With friends, family and myself I've probably been a part of a major move about 10 times in my life. One of the biggest initial hassles is always getting the boxes. I came across this company on here and decided to try them out. I was and still am completely impressed. I put in a order for a single bedrooms worth of boxes and they were delivered right to my door within 36 hours. The price is also right as well. I would have probably paid a good £30-40 more (at least) if I had to go somewhere else to get boxes. Bottom line, great value and great service all around. If you need moving boxes give them a call for sure.

These 3 guys were fast and detailed in their work. They wrapped the delicate items in pads and taped it up, wrapped furniture in plastic, put runners down so they wouldn't track in water on carpet. They asked me where things were going and put them in the right place. They took large items apart and put them back together. In the end they managed to move my partner and I from 2 apartments into a house in 5 hours. If you move, contact these guys. They were also very nice and polite. I would use them again.

Just completed a move from a semidetached 5 bedroom house in Ealing to a  4 bedroom house in Barnet.  They arrive exactly on time and then we did a grand tour of all the furniture and things that would go into the truck. Then the loading began. Along the way, we added multiple new things to be moved and they were able to make it all work. Unloading at the new house was just as simple. They put the completely undamaged furniture wherever we asked them to (and we even changed our minds a couple times!). A very professional moving company with honest billing. I'd recommend to anyone who is thinking about hiring movers. .

We moved into an older house with narrow doors and tricky staircases. The guys made it look easy. There were a few pieces of furniture that wouldn't fit up or down the staircases, and they took the time to measure and examine the options, and then were honest with us about things not fitting, instead of trying to squeeze things and ruin the walls. I really appreciated that! Everything made it safely into the new house with no scratches or dings.
I honestly don't know what we would have done without these guys. With no notice, they managed to pull off our move and avert absolute disaster. Although I never want to go through the headaches of moving again, if I do, I will certainly be calling Safe Removals!

I found these movers by using Google and viewed many positive reviews here.  I called and left a message and Patrick got back with me very quickly.  He took care of all the details and scheduled the move.  He immediately sent an email confirmation and the date was set.  Promptly at 8:30, just as scheduled, two movers arrived.  They took a quick look around and started loading the truck. They were friendly, courteous, and all around professional. They take very good care of your possessions. I would recommend Safe Removals to anyone looking to move.  .

I had a great experience with Safe Removals last month. There were two guys that helped my partner and I with the whole moving process. They were very kind and courteous, arrived to my place on time, and finished with the move before the expected time. Upon arrival they did a quick inspection and inventory of all the belongings and recommended things that we should put in the car. They provided 4 free wardrobe boxes for all my clothes, which made it very convenient so that I did not have to take my clothes off the hangers. The two guys were very professional and I'm glad my friend and I choose them to assist us in this move. We would definitely use them with future moves.

My daughter had the stress of a new job and moving to a new town and had contacted about 4 movers. We chose Safe Removals because we liked the owner who came to give her the estimate. He gave an estimate quickly, and he was right on target with the poundage. Of all the people we talked to, he was the only one who was able to assure her of her final costs and exact delivery time. He understood her time-line and met it as promised. His movers came on time and quickly packed the truck. They used shrink wrap on some of the pieces, which was terrific. We highly recommended them!

The service from Safe Removals was superb. Everyone from Patrick whom I spoke with multiple times to arrange everything to the movers were professional. The office called repeatedly to make sure everything was on track and give traffic updates. We got papers signed in a timely manner that I needed to present to my apartment management. While they give you a range for delivery time because they need to account for weather changes and or events on the road, etc.  They was so accommodating and worked with us to get everything on the day that we wanted it. My partner needed to work from home and I needed to schedule a day with the apartment management who was bugging to provide the time at least 2 days in advance. The office got to us on the exact date we had requested. .

On the collection side they did an excellent job with the actual packing and loading the van. They were so nice and thorough through each step of the process. Patrick explained each form patiently and thoroughly and answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. 
On the drop off point they did the unpacking and bringing up to my apartment. They helped put my coffee table and couch back together. They were careful not to scratch the hardwood floors and put out blankets on the floor. They had my best interests covered independently and together, so we were all on the same page. Excellent moving company I would recommend to anyone.

We recently engaged with Safe Removals for a high end commercial office move to the city of London. The move was complex and spread over two weekends and required a lot of attention to detail. The team was exceptional, from the initial survey to the mover who unloaded the last box. Their professionalism, constant stream of communication and general manners of their crew from start to finish was a breath of fresh air which set a high standard in service industry in general. Finding a moving company in the city that ticked all the boxes is very difficult in our experience. Safe Removals ticked all our boxes and more resulting in a fantastic commercial moving experience. We will hire them for all our business and domestic moves from now on.

We used Safe Removals for our move from Edgware to Hampstead and they did a great job.  They showed up on time exactly when they said they would.  The moving crew were stellar - extremely professional, knew exactly what they were doing, and moreover, had a great attitude.  The sales/admin office staff are efficient and even helped us get a good deal on the overall moving cost. Seriously, that crew was awesome. Highly recommended and will definitely be the first guys I call on our next move.

My partner and I have moved several times in the last 10 years (local, cross-country and internationally) so we've had a lot of experience with movers, good and bad. For the latest move from Camden to Kensington, I found Safe Removals here and decided to give them a try. We are very pleased with the end results and will be using them again. They even carried our baby grand piano to the 2nd floor without a single complaint and they even moved it several times until we found the optimum position for it in its new home. Absolutely flawless service! I would trust them with any type of move.  .

Found Safe Removals on Google and I would completely use them again. I moved from Wood Green to Finchley and they made my move effortless from planning through execution.  First, I had a detailed list of everything I needed to move (furniture plus 133 boxes).  They provided a binding estimate over the phone (I was OK with this because I knew my list was complete).  Also, I was able to pay for this move via credit card (no need to run to the bank for cash).  They scheduled a pick date and a delivery date that worked with my schedule.  They showed up on time, loaded the truck.   The team was delightful and focused on their job.  They delivered on time and accepted my credit card in payment for the "binding not to exceed" estimate agreed to earlier.   There was no breakage or missing items.  I was thrilled with this experience, and definitely recommend them for a stress-free experience.

My family has moved several times over the past 10 years.  We've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly in moving companies.  From the first contact with Patrick, to the moving crew leaving, everything was fantastic!  The price was what we were hoping, with nothing hidden.  On the morning of the move, I received a call from the crew 15 minute early.  They were polite and flexible, even offering to give me extra time if I wasn't ready for them.  During the move, they were professional, hard working, and a great team.  They did everything they could to make the day a little easier for us.  At the end of the day, everything they had been hired to do was done, but we still had more to do since we were moving all of the smaller stuff ourselves.  The guys offered their help for the remaining contract time with whatever we wanted.  As they left, we were appreciative of the help and left smiling.  .

We had not had our inventory list at a time of booking their services, so we had to go with a price estimate. They told us we will need to call them a couple of days before the pickup to give them the list. When I called them 2 days before the scheduled pickup date and said I am still not sure how many boxes we will end up with they said it's not a problem and they will give it a count when they come to pick it up and will adjust the price based on that. I was given a courtesy call from the company office to confirm the date and time window for the pickup, and also received a call from the driver once they were on their way to our house. The pickup team was wonderful, highly professional and just a pleasure to deal with.

The delivery team was a pleasure to work with. They took the heavy bed and the mattress up the second floor bedroom, and it had to be assembled back. None of that had been charged separately, everything was already included in the price we paid. Payment was split in half, one half at the pickup, and the second half at the delivery. We had a couple of small items we did not know how to pack, so following the pickup the team packed all these items in their own company boxes, and did so wonderfully. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we couldn't be more happy with Safe Removals services. With no hesitation we will use them again, if needed be.

We hired Safe Removals and I would HIGHLY recommend this service for anyone moving around London.  I had packed myself so was worried about the arrival condition of my stuff.  But, they were so careful with my boxes that that was not a problem.  They were very professional and light hearted about a difficult move.  They also held to their estimate.  When I reduced some sq. footage by selling a few pieces of furniture, they adjusted the end price.  As advertised, there were no surprises or add-ons (something I have had happen before with other companies).  My son will be making a move in the next few months, and, of course, the movers will be these guys!

We were given a delivery window for our items to arrive, but we also were asked what is our first desired date that we will be ready to get the delivery. We ended up receiving the delivery on that very same time we chose! We couldn't be more happy with such time efficiency. The truck drivers were in touch with us the day before the delivery to give us the time window, and they were right in time when they said they will. One small heads up, their truck is very large so be sure you have adequate parking available.

They worked quickly and efficiently without seeming tired or irritated. In fact when we arrived at the new place and I was trying to unwrap some items one of the men (I don't recall his name) asked me to stop, because it was his job to do that. They turned what could have been an 8 hour move on our own into a 6 hour move with them leaving us the rest of the day to unpack. Moving into a third floor walkup the crew managed to unload the truck very quickly without damaging our items or the walls of our new building. I unhesitatingly would recommend Safe and specifically Alex and his crew to any of my friends looking to move.

I was pretty nervous about packing up 8 years of living and crating it off, but every single item ended up in our new apartment unbroken and on time. 
These guys were very professional and very communicative – I have dealt with crappy movers before. Furniture gets wrapped in moving blankets, plastic wrap, and tape. Each item or box gets inventoried when it changes location - from your apartment to a truck or from one truck to another so they can easily keep track of your stuff and, in the event something does go missing, they know where it happened. 
Would highly recommend these guys, especially for a London move!

My fiance' and I moved to Leeds at the beginning of July. We searched a long time before choosing Safe Removals. I looked at other sites for movers. The reviews on here helped a lot but I have to say I was waiting to see if the proof is in the experience.  From, the first person I spoke with to the last guy I shook hands with they were all very helpful, friendly and professional. It was this professionalism & courtesy that calmed our stress. The team that packed our items arrived on time, were quick but organized. The guys that delivered and completed the move were in touch with us through-out.

I recently availed moving services from Safe Removals for my move from Dagenham to Enfield and I am very happy with my choice.
The team from the company who helped me with my move were not punctual but were very courteous and patient. Once in, they quickly got to work and packed everything with utmost care and precision. All the furniture was moved without any damage. I was charged exactly what was agreed for and there were no miscellaneous costs. Overall I am very happy with their services from and I would recommend them to anyone looking for moving services.

After doing my research and getting a number of quotes, Safe Removals was easily the front runner. They were incredibly responsive to (and patient with!) all my questions/concerns and really worked with me beforehand to ensure that we were both on the same page. No moving-day surprises either!! The moving crew was so on time they were slightly EARLY, packed everything up in two hours, and then provided me with an itemized list of absolutely every piece of furniture, every box, every bag they had packed (18 pages, folks). Moving everything into storage on the other side took less than an hour. All in all they were excellent and I couldn't recommend them more.

If you looking for a moving company stop your research now, you just found the best! Safe Removals moved my North London office, this was relatively a small move since we left most  of the furniture behind but still had to do lots of packing; at the first few minutes I already felt the well-oiled machine everyone was talking about. They sent an onsite estimator to evaluate the move and to make sure the estimate is a flat rate for each one of them and the movers were great. The movers are polite and friendly and super professional , no damages and no hidden cost. Look nowhere else guys.
