Just a quick not of thanks to Alex and the gang who moved us yesterday from West Hampstead to Edgware. We went for several quotes for moving services and Safe Removals were cheapest by 15% and they looked professional. You guys are just simply the best at what you do which is great as moving home can be a bit scary for most of us. You’re services are excellent from the online quotation and booking to the professional handling and moving of our precious belongings. Give yourselves a pat on the back for a job well done. I will use you again but hopefully not too soon!

I was advised by a colleague that they got a good moving service from a Safe Removals company so decided to check them out.  We used them for our office relocation from Camden town to Old Street. Generally we found them to be very professional, hardworking and reasonably priced. They went the extra mile in assembling furniture and ensuring all electronics and computers were up and working in our new offices. On Monday we were back in business with furniture and electronics fully functional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company.

I moved from Essex to Kent and overall it was a great moving experience. We had way more stuff than expected and the lead mover (I forgot his name) was very understanding and worked with us to find a solution. We were very happy with the outcome! The items took a little longer to get to us than we hoped due to traffic conditions on the day, but they got the items into our apartment fast and with a smile once they arrived. This is important because we have the staircase from hell! I would definitely use Safe Removals again in the future. .

By far, this was the most professional move I have ever had. Safe Removals crew are extremely professional and make other moving companies look like amateurs. It was a last minute move and not only could they fit me in but they were really professional and very friendly to work with. Not a thing was scratched or broken and they were done sooner than I expected. While some delivery is still pending, this was by far the best, most considerate pick up I have ever had.  I would definitely use them for another move!

I was moving a couple of days ago from Finchley to Harrow, and had no idea about which moving company to use. After doing a ton of research on moving companies, I decided to go with Safe Removals, and am happy to say, that I was very happy with them. Their service was very good. The movers called me 15 minutes before arriving, and arrived exactly on time. They moved the big furniture pieces very carefully out of the old house, and put all smaller items in huge cardboard boxes. They arrived at my new house before I did, and even though I kept them waiting, the guys were very patient with me. Their price are very reasonable. Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly. I was very happy with them and highly recommend them if you're moving.

I found Safe Removals and seriously, so glad I did. They were awesome!! From the beginning, Patrick was so great about answering all my questions and then the team in head office was hilarious and fast, then the Customer Service reps with the delayed truck (which they apologized for and kept me updated) to the moving team. I haven't unpacked all my boxes as I LITERALLY just sat down to write this, but the glasses, my tables and my TVs are in one piece, so I'd say that's a good start. Also -- I thought the price was pretty legit for having 50 items across London. Thanks guys!

We hired Safe Removals to move our apartment from South to North West London. Alex was always available to help me with any questions and/or changes to our move. It was simple and easy to reserve. I moved so many times before and I can say they took good care of the stuff. I moved with no damages and they responded every time I needed an update. I don't think they are the cheapest in the market, but I think their quality is the highest. If you think of moving and you  care about your stuff don't hesitate to give them a call.

We used their local service in the North London Tottenham area. Let's put it this way: if I ever need to move again, Safe Removals will be the only company I call.  Our sales person (Patrick) was super friendly and helpful. The movers were right on schedule and very professional and efficient. Their quote price will seem a little bit expensive, but they have the quality and experience to justify it. Packing yourself can help knock the price down. More importantly, they have none of those mysterious hidden fees. Their local service charges by hour, most likely you will finish ahead of schedule and you will end up paying less than the quoted price (our movers saved us 1.5 hours).  I would recommend them to anyone who needs stress free, reliable and professional moving services.

These guys customer service was excellent. Quote was accurate, no extra charges later. They explained all the charges and were clear how I could save money.. didn't try to oversell extra insurance. I got 2 other quotes (from 1 small and 1 large company) and these guys beat them both by £200.

The guys who picked up were on time.. very professional, clean, and worked very hard taking apart all my furniture (and we have a lot), carrying down 3 flights of stairs - fast and cheerfully. 

We needed extra fast delivery.. infant was going ballistic about being in an empty new apartment. Safe Removals bent over backwards to beat their original estimated delivery date. 

I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Setting up my move with Safe Removals (Patrick was my very helpful assistant) was easy peasy and I got lucky in being able to do it on less that 24-hours notice. The guys came right on time (like, they were supposed to arrive between 3:30 and 4:30 and they were there at 3:29) and were pros to every extent, including parking their MASSIVE truck on one the steepest hills I've ever seen. No joke, it was borderline jackknife situation.  I'd use Safe again in a heartbeat.

From start to finish they were very professional, overly courteous and friendly to make sure every part of your move is done smoothly. Patrick was the office person we spoke to on the phone to get things started and he always sounded like he had your best interest in mind. The guy "John" and the 2 other movers (who deserves huge amount of recognition) also made sure our time was valuable and didn't waste any time moving. 

I also give them 5 Stars because we did have an incident with another "5 Star" moving company that really was a "1 Star".  So when I say that Safe Removals deserves 5 Stars..we truly mean it. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Marius, Konrad and the team have performed our move yesterday from High Street Kensington to Walham Grove.I must say they have achieved a tremendous job despite some last minute constraints and some discrepancies in the communication between Patrick and them. They have been very dedicated, very friendly and professional. Safe Removal was recommended to me by Stefan Hascoet and I can assure you I will recommend them in return after the great service of Marius, Konrad and his crew.

On the whole we were pleased with Safe Removals. They were almost 45 mins late on the day of removal and didn't call ahead to notify us. They also didn't finish the job properly, when we went back to the flat we were moving from there was a lot unfinished. We called Head Office who were very apologetic and got it sorted, they came back the next day and finished everything off. The way the resolved it earnt them brownie points but it was a shame that we had to call and complain. They are value for money but worth checking off the work before they leave, which we didn't do.

These guys were great! really friendly throughout the entire move and despite the traffic they managed to complete the move in the time quoted and no sense of timewasting. They took very special care to wrap up a glass dressing table of mine. There was no damage to any of my items. My only tiny counter-comment is that they came 45 minutes early as they were not informed of their start time of 10:30am (not their fault). It just so happened that this worked out really well for us in terms of getting on the road early to get unpacking sooner. They did offer to come back for 10:30am but we had done a fair bit in the morning so were ready for them to start. I am only mentioning this as coming earlier than booked may not be ideal for some people so best just to be clear on your preferred start time when booking.

Brett who was very friendly and knowledgeable did office visit at convenient time.
Safe removals emailed us with a competitive QUOTE AS WELL as advice about our office relocation.
The office processed my booking and confirmed the details the next morning. On the moving day movers arrived on time and completed our office removals within six hours.

I was really impressed by how easy it was to move with this company. They helped me with packing, delivered all the materials I needed, and the guys who moved my stuff were so friendly and professional!

Also communication with their office - great job! They kept me informed about every single step and replied instantly for all my questions and doubts.

I wish I knew before that it's going to be so easy, cause I was really nervous about this move - totally unnecessarily :).

The initial experience with Safe Removals was good. I made an online enquiry and was then contacted to ask if an estimator could visit our property to ensure the price quoted was accurate etc. The man arrived and walked around the whole house with myself and my partner and subsequently we were sent a quote a few days later via email which was competitive. I agreed to the price and dates and that is where the problems arose. On the day of the move the van arrived an hour late but this could have been overlooked. On arrival the men began to load the van with our boxes, leaving the furniture until last. Around two and half hours into the loading we were told by one of the men that the van they had was too small and would not accommodate all of our goods. I then got a phone call from the office to ask why there wasn't enough room, strange question for a "professional" removal firm to ask a customer when they have been put and seen the house and its contents. I informed them that actually since the move we had thrown away two sofas and numerous other items so there was in fact, less than when the man came to do the estimate. I was then informed I would have to pay an extra £200.00 for another van which angered me greatly considering this was not my error. Myself and my partner were already short on money and as such couldn't afford to pay this, however the removal company now had half of our belongings in their van and we had to move out that day so were stuck. The office then told me that if I was to pay the total amount including for the extra van I could pay cash in hand to the drivers and they would not charge me VAT which I had no option but to accept. Because we were moving to Devon and had to meet the new landlady at the property we couldn't wait around for another van and so my mother waited at the property with our two your children for the second van which we were told would take around 30 minutes, this was at 11:30, while we set off for Devon. The second van kept getting "stuck in traffic" and despite being told many times over the phone that the van was just around the corner, it didn't arrive until 6pm, meaning my mother was waiting at the house for over 6 hours with two young children. She then informed the men what was to be packed and what was to be left and gave them a set of keys to lock up and put through the letter box and then set off for Devon herself. The first van hat had packed our things arrived at around 9pm at the new property and said they had run out of diesel so I had to drive 30 minutes to the local village to buy them a can of diesel. My mother and the children arrived at around 10 pm and because all the furniture had been left by the first van, we had no beds at all so had to put the children to sleep on our only sofa. The second van arrived at just before 1am the next morning and the guys were in such a rush to unload it they damaged numerous pieces of furniture including a lot of our nursery furniture for our baby which is shortly arriving. The boxes and furniture were dumped for want of a better word in any downstairs room they could find space, I myself had to unload and help carry the heavy items as one of the men couldn't lift anything heavy. The service included for dismantling and reassembling at the new house however all the furniture which has been dismantled was left in the new house that way, including the boys beds which meant they had to sleep on a mattress on the floor in our room and I had to reassemble their beds the next day. We also realised the next day that my partners bedroom dressing table was missing, which was a family antique. I contacted the company the following day to explain how bad the service had gone and that items had been damaged and gone missing and was told they were looking into it and would come back to me. Since then I have sent around 10 emails and made phone calls and been completely ignored. This company has a very professional looking website and customer service initially but when it comes to the actual running of it, it is a shambles, a true micky mouse operation. To provide such a bad service is one thing, but to then completely ignore someone afterward is shameful.

Our experience with saferemovals from the start to finish was excellent. After emailing them for a quote we were surprised to received it the following day other companies took two to three days and were more than happy with the quote. Our emails to them
as the date of our property completion were dealt with by Elizabeth and Anna promptly. On the day of our move the three guys were
very courteous and polite and positioned all of my furniture exactly where I asked to place them.

I was impressed with the level of communication from the Safe Removals team. As soon as we filled in the quotation form we got a phone call to confirm the details and price. Prices were fair and amongst the best for their size and expertise - we did not want to go down the man and van way. They were also on time with moving day which goes a great way to relieve the tension. Their manner was very friendly and everything was outlined from the start so no nasty surprises.They were also very flexible about the moving date and time which was good due to the changing nature of our house move. We moved some items into temporary storage which was not a problem with the driver.
The moving team was also very friendly, hardworking and well-coordinated by their supervisor. I will have no problem to recommend them to friends and family.

Safe Removals arrived on time and immediately got busy clearing our three bedroomed house from North London to Hertfordshire. Being the first time to move I was a bit nervous, but their communication put me at ease from the start. One of the staff even agreed to pop over to complete the survey so we could make sure we were getting the right service. Their quote was very affordable and there were not nasty surprises afterwards. They did a great job wrapping, boxing and ensuring our valuables are safely protected. We found their rates to be among the best of the removal firms who quoted. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
