Very good service - no breakages.

We moved from a 2 bed flat, but had a lot of furniture as we had an attic as well.  In the end we needed to do two trips to move all of the furniture.  The flat we were moving from was on the third floor with no lifts (i.e. 6 flights of stairs).  A lot of our furniture is solid oak so is very heavy.  However the removal team dealt with it with no complaints, and no breakages or damage. As some of our furniture did not fit into the lifts at the other end, the removal team had to carry some of the larger and so heavier items of furniture up the steps at the other end as well – again with no complaints or damage.

Both my husband and I (and my father who was also there) were really impressed with the hard work and professionalism of the team, who were also very trustworthy. They worked for over 10 hours and were very careful with all of our furniture, packaging it thoroughly before loading it into their van. The only negative was that they were about an hour late arriving. However we do live in central London, and they were due to arrive during rush hour. They more than made up for lost time afterwards with their hard work.

I would recommend safe removals to others, as they are also very competitive with their pricing.

A serious and professional company.

My experience with Safe Removals is that they are a serious and professional company who are very knowledgeable about their industry. We have used them on a number of occasions for moving and delivering parcels and they recently helped us move offices from North London to central London. Excellent service and promptness.

I have moved three times over the last 20 years and these guys are definitely excellent at their work. They gave excellent communication service from booking to arrival. Alex and his team were prompt, careful and very pleasant people. They are extremely hard working and conscientious. They also know what to do pack things and dismantle large furniture and beds. Good service and prompt replies.

The service we received from Safe Removals was good. We got prompt replies and could make arrangements within an hour. I arranged for a van to pick up the goods at a specified date and time and they arrived on time and fully prepared. They answered all phone call and address our concerns concisely. We were relieved to see our glassware and paintings arrived intact and without a scratch. I recommend Safe Removals as they are polite and professional.

Presentable, polite and professional.

We found Safe removals to be a very presentable, polite and professional company. They provided three men and a large van to move our two bedroom flat from East to West London at a very reasonable rate. They were careful to pack items safely and put covers on items like mattresses and sofa sets. Everything arrived intact and no scratch which is always a major relief after a move. All in all I found their service to be excellent and would not hesitate to recommend them here.

Totally unprofessional.

I called and arranged a removal with Safe Removals. On the removal date they did not show up after having told me many times that they were late but coming. The person I was in contact to did not answer to the phone, nor provided any help or information. I lost a whole day waiting with no answer from the Safe Removals contact. I also know of other people who have been treated the same way. Unfortunately they give you an appointment but if the job before yours takes longer they do not mind at all and even cancel yours if it's too late. I just filed for a legal action against them with the solicitor as my moving was completely screwed by them and I had to pay as I was unable to move from the old flat. My recommendation is to avoid them at all to be on the safe side. .

Good experience and price.

Overall it was a good experience, the vans are modern and staff were polite. We booked and they moved us in the same week with no problems. I would really recommend their packing and materials – yes you can buy your own materials and do all your packing but they saved us the running around and stress. Their quote was very reasonable and we ended up spending a lot less than the alternative company. Would use again.

Great removal company.

From start to finish a really great professional service , I would definately use this company again and recommend to friends.  Arrived on time and managed to pack and unpack everything in the time quoted.    Definately took the stress out of the day which definately deserves a big thank you.  Patrick was very clear in the intial discussion stage and sending through the qoute which was very reasonable considering it included transporting from south east London to Hertfordshire.

Excellent office relocation.

I recently used Safe removals to relocate our office to brand new premises. A very proficient team.

I found Safe Removals to be very excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. No job was too big or small. They hoisted all the furniture up and down our staircase efficiently and were extremely careful. They work very hard and were also polite and friendly. Great company to move with.

They moved our three bedroom house in a quick and easy fashion within two hours. Their rates were very reasonable compared to similar quotes we had received. Brilliant move to Surrey.

It was our first time to use a removal company so we were a bit weary and did not know what to expect. We were unsure how many personnel would be needed and how long it would take. Alex and the team answered all our queries and even agreed to pop round for a free survey before the quote. In the end we got a very reasonable price which included a large Luton van and three movers and packers. The move itself took just three hours and all the personnel were very helpful and professional in their work.

Quickly moved into my new flat.

I hired the safe removals team last month to move all of my stuff from my parents house to my new flat.Arranging the pick up was quick and easy just one call and it was booked, the guys turned up on time with a huge van that could have easily fitted my stuff two times over.I didn't have to do much on the day just told the guys what items where to go and they did all the loading and the same at my new place the guys did all the work and I just told them where I wanted stuff.Really good service and friendly staff I felt like I got good value for money.

Safe removals - a very safe choice!!

We used Safe removals last week to move into our new home. We were literally moving from a flat to a house around the corner. Unfortuantely due to my bad planning I booked the removals for the afternoon thinking we would have enough time however the van was about an hour delayed getting to us (London traffic issues!). I thought this would all be fine however when they arrived it became evident that the sheer volume of our stuff would not fit into the van they had. It was huge and I think would normally have been fine for a flat but we perhaps had underestimated our STUFF.  Anyway - the guys were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! They worked like machines, so hard working and efficient. We finally got everything into the new house and they were working solidly until 11pm, we did two trips as we were literally around the corner but if you are unsure about the amount of stuff you have it may be worth checking with them as I think we might have needed two vans or one bigger in hindsight! I thought they were amazing though and have already recommended them to our friends who are all moving in the next few months. Professional and efficient.

A team of three turned up from Safe Removals with a large Luton van at the agreed time. They worked tirelessly and professionally to ensure every item was picked, wrapped boxed or dismantled before loading everything into the van. They performed a full packing, unpacking, dismantling and reassembly with relative ease and speed. They obviously know what they are doing and are good at it. We were in our new home in good time and nothing was broken or scratched. All in all it was a good job at a competitive rate so I am very happy with the service.

Good experience with no hitches.

Good communication.

A very organised Company.

Professional, hardworking and conscientious.

I have some expensive gadgets so I was glad to see the level of care they take in wrapping stuff prior to moving it to the van. They were also conscientious in carefully dismantling stands and furniture equipment which took time but was all within the quote. It is my first time to use a moving company but I would use them again.  They are a professional company with friendly and hardworking staff. .
