Good experience with no hitches.

My wife and I decided to use Safe Removals to move from Essex to NW London due to the positive sentiments they have online. We have used removal firms three times before in the last ten years so had a rough idea what to expect and how stressful it can be. However, we received very good communication from Alex’s team from the first contact and all our belongings were well taken care of. All in all it was a good experience with no hitches.

Excellent, professional and reliable.

I had an excellent, professional and reliable service from Safe Removals. We got good cooperation from the initial online enquiry which resulted in a phone call very shortly. They managed to fit us in despite a sort notice of less than a week. Alex and the team gave very good communication which managed our expectations. They arrived on time and got to work efficiently. They handled our good with great care and attention to ensure nothing was damaged.

Honest hardworking team.

The two men and a van arrived on time and started loading the van without delay. The service was good and all office staff were responsive and knowledgeable. The handling and driving staff were very presentable and hardworking. We were impressed with their level of care and everything arrived unscathed in our new house. Good communication.

I moved from Hammersmith to Camden with Safe Removals and found them to be excellent in communication throughout. They arrived on time and my two bedroom flat was cleared in under two hours. They brought enough boxes and wrapping to ensure everything was well wrapped up. I booked the week before and the day for the move was confirmed by phone. They contacted me throughout the process to inform me of expected date and times.

A very organised Company.

No one likes relocating from place to place every couple of years, but here I am, in Chelsea, with the help of Safe Removals. I've used them twice now and both times they were amazing. They have the best quotes, and when the day of the move comes, they'll be on time and take care of every little item you have. They do a great job on securing your stuff and transporting it safely. Professional, hardworking and conscientious.

I have some expensive gadgets so I was glad to see the level of care they take in wrapping stuff prior to moving it to the van. They were also conscientious in carefully dismantling stands and furniture equipment which took time but was all within the quote. It is my first time to use a moving company but I would use them again.  They are a professional company with friendly and hardworking staff. .

Excellent service.

We had a very difficult last minute office move crammed in one single day with heavy equipment including safes. It was a stressful move for the office but all went incredibly well and smoothly, the team worked extremely hard to get everything done on time - and not to mention they're very patient! Very reliable and excellent service especially considering how last minute our move was. I would definite recommend for all removals.

Great quote and professional move.

Just a quick not of thanks to Alex and the gang who moved us yesterday from West Hampstead to Edgware. We went for several quotes for moving services and Safe Removals were cheapest by 15% and they looked professional. You guys are just simply the best at what you do which is great as moving home can be a bit scary for most of us. You’re services are excellent from the online quotation and booking to the professional handling and moving of our precious belongings. Give yourselves a pat on the back for a job well done. Excellent - would use again!

Our new house was not ready so we needed to do a two stage move. Safe Removals was a great advantage as they picked our items and put them into storage for two weeks while the house was being readied. They did the necessary packing and dismantling with great care. They then moved the items out of storage and into the new house all safe and sound. Everything was reasonably priced and hassle free so happy to recommend them.

Excellent business relocation.

I was advised by a colleague that they got a good moving service from a Safe Removals company so decided to check them out.  We used them for our office relocation from Camden town to Old Street. Generally we found them to be very professional, hardworking and reasonably priced. They went the extra mile in assembling furniture and ensuring all electronics and computers were up and working in our new offices. On Monday we were back in business with furniture and electronics fully functional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company.

Still waiting.

This is probably the worst company (if it can be called one) I ever had the misfortune to deal with. Not only they never showed up at the arranged time, they actually did not show up at all. After more than 20 phone calls where I was lead to believe that the moving will eventually occur - albeit 4 hours late - they didn't even have the decency to tell me that they will be unable to make it. I was left there waiting in vein as they turn off their phones and disappear. I would urge all potential customers to look elsewhere for your moving. .

Removals in London.

Couple weeks ago a Safe Removals estimator Brett has visit us to get better idea about the contents we have. After about half an hour of chatting and making notes he was off to the office to prepare a quote for us.

At the end of the day we have received a quotation from Patrick. It was great and even though it wasn't the cheapest we have received we have decided to go with Safe Removals, as they were the only ones that seemed to know what they are doing.

Unfortunately our Agents were not so professional and helpful. We had to change our moving day 3 times! We were afraid that Safe Removals might be booked when we have finally secured a moving date and so they were, but guess what! The have squeezed us in regardless!

Over three days the crew worked very hard and efficient. We couldn't believe our eyes when we saw the guys packing the kitchen. It was so quick and organized.
All the boxes were signed and numbered.

On the moving Day when the guys came the Sun was barely visible on the horizon and they've started the move immediately. During the day we had to keep asking them to stop for a tea and a biscuit!
Everything was taken into consideration. Furniture were protected and secured on the van. They definitely lived up to their name: Safe!

Only when moving you realise how much stuff you really have.. And we have a LOT of stuff.
We were so impressed with the movers that we asked Patrick in the office could book and unpacking service for next day for a bit extra.

Patrick has booked us straight away!

Even though we were paying by the hour we invited the crew for dinner.

We don't anticipate moving any time soon, but if it we will only happen with Safe Removals.

Safe Removals - quality house moving service.

Safe Removals were excellent on our moving date - May 2016.

The day before a bunch of boxes arrived so we could pack stuff, although we had plenty packed already. The SF were employed to move everything from a decent sized family home, pack all the kitchenware, disassemble beds, tables etc.

Moving day the arrived at 9am, 5 of them worked hard and loaded 4 trucks. It did take longer than planned but there was more stuff that we even realised.

only moving a few miles away, but the guys did a great job of unpacking and transporting everything into the necessary rooms including re-assembley. The finally finished and departed at 10.30pm! No complaining, or clocking off early, just got it done.

The crew were courteous, respectful, ask questions when necessary and took care of all the possessions. Nothing was broken and they made sure large items did not scrap and scratch the walls. Also very competitive on price.

All in all, definitely recommended and very professional.

Office staff for booking were also helpful.

Best Removal Company.

At 8 months pregnant, the move was super stressful to begin with. Then when we weren't quite ready on the morning of the move, I was ready to panic, but the Safe Removal guys were really pleasant, patient and they just worked around us as the frantic packing continued. It was not the ideal move but that was entirely our fault. Despite this, the guys made it all happen smoothly, seamlessly and with no fuss at all. They were so careful with all our stuff, their customer service was beyond excellent, they were friendly and understanding, and I cannot thank Safe Removals enough! We moved to a house with cream carpets while it was snowing heavily outside and still NOT 1 broken glass, not a single single scuff mark on a wall, and our cream carpets are pristine! Amazing! We've been raving about their service to anyone who will listen and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking a removal company. Many many thanks.

Excellent Service.

We have used safe removals,
The crew arrived on time, very friendly and nice, They have provided very good packing service using a lot of protecting covers and bubble wrap. When they got to our new home, we had everything assembled and all boxes put into each room.
It was very relaxing experience having experienced crew doing the proper service.
We were impressed with their hard work and professionalism

I can not recommend safe removals highly enough.

I can not recommend safe removals highly enough. They came and packed our whole house up the day before, then moved us on the Friday, and provided the best service I think we have ever received, at a very fair price. They turned up earlier than promised on both days, and worked hard, listened to everything we said, were caring, supportive and efficient and made moving house a pleasure! The crew were brilliant, they worked tirelessly and cheerfully. Even when the solicitors appeared to have messed up and the payments seemed to have gone missing at 3pm on the Friday afternoon (nothing to do with the movers, of course) they were sympathetic and just told us not to worry. After what must have been a 14 hour day they were very thorough moving us in, offering to plumb in the washing machine, reassemble our furniture, even move the sofa and tables and stuff around to where we wanted them, and ensuring the boxes were in the right rooms. If you're moving house, go for Safe Removals!!

They stole from us!

We used Safe Removals last week after using them once before and having a very good experience. This time around the service was very poor and in fact we had an item stolen from us!

When we told them about this, they refused to reimburse us or even acknowledge this. They told us to go through their insurance if we want, but we need to pay the excess, and also pay them some extra money for VAT as they did not charge us any on the original transaction!

BEWARE!! This is not a reputable company that it once was!!

Scam artist.

This company is a scam, they quoted £20 per week for a container storage then charged a fortune more. They did not quote that the use tiny containers and did not forward the invoices on time, then would not release the furniture until they were paid. The storage for a few months came to over £1000 pounds for less than one containers volume of furniture. Be warned, stay well clear of this company.

Be very careful before choosing this company. I have recieved physical threats from them after a poor review.

Safe removals the best removal company.

I used Safe Removals to move me in London. I had a full packing service included and could not have been happier with the men. They came out the day before my removal and packed all my cupboards and delicates, ready for removal. Each box was clearly marked, makind unpacking easy for me (with 3 small kids this was a big help). On the removal day itself the men turned up on time, and were very keen to get started. I was very impressed with how easy they made the move look, it felt like no time until we were unpacking in the new house, and having a much deserved cuppa.It was first Class Service by the safe removals crew. Thanks a lot guys, for making my move day hassle free, couldn't have asked for a better bunch of workers.Highly Recommended!!

Excellent move with Safe Removals!

We are very impressed with the removals services given by Safe Removals. They moved our flat contents from Camden to Fulham in record time and took great careful dismantling and manoeuvre of our furniture from a third floor flight of stairs. Very cost effective & professional firm.

We were very pleased with the relocation service given to us by Safe Removals during our move from Harrow. They came back to us at short notice after we were let down by another company. They worked hard to dismantle wardrobes and beds and take them down a tricky staircase. They packed everything safely and unpacked and reassembled at our new home. They were cheerful on time and no job was too big for them. I cannot find any fault or hesitate to recommend them.

Great House Move with Safe Removals!

Safe Removals did a wonderful job of providing us with a quote on the same day we enquired. They also eased our stress by calling us the day before and on the morning to reassure us. We were moving from a third floor flat without a lift and they handled the whole procedure with great care and positive attitude. Furniture was dismantled and reassembled with great care and small items packed away safely.

Great move from South London!

The Safe Removals team were brilliant and never looked like they were tiring. The move was done in record time and all our valuables remained intact. The part packing service is worth paying a little extra for as they do a good job labelling everything. We had a very tricky and expensive recliner which was expertly handled to our new abode. I would have no hesitation in recommending Safe removals for anyone looking for expert movers to take care of everything.
