheerful throughout and it is hard to put a price on that. They were value for money and I would use them gain without hesitation.

Hassle free move from London.

Safe removals took the hassle out of the moving by not only constantly communicating and updating us but they were also bang on time and well coordinated in their work. Very good service - no breakages.

We moved from a 2 bed flat, but had a lot of furniture as we had an attic as well.  In the end we needed to do two trips to move all of the furniture.  The flat we were moving from was on the third floor with no lifts (i.e. 6 flights of stairs).  A lot of our furniture is solid oak so is very heavy.  However the removal team dealt with it with no complaints, and no breakages or damage. As some of our furniture did not fit into the lifts at the other end, the removal team had to carry some of the larger and so heavier items of furniture up the steps at the other end as well – again with no complaints or damage.

Both my husband and I (and my father who was also there) were really impressed with the hard work and professionalism of the team, who were also very trustworthy. They worked for over 10 hours and were very careful with all of our furniture, packaging it thoroughly before loading it into their van. The only negative was that they were about an hour late arriving. However we do live in central London, and they were due to arrive during rush hour. They more than made up for lost time afterwards with their hard work.

I would recommend safe removals to others, as they are also very competitive with their pricing.

Good service and prompt replies.

The service we received from Safe Removals was good. We got prompt replies and could make arrangements within an hour. I arranged for a van to pick up the goods at a specified date and time and they arrived on time and fully prepared. They answered all phone call and address our concerns concisely. Presentable, polite and professional.

We found Safe removals to be a very presentable, polite and professional company. They provided three men and a large van to move our two bedroom flat from East to West London at a very reasonable rate. They were careful to pack items safely and put covers on items like mattresses and sofa sets. Everything arrived intact and no scratch which is always a major relief after a move. All in all I found their service to be excellent and would not hesitate to recommend them here.

Totally unprofessional.

I called and arranged a removal with Safe Removals. On the removal date they did not show up after having told me many times that they were late but coming. The person I was in contact to did not answer to the phone, nor provided any help or information. I lost a whole day waiting with no answer from the Safe Removals contact. I also know of other people who have been treated the same way. Unfortunately they give you an appointment but if the job before yours takes longer they do not mind at all and even cancel yours if it's too late. I just filed for a legal action against them with the solicitor as my moving was completely screwed by them and I had to pay as I was unable to move from the old flat. My recommendation is to avoid them at all to be on the safe side. .

Good experience and price.

Overall it was a good experience, the vans are modern and staff were polite. We booked and they moved us in the same week with no problems. I would really recommend their packing and materials – yes you can buy your own materials and do all your packing but they saved us the running around and stress. Their quote was very reasonable and we ended up spending a lot less than the alternative company. Would use again.

From start to finish a really great professional service , I would definately use this company again and recommend to friends.  Arrived on time and managed to pack and unpack everything in the time quoted.    Definately took the stress out of the day which definately deserves a big thank you.  Patrick was very clear in the intial discussion stage and sending through the qoute which was very reasonable considering it included transporting from south east London to Hertfordshire.

Excellent office relocation.

A very proficient team.

I found Safe Removals to be very excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. No job was too big or small.
