From the beginning our experience with Safe Removals was very pleasant. From the initial conversation over the phone we knew that we are dealing with professionals. We arranged an estimate visit with Safe Removals estimator Brett who arrived on time. After couple of hours we received our quote on email. We had received other quotes, some cheaper some more expensive, but we've decided to book Safe Removals (reading their reviews on this website first!). We've made a good decision. The crew arrived on time, loaded everything carefully. They even helped us load our vehicle (which we said we'll do ourselves). The moving team arrived in Nottingham and had to wait for us 20 minutes. We tried to apologies for the delay (We have a toddler), but everything we said or asked for met only one response from the team" "no problem". My advice to anyone moving is this: Moving is stressful whatever you do. To minimise the stress of moving, hire Safe Removals. Simple.

I can't stress enough how badly this company let us down. We had booked removals which were confirmed by email. On the day of moving I received a text to say the men would be an hour late. Two hours later I called to ask where the men were and no one answered the phone. I called repeatedly and still no one answered. I texted the company to ask if the removal was still going ahead and received a text to say the men were thirty minutes away. An hour later the men had still not turned up, I tried calling again and still no one answered. Three and a half hours later no one had arrived to move us or called to explain what was happening. We decided to cancel the removal via text and left then a message on their answer machine, as we found another company who agreed to move us the following morning. We were lucky that we found another company at short notice. After cancelling we did finally receive a text composed of four words to say they were sorry but no one called to explain why they had not turned up. They were obviously screening our calls. I was stunned at this company's total lack of honesty, reliability, professionalism and ignorance. I can not believe that any company would treat a customer this way. Never rely on them.

Great service moving in Barnet last week.
We have heard of safe removals before from our friends,who highly recommended them to us.it was easy to book safe removals after hearing all good comments. Best was to come on a moving day, the crew arrived on time and after introduction and general information about our requirements they got straight to work moving and protecting all of our belongings. The whole job went very smoothly, team was extremely quick, friendly, and polite.
I have never experienced the whole move so good prepared and organisations who really care about all details, I can claim that safe removals is the best removal company in London, and price wise it is very competitive. Thank you Safe removals I hope to see you nest time we have to move.

These guys from safe removals were simply incredible.
If you are looking for a honest removal company in London, only use safe removals. We had a horrendous day which involved all sorts of stress, and absolutely none of it came from them. Packing job bigger than they expected? No problem - they just sent another truck at no extra charge. 6 hour wait to get the keys? No problem - they were completely understanding. No keys until 10am the next day? No problem - they kept the stuff in the truck overnight and only charged us for the extra hours of unpacking the next day. Lovely, hard-working crew: I would recommend without reservation.

I would like to express my satisfaction with the relocation service that Safe Removals gave us during the week. The removal men who did the packing and dismantling were of a very jovial and friendly nature. They were at the same time committed to the task at hand and knew what they were doing at all time. They wrapped the stuff and carried the goods with a smile which eased our moving day stress immensely. The office staff were also very professional and knowledgeable to coordinate everything. I was very impressed with the speed and precision of their service and grateful for assistance with their professional packing service which was worth every cent.
Needless to say I would have no hesitation in recommending Safe Removals to friends and family looking to move house. All in all we are very satisfied with the service and would recommend to anyone moving house.

We used them for moving our stuff from Croydon to Brighton. Good experience with them. We found them to be a very professional crew and staff. The crew was quick, hardworking, and efficient. If I asked for something to be wrapped it was done with no problems. Only issue being of the follow up calls after your stuff has been picked up and in transit. Our stuff came in a little late than the window they promised us but they compensated us for that. I will not use another company. I have referred them to friends and will continue to do so without hesitation.

Recently moved from Northampton to London for my new job and to be closer to family and about settled in now and  chance to do a requested review.
Excellent service from start to finish, friendly office staff, hardworking and polite removal guys and great price. Everything went as planned and I could not fault any part of the move. Communication was spot on, the guys were on time and worked hard throughout and the price was around the same as what I had been quoted by two other companies. Lovely job and nothing broken.

Safe are reliable, trustworthy, flexible and efficient. Their prices are about as good as you can get without employing cowboys and they don't use any of the tactics which other removals firms do (such as insisting that everything is bubble wrapped for safety and then charging twenty quid a roll for the wrap or any other kind of up selling techniques).
The guys are friendly and easy to deal with, while still maintaining a good work ethic so they don't waste time which you're paying for.
I don't use anyone else.

These guys have helped me move to my one bed flat in Romford with exceptional ease and least stress. Communication was really good with moving team and office from the initial enquiry to drop off in the new flat. There was also good advice throughout which proved invaluable as it is my first time to use a professional moving company. The relocation team was hard working, reliable and well mannered. They moved all household items intact with no breakages or scratches. I would use the services again in the future and recommend them.

I have now used Safe Rmovals on two occasions and on both I found the sales and removals teams to be as expected.
The cost of moving a house between London and Edinburgh was in line with the lowest in the market and included additional extras such as insurance of goods.
Moving staff were extremely courteous and professional, which was particularly appreciated as my wife and baby were around during the move.
The move was also made easier by the additional equipment brought by the moving team on the day.  We took c.45 minutes to empty the house and around the same to move all goods into the new house on arrival.  There were no breakages, nor were any goods damaged which was impressive considering the weather experienced on the day.
I would recommend and use again if the opportunity presented.

I used this company before and was always satisified with their work. Therfore, when I moved again, I was keen to book them again but this time somehting went wrong - and then you really see the true face of who you are dealing with. The details: We moved house and had them store our stuff for a while. When it came back, there was some serious water damage that we recognised. The drivers told us to take it up with the office (which we did) and we were then informed by the sales manager that this would be taken care off. Once we got closer to filling the insurance claim, the owner of the company sent me an email saying that we already agreed a reduction in the payment to cover for the insurance costs and was asking for around 400 Pounds in addition to file the claim. This is simply incorrect - we agreed on a total price, paid this to the guys who did the work the day off and followed the instructions on contacting the office. We had a number of valuable clothes in storage so we would have never agreed to such a deal without knowing the extent of the damage. The emails we received from the owner were really rude in their tone (accusing us to get payment twice) and no effort is being made on their side to process this claim. The owner even told me that he has been to prison and knows people - not sure what this means but I am not sure this is a professional behavior to resolve a legitimate claim we have. We will need to take legal action in this case. In conculsion: You will have a great experience with them if all goes well. BUT if something goes wrong, then you will be sorry to have chosen them in the first place..

The guys who did the removals were friendly, very hard-working and took care of all our stuff - no damage to any furniture or anything else.  They packed the van up well and did their best to get everything in (we had a LOT of stuff for a 2 bed flat) so as to avoid having to get another van. We were quite late getting out, mainly as there was so much stuff to try to get in the van - but not helped by them being a little late arriving in the morning (c. 20 mins).   Email communication in run up to move day was great - they were very responsive and understanding when we had to move the date back due to delays on day of exchange. Never needed to use a removals company before for a move, so nothing really to compare to, but they seemed perfectly competent.

We had to move the contents of our three bedroom house into storage before eventual move to our new house in Milton Keynes. Safe Removals were brilliant and just what we needed. They carefully wrapped delicate items and dismantled furniture. We got in contact to say the new house was ready and they arrange a convenient time to move the stuff to the new house and screw back the furniture ready for use. We are delighted with Safe Removals on every aspect of their service.
