Safe Removals

The guys who came to pack and move items were experienced and professional in their attitude. The move was smooth and probably as pain free as could be. They also agreed to take away an old couch found at the new residence that was left by the previous owner. They needed to take apart a door in order to remove the couch out of the house - all at no extra cost or complaints. All in all the experience was very positive and I would have no hesitation in recommending them in future.

We just completed our move to a second floor 2 bedroom flat in Hendon. We found the experience to be seamless as they arrived exactly on time and quickly started to box and wrap after weighing up all the contents. The loading was done equally fast and we were soon on our way. Unloading in Hendon was straight forward once we sorted out the parking for the vans. All furniture arrived undamaged with no breakages or scratches. We found the company to be honest in their dealings and no surprises with the billing. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone looking for a reliable removal firm.

I hate moving house but I think these guys made it rather pleasant. After checking around different moving companies, their prices and reviews, I called Safe Removals and scheduled a date. The initial move was from storage and the rest from my old house. The guys were exceptionally polite and full of information and advice. We were moved really fast and with with no hiccups. The charges were as stated which was a competitive quote. The entire move was fun and productive with no complaints.

My Husband hired this company for our move. We were impressed with the moving crew!  They were extremely pleasant, friendly and efficient.  They wrapped and taped and protected everything so that it all arrived at the other end in perfect condition.  They asked where we wanted things and placed them for in the right rooms.  They dismantled and reassembled the large pieces.  I can't imagine a better moving experience!  Our whole family would recommend them highly.

From start to finish, things were done correctly, and I understood the process every step of the way. The moving guys were great! My previous moving experiences with other companies had been nightmares, but Safe Removals were professional and courteous. From packing my whole flat and carting a sofa bed up the stairs, to delaying my drop-off time a couple of hours to meet my needs and unloading in such a way that I could unpack some of the boxes, you made the process as simple as it could be.

The 3 man crew that moved us did such a professional job I would give more stars if I could. All 3 guys treated everything they moved like it was their own. Safe Removals were also the only company that I called that would send someone out to the house before the move to give an estimate of the final bill. They spent over half an hour going over everything and telling me what to expect and giving the estimate. They certainly made a very stressful day much easier. I would recommend them to any person looking for a reliable moving company. .

The office answered all of our questions promptly and treated our move like it was important to them (unlike other moving companies that treated us like a number). What had taken us a week to pack was loaded in about an hour. We left early in the morning to complete our move in good time. The driver and removal team kindly waited as we went in and signed our lease. We felt safe trusting all of our belonging to them during the drive, and we appreciated their flexibility with everything. Nothing was broken, or even dented. .

I used Safe Removals for my recent move in Fulham and have no complaints. They were very professional, friendly and efficient! They took apart my Queen bed and put it back together without incident and carefully transferred all of my prized possessions without damaging a single item. They even helped me move my large puppy and crate into my vehicle and suggested different furniture layouts.They went above and beyond with the move and I couldn't be happier with the service I received!

We had Safe Removals handle our move on March 15th. The day before the move, two lads came to pack the items.  They were prompt and efficient and hopefully packed everything sufficiently (we haven't unpacked some items so I can't say completely).  They quickly moved boxes to the van and then proceeded to disassemble the beds and other furniture. After a three hours they told us they were done. They were fast and professional and I would use them again in future.

We have moved twice with safe removals and while it wasn't the same guys that did our move before, the two guys that came out were good, efficient and well worth every penny. They had blankets down to protect our stuff, moved even the trickiest boxes with no lids, moved a washer and dryer with no problem and took apart/put back together our big bed set no problem. The price is comparable to other moving companies - 3 hours ended up costing us about £450 altogether. So, all in all great work ethic and quote.

I couldn't possibly be happier with my experience with Safe Removals. From beginning to end, they made my moving process easy. They moved a wardrobe I thought was impossible to move, and they obviously worked hard to get everything moved quickly. I had to reschedule my move because my new place wasn't ready when I thought it would be but they were so reassuring and helpful. The quote came in lower than the other companies I checked with.  Definitely would use again and recommend to friends. .

The moving team gave me a call heads up that they were half an hour away. They got started right away boxing delicate items and wrapping with blankets. They were able to securely wrap and load my one bedroom flat (less than 700 sq ft) in under an hour. Once at the destination they unloaded all my belongings to my preference in under an hour. The whole move took less than three hours including driving time. They were careful with my stuff, no damage whatsoever, and they were super friendly and professional.

Safe Removals weren't just moving our belongings but also packing everything we owned so we were trusting them with our livelihoods. I am glad to say that nothing broken and the move was very seamless and non-hectic. Even after everything was moved and it was time to go, they stayed a bit longer just to make sure everything we needed was done. The company also had the best prices for packing up belongings. The other companies I contacted planned on charging for supplies used (tape, boxes, etc) as well as time spent packing boxes but Safe gave me the closest thing to a flat-rate fee, so there wouldn't be any surprises. Excellent!

They called me 2 hours before the window of (1-4pm, which is great because I wanted the morning anyway!) and they came right over to my flat. I had not finished packing and they offered to help with that too.  They took care of every box, carefully chose which ones went on the bottom, and wrapped every single piece of furniture in blankets and shrink wrap. No stops for breaks or just standing around - the three of them cleared out my 600 sq ft flat in 90 minutes.  I can't say enough good things about these guys. They're always the most courteous and friendly movers.

We booked Safe Removals rather than Movers not Shakers, who we used for our last move, on the basis of the reviews on this site. I wish we hadn't.
The removal men turned up on time, but then said they hadn't had breakfast and disappeared for 45 minutes (which we were billed for). In the brief time they were in our flat they said that with two men they couldn't possibly do the job because of the number of stairs involved (although these were included in the quote and discussed with the salesman). 
Whilst the men were on breakfast we started the move ourselves and called a friend to come and help. When the men turned up again they'd spoken to the office and offered to get another two men to come in an hour and a half for an extra £150, which we refused because by that time it would be to late to help us move out on time (we were in a chain).
After everything had been taken out of our old flat and put into the van, the men went off again and we had to call the office to get them to come back; another period of time where they weren't available to us but we were being charged. In all we were charged for six hours although the men were only available to us for four hours. Because the money was taken straight from my card without being sent an invoice, I was only even aware of this when I asked for an invoice.
I was so disappointed with the service we received. We ended up doing a lot of the moving ourselves and were then charged an incorrect amount for the poor service we received, and only even found out what we been charged when I demanded an invoice. We've tried to resolve this with the company but they won't respond to my emails.

I experienced excellent spirit and work ethic from Safe Removals. When we arrived at our new location, they were still friendly and cheerful. Not skipping a beat, they would carry our stuff up two flights. The sweat would be dripping off of their faces and they would keep going. Not one time did they complain or bemoan the fact that there was no elevator and not one time did they complain about the fact that they were out of time. As long as I'm in the London area I will be a customer for life.
