The office processed my booking and confirmed the details the next morning. On the moving day movers arrived on time and completed our office removals within six hours.

The initial experience with Safe Removals was good. I made an online enquiry and was then contacted to ask if an estimator could visit our property to ensure the price quoted was accurate etc. The man arrived and walked around the whole house with myself and my partner and subsequently we were sent a quote a few days later via email which was competitive. I agreed to the price and dates and that is where the problems arose. On the day of the move the van arrived an hour late but this could have been overlooked. On arrival the men began to load the van with our boxes, leaving the furniture until last. Around two and half hours into the loading we were told by one of the men that the van they had was too small and would not accommodate all of our goods. I then got a phone call from the office to ask why there wasn't enough room, strange question for a "professional" removal firm to ask a customer when they have been put and seen the house and its contents. I informed them that actually since the move we had thrown away two sofas and numerous other items so there was in fact, less than when the man came to do the estimate. I was then informed I would have to pay an extra £200.00 for another van which angered me greatly considering this was not my error. Myself and my partner were already short on money and as such couldn't afford to pay this, however the removal company now had half of our belongings in their van and we had to move out that day so were stuck. The office then told me that if I was to pay the total amount including for the extra van I could pay cash in hand to the drivers and they would not charge me VAT which I had no option but to accept. Because we were moving to Devon and had to meet the new landlady at the property we couldn't wait around for another van and so my mother waited at the property with our two your children for the second van which we were told would take around 30 minutes, this was at 11:30, while we set off for Devon. The second van kept getting "stuck in traffic" and despite being told many times over the phone that the van was just around the corner, it didn't arrive until 6pm, meaning my mother was waiting at the house for over 6 hours with two young children. She then informed the men what was to be packed and what was to be left and gave them a set of keys to lock up and put through the letter box and then set off for Devon herself. The first van hat had packed our things arrived at around 9pm at the new property and said they had run out of diesel so I had to drive 30 minutes to the local village to buy them a can of diesel. My mother and the children arrived at around 10 pm and because all the furniture had been left by the first van, we had no beds at all so had to put the children to sleep on our only sofa. The second van arrived at just before 1am the next morning and the guys were in such a rush to unload it they damaged numerous pieces of furniture including a lot of our nursery furniture for our baby which is shortly arriving. The boxes and furniture were dumped for want of a better word in any downstairs room they could find space, I myself had to unload and help carry the heavy items as one of the men couldn't lift anything heavy. The service included for dismantling and reassembling at the new house however all the furniture which has been dismantled was left in the new house that way, including the boys beds which meant they had to sleep on a mattress on the floor in our room and I had to reassemble their beds the next day. We also realised the next day that my partners bedroom dressing table was missing, which was a family antique. I contacted the company the following day to explain how bad the service had gone and that items had been damaged and gone missing and was told they were looking into it and would come back to me. Since then I have sent around 10 emails and made phone calls and been completely ignored. This company has a very professional looking website and customer service initially but when it comes to the actual running of it, it is a shambles, a true micky mouse operation. To provide such a bad service is one thing, but to then completely ignore someone afterward is shameful.

Our experience with saferemovals from the start to finish was excellent. After emailing them for a quote we were surprised to received it the following day other companies took two to three days and were more than happy with the quote. Our emails to them
as the date of our property completion were dealt with by Elizabeth and Anna promptly. On the day of our move the three guys were
very courteous and polite and positioned all of my furniture exactly where I asked to place them.

I was impressed with the level of communication from the Safe Removals team. As soon as we filled in the quotation form we got a phone call to confirm the details and price. Prices were fair and amongst the best for their size and expertise - we did not want to go down the man and van way. They were also on time with moving day which goes a great way to relieve the tension. Their manner was very friendly and everything was outlined from the start so no nasty surprises.They were also very flexible about the moving date and time which was good due to the changing nature of our house move. We moved some items into temporary storage which was not a problem with the driver.
The moving team was also very friendly, hardworking and well-coordinated by their supervisor. I will have no problem to recommend them to friends and family.

Safe Removals arrived on time and immediately got busy clearing our three bedroomed house from North London to Hertfordshire. Being the first time to move I was a bit nervous, but their communication put me at ease from the start. One of the staff even agreed to pop over to complete the survey so we could make sure we were getting the right service. Their quote was very affordable and there were not nasty surprises afterwards. They did a great job wrapping, boxing and ensuring our valuables are safely protected. We found their rates to be among the best of the removal firms who quoted. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We got a good experience from Safe Removal. We got prompt replies and could make arrangements within an hour. I arranged for a van to pick up the goods at a specified date and time and they arrived on time and fully prepared. They answered all phone call and addressed our concerns concisely. I have to say (having priced around numerous companies) that Safe removals is an extremely reasonable service. They were so reasonably priced and the level of service I received was second to none. Patrick was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble! We were relieved to see our glassware and paintings arrived intact and without a scratch. I recommend Safe Removals!

We needed to move from East to North London and I did not know much about man and van. I checked with other moving companies and, though not the cheapest, some were asking for a lot more than your price. Access to the flat was quite difficult so thanks for struggling with my recliner. I couldn't have asked for more. Moving day was handled with great care and good communication and all went smoothly to the point of unpacking and assembling furniture in our new home. You came out at short notice, were very fast and efficient and reasonably priced I will refer you to my friends and relatives.

We needed a removal company that was professional, efficient and considerate of our needs. All these qualities were evident in the job carried out by Safe Removals. They arrived on time and in no time all items were secured and loaded into the trucks.
The guys were very accommodating as upon arrival at our new property the previous owner had not completely moved out which resulted in the guys having to wait around for a bit. They did so with much patience.

Everything went very smoothly at our new home with the guys unpacking and rebuilding furniture that were broken down. I would recommend with 100% .

We were able to discuss moving details and the office personnel answered all my questions. The moving team were very punctual arriving a little early which enabled us to take packing boxes from them and start packing delicate items. The team was hard working and had all the tools needed to dismantle large items. Everyone was very pleasant and polite which made moving day less stressful. We are happy with the service we received and would use the company again.

The company arrived on time and did a great job moving our three bedroom house from Hornchurch to North London. The team put us at ease with their jolly attitude and obvious experience in relocating. Uprooting and moving to another part of the capital was stressful for the family so we were grateful of the confidence and expertise shown. Apart from the inevitable North Circular traffic delay, everything went to plan and we had a very trouble-free move at reasonable cost. Quite simply, I would use Safe Removals again for the next time I move home. Having taken a number of quotations, Safe Removals had the most reasonable price for the services they offered. The 2 removal men turned up on time on the day and were extremely hard-working. They took great care to ensure that our items were packed safely in the van to avoid damage in transit. They were personable, efficient and receptive. Due to the sheer amount we had hoarded, Safe Removals sent an extra 2 men to ensure timely completion of the move. I highly appreciate their professionalism during the day and look forward to using their services in the future.

I used Safe Removals (a company set up by Polish immigrants) on a couple of occasions before and I expected a very good service for the third time. It was a very big move (3 large vans and 5 man) from our 4 bed house to a destination outside of London. However my experience was absolutely terrible. I would advise to avoid this company regardless of the price they quote you. Instead of 3 large vans we only got 1 which arrived more than 2 hours late. We had nobody available to dismantle the furniture and only 2 small vans with 3 man. Considering that we were moving with an infant and a toddler it was already a very difficult and stressful experience for us. Due to this delay we were significantly behind the schedule and all my new furniture was bashed around to quickly squeeze into smaller vans. When we were heading off to reach the final destination, 2 vans with 3 Polish blokes (who already turned up 2 hours late) decided to go to a pub in Honor Oak (we saw them on the way parked outside). When they eventually arrived 3 hours late we could smell beers miles away. Not only we haven't received a single word of apologies for any of this, instead they decided not to unload the vans until they get fully paid. I was holding two little children crying, having no clothes, beds, any food or means to prepare it, sitting on the floor in an empty house late in the evening whilst they demanded all the money upfront threatening they will drive away. We felt seriously threatened as if they demanded a ransom. We were very scared and felt like victims with no choice. I just could not believe how inhuman these people were. Shocking behaviour from the Polish man! I can only warn other people to avoid becoming a victim of their cruel behaviour.

We had a complicated move, moving from a large 4 bedroom house,full of stuff.We also had not been very well orginised before the move, so most of our house was as we ussually live it, rather than well organised for the move.We wanted to move over a weekend. The guys from safe removals were superb , each day they arrived punctually. They were also very exceptionally well organised, but also very polite and friendly at all times, even when we made what might have seemed odd requests in terms of move order.They were also respevtful of both houses, removing shoes whenever possible before walking on carpets, even though they were carrying large items at some speed. They worked very long to get the work done as requested and didn't complain at all when ammounts to be shifted were more than they expected. We had one exceptionally heavy item of furniture and a fish aquarium, which they managed very professionally. Everything was well wrapped and labelled and we are now unwrapping and unboxing all of our belongings. We chose Safe Removals carefully from other reviews. We got two tenders from reputable companies, which were almost exactly the same, and actually less than I had expected. They didn't quibble and honoured their orginal quote even though I suspect the volume of our stuff was more than they expected. I am therefore delighted to recommend them.

The men from Safe Removals arrived on the dot, got stuck in as soon as the person in charge had got an overview. The worked quickly, had a twenty minute break after several hours. The tackled some difficult plumbing with success, manoeuvred a large wardrobe down the stairs without damaging any thing. At our new place they carried out a few unexpected tasks. I paid extra for these, but although by this time they had been working for about eight hours, they carried on cheerfully. After I had unpacked, I found no damage whatsoever.

They immediately sent an email confirmation and the date was set. Promptly at 8:30, just as scheduled, two movers arrived. They took a quick look around and started loading the truck. They were friendly, courteous, and all around professional. I would recommend Safe Removals to anyone looking to move.
