We had no problems with this company as they performed well from the initial phone call to the drop off at our new location. All the team were polite, friendly and very well-mannered characters. One bed flat to Camden.

We needed to move our daughter from her one bedroom Kilburn flat to Camden, Safe Removals men arrived early in the morning and found us packed and ready to move. They dismantled a large wardrobe and sofa and professionally reassembled them in the new flat. They also gave us enough boxes to pack all the small and delicate items safely and covered items with blankets to ensure no scratches. The moving team were all polite and friendly which reduced moving day stress to no end. We would have no hesitation to recommend this company to family and friends.

Great guys to move with!

These guys have helped me move from my one bed flat in Arnos Grove with exceptional ease and least stress. Communication was top notch from the initial enquiry to drop off in the new flat. There was also good advice throughout which proved invaluable as it is my first time to use a professional moving company. The relocation team was hard working, reliable and well mannered. Outstanding Service.

I would like to thank everyone at Safe Removals for their outstanding service and help during my move from Tottenham to Enfield. The whole move was completed in less than 4 hours which was incredible considering the amount of household goods we have accumulated. The packing service was well worth the little extra to ensure everything is packed and label properly. It was a pleasure to move with them and we are very happy with their service.

Relocated with great care.

There was nothing broken or damaged and all our precious belongings were relocated with great care and attention. Even though we had some delays in getting the keys from the estate agent the team were very patient and waited without complaints. We were kept informed about the move throughout and our household goods were put in the right rooms after the move. Overall the job was well done and we would use again and recommend.

The moving team arrived in good time and did not need any help to pack and move items into the two Luton vans. All items were well protected against any bumps along the way which meant that nothing was broken. Also larger items were covered in blankets which protect against scratches.  Their packing service was worth the little extra for this and I would pay it again. Moving team were friendly and quick at their job. Thanks – will recommend.

Good move to West London.

My son and I needed to move at short notice from North to West London and required a reliable company to handle the relocation. A work colleague recommended Safe Removals which they had used successfully in the past. I called and talked to their office and came away with a good quote and a moving day agreed. Professional and willing to listen.

My partner and I decided to move to a bigger flat in Fulham and we started to look around for a good removal company to handle our delicate items. We have a lot of artwork so were keen to make sure everything was secure before the move. Everything arrived intact and unscathed which was a major relief. Experienced professional company.

From the start of the process we got the idea we were dealing with an experienced and professional company. The office manager was very full of knowledge and accommodating despite our delay with picking the keys to the new house. He followed up the moving plans with plenty of emails, phone calls and text on the moving day. We were left with little concern or surprise as to what to expect. I would  recommend them and use again. .

It was okay.

They have done a good job, we could see they were professional movers and were covering sofa & TVs and also the floor in our new flat. However, we had chose Safe Removals as we were attracted by the price quoted for 6 hours which we were told it shouldn't go over. If the move was taking longer than 6 hours and less than 8 hours, it was a further £100 on top. From the start, we could see that they were doing everything they could to delay the move when they could so that the all move will be longer than 6 hours (eg: They started moving boxes 30 mins later etc ..). They also broke one of our drawer which was a shame really but it was not much we could do about it. We ended up paying for the 8 hours (it took 7 hours) and were not offered any discount for the broken drawer.

Good move and great quote.

We have moved five times in the past and have had mixed experiences-some good and some not so good. I am happy to say this was one of the good moves we have made. They were very helpful in helping us get the move in our budget and promised there will be no extra charges. We saved money on doing part packing ourselves which did not compromise the safety of our belongings. The team had a great can do attitude which went a long way to getting the move done efficiently and in good time. .

Fast move from Essex to North London.

We got a great removal experience across London from this company. The removal team arrived on time and quickly shifted a lot of goods into the waiting vans.  We moved from our three bedroom house in Essex to Barnet in under 4 hours which was exceptional effort. They were very efficient, organised and hard working. I have no complaints but admiration for the office personnel and the moving team. I would definitely use again and recommend without any hesitation.

They took the stress and worry away.

The company helped us move locally from Harrow to Barnet - a short distance of less than 12 miles. However, they were very helpful in storing our heavy goods while awaiting builders to complete the new house.  We found that to be very professional and grateful there were no charges as a result of date changes. I was stressed before the move but their professionalism and patience took the stress and worry away.

Great communication during our office move.

We used their office relocation service which went very well. The main thing we liked was their level of communication which kept us up to date with everything so we knew what to expect and when to expect it. Competitive quote professional team.

The quote was very competitive compared to six other firms we had talked with. On the day before the move they popped by to confirm everything and dropped some boxes. They turned up promptly in clean vans and worked really hard to pack up our contents and get moving. The moving team were well presentable, polite and very careful with our belongings.  They were very courteous in waiting for us to get the keys to the new house with no complaints. Everything went really well and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent move to Barnet.

We had a house move To Barnet and they reassured us several times that everything would turn out right despite us giving them very short notice. There was indeed nothing to fear as the moving team promptly arrive by 8.30 in the morning as agreed and wasted no time in shifting everything into the waiting vans. House move to West London.

We got a great stress-free house move to West London which could not have gone better in my estimation. The attitude of everyone in the company left us with the idea that nothing was too much trouble in their efforts to please us. They made the move look easy.

Excellent move.

The folks at Safe Removals were so gracious and accommodating. After rescheduling for four days later, the experience was terrific. In addition to knowing the costs up front, and being walked through everything by phone, the move itself was excellent. The driver and his crew were on time, very diligent, careful, and courteous. Great communication and moving crew.

We had great experience with the moving crew who were cheerful, hardworking and courteous. We used the company to move our stuff out to storage and then a week later we used them again to move to the new house. They were easy to work with and communicated about their plans constantly so we were alwasy kept  informed. This gave me a lot of peace of mind and reduced stress on everyone. They moved quickly and worked independently as they knew what to do with each item. The price was also very reasonable.

Great team.

I would like to show my appreciation to these guys! They gave a seriously fast and efficient move at a very reasonable cost. We had to reschedule our moving plans several times due to events beyond our control and they were able to fit into our changing schedule. Swift move very satisfied.

We looked at the amount of household goods to be moved and were in despair as to how we were going to get it all moved in time. Good honest removal firm.

The company was great in answering all my questions via email and phone calls. The moving team made light work of moving stuff out of my old house into my new abode. They were also very experienced and efficient with their time. They were 10 minutes out of their allotted arrival time but called ahead to explain there was a traffic hold up. I really appreciated their honesty as to what can be done and how long it would take and cost. I will use again and recommend their services.
