Very good prices, very responsive and easy to access location. The removal was done for my last possessions in London and I was very happy with the process. I would recommend this company especially for its excellent pricing, if you can find a better price it will not likely have the same quality of service. The location of their storage facility in West London is good as well, close to Harlesden Tube Station, only five minute walk from there. You do need to set the times for coming to your storage unit however, this is something for people to consider if they need instant access on a regular basis. Overall excellent company and service however.

Rtrtrt We started looking for a removal company as soon as our For Sale sign went up. We liked the look of Safe Removals website and saw they have a number of happy customers reviewing them online. They provided us a quote alongside three other firms and although Safe Removals was not the cheapest they offered best answers to our questions. The move itself did not disappoint as the team showed their expertise and efficiency in helping us move in record time. We would definitely use them again and recommend them.

We chose this company to move us from London to Luton last weekend. They proved to be a reliable and professional team as everything arrived intact with no breakages. I have used two removal companies in the past but found better communication, good advice and quote with this one. Not only did our belongings arrive safe and with no scratches but the moving team also assisted us to move everything into place in our new house. Everyone was polite and of good humour. I would recommend them to anyone moving house.

Excellent service from booking to delivery of goods. Michael was an absolute professional and delight. He was pleasant, bubbly and promptly collected the goods and loaded the van. I moved from a one bed apartment and he had removed all the goods within 1 hour. As a busy professional in the city of London with the added stress of moving, Safe removals took away the pressure of relocating and made the whole process of moving so easy. I would recommend them to all my friends and family and would always use them again in the future. Brilliant service - worth the money.

Safe removals were a great company to use, good communication and confirmation of booking. The two guys who turned up on the day were polite, strong and had a total 'can do' attitude and even repacked some of my more unstable boxes without any fuss. They unpacked very quickly and efficiently at the other end and even repositioned some of my furniture. I'm currently 7 months pregnant and they really made it the easiest, stress-free and enjoyable experience to move house! Thanks very much.

I would like to thank Safe Removals for the great service received during this move. The removers arrived in good time. They were very friendly, professional, courteous and engaged in small talk, making a boring and arduous task an enjoyable one. They were also very careful with the materials, meticulous with details and cleaned up after finishing the job (which included disassembling and reassembling furniture). I made my reservation with one of the owners.  They were very helpful with box pickup ahead of move, advising me on what I needed, how many boxes, etc.  Moving team arrived promptly at scheduled time. They were polite, professional, friendly, and very very efficient.  They got right to work and moved stuff out of my house and onto the vans FAST.  Arrived at new house and same story-- they moved stuff in quickly and without incident.  They were done with the whole move incredibly fast (and since they charge by the hour, time is money).  They even took some of my trash out for me when they left. Overall an entirely positive experience, insofar as the process of moving can be positive. Thanks again Good Stuff!

Service was ok until the moving men parked their van on double yellow lines near my house, got a parking ticket and then took the money for this out of my bank account - £65.  
I said this was the responsibility of the person in charge of the vehicle, and that I'd have been happy to pay the £3/hour to park in a bay, but the money had already gone out of my account so when they argued against me there was nothing I could do. 
This is very sneaky because it's not in their terms and conditions - they only say they might have to charge to pay for parking, which they could easily have done.  Even if there isn't an available space, I could have stayed with the van the whole time while they loaded it, but I wasn't consulted.
Really disappointing as they seemed friendly and helpful before.  Would recommend avoiding them.

This is my 4th move and by far the best thanks to Safe Removals. I found no petty hidden fees, great flexibility in scheduling, and excellent dependability. The owner, Alex, came to our home and took a look at our belongings, offered us options and gave us a reasonable quote that is all inclusive. Then we met the amazing Patrick who scheduled our move. On moving day, 3 talented, well-trained movers showed up at our door, whisked away our stuff in no time at all and take it to our destination with no damage or hassle. They epitomize the "can do" spirit.

These guys did an excellent job wrapping my fragile belongings - furniture, framed art, TV, etc.  Literally nothing was broken or damaged and all my items were in pristine condition upon unpacking.  They packed everything with extreme care and moved us in a very timely manner.  We had an Ikea bed which they did a great job disassembling and reassembling. The whole thing took around 3 hours. Two thumbs up - everything arrived on time, were extremely friendly and accommodating.   I would highly recommend them!

Our move was particularly challenging because we had to do it in 2 parts. Added to that, our closing date on our home kept moving so I had to reschedule 2 or 3 times. The office has to be the most patient man on the planet! There was no cancellation fee or problems getting a new date. They worked tirelessly and handled every aspect of the move. We packed everything and they moved it. They came in and grabbed everything despite hurricane type conditions. They had boxes for this and ways to carry that. Very professional.

They were so wonderful and showed up to my house on time with a crew of three people. They were fast, efficient and took great care of our things. They went above and beyond by setting up our beds after delivering everything and making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We paid much less than we would have with any other company and felt this moving experience was the best we had encountered. I highly recommend them! The owner was the ultimate professional. He answered my questions before the move and was there every step of the way. You can't find a better team to move you.

They came early and moved my bigger items like my kitchen table with chairs, the furniture along with my bed. I was afraid they wouldn't be able to disassemble and reassemble my bed, but they did so, very expediently, and even without the instruction manual. They even moved my furniture almost like an exact science, which was quite interesting. Both the men had an exact plan on how to move the couch. I think I paid around £350 for 3 hours of their services, which is not bad per what most people are telling me, in addition, they were extremely careful and meticulous throughout the entire process. I definitely recommend this company to anyone for moving help.

I had such a great experience with these guys.  The movers came on time, were uber-efficient and professional. The entire move was done in 3.5 hours. Nothing was broken, scratched or missing. They put everything where we labelled them and didn't take any breaks. I will use them again for sure! The entire thing was about 30% under budget too! Not only where they quick but they got the job done well. They were nice and professional. I had some heavy pieces and some delicate pieces, and they took care of both of them well. I would highly recommend these guys!

I called about 4 other places to get quotes and this was the most reasonable. The other places were charging for equipment and the commute time from their place, to my place and back. I moved about 20 miles away so for some was going to pay £100 just to drive from my old place to new place. I also called maybe 3-4 times prior to the move date with questions, etc and spoke to Patrick every time at all hours and was super friendly and helpful. They arrived 10 or so minutes early. Were fast, friendly and affordable.
Bottom line, I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to do a move in the London area! Support your local business owners. Especially hard working ones!

These guys that came out today were amazing beyond words. My friend was in a tough spot and needed to get her things out of her house today. No problem at all. These guys were sufficient and fast. With friends, family and myself I've probably been a part of a major move about 10 times in my life. One of the biggest initial hassles is always getting the boxes. I came across this company on here and decided to try them out. I was and still am completely impressed. I put in a order for a single bedrooms worth of boxes and they were delivered right to my door within 36 hours. The price is also right as well. I would have probably paid a good £30-40 more (at least) if I had to go somewhere else to get boxes. Bottom line, great value and great service all around. If you need moving boxes give them a call for sure.

These 3 guys were fast and detailed in their work. They wrapped the delicate items in pads and taped it up, wrapped furniture in plastic, put runners down so they wouldn't track in water on carpet. They asked me where things were going and put them in the right place. They took large items apart and put them back together. In the end they managed to move my partner and I from 2 apartments into a house in 5 hours. If you move, contact these guys. They were also very nice and polite. I would use them again.

Just completed a move from a semidetached 5 bedroom house in Ealing to a  4 bedroom house in Barnet.  They arrive exactly on time and then we did a grand tour of all the furniture and things that would go into the truck. Then the loading began. Along the way, we added multiple new things to be moved and they were able to make it all work. Unloading at the new house was just as simple. They put the completely undamaged furniture wherever we asked them to (and we even changed our minds a couple times!). A very professional moving company with honest billing. I'd recommend to anyone who is thinking about hiring movers. .

We moved into an older house with narrow doors and tricky staircases. The guys made it look easy. There were a few pieces of furniture that wouldn't fit up or down the staircases, and they took the time to measure and examine the options, and then were honest with us about things not fitting, instead of trying to squeeze things and ruin the walls. I really appreciated that! Everything made it safely into the new house with no scratches or dings.
I honestly don't know what we would have done without these guys. With no notice, they managed to pull off our move and avert absolute disaster. Although I never want to go through the headaches of moving again, if I do, I will certainly be calling Safe Removals!

I found these movers by using Google and viewed many positive reviews here.  I called and left a message and Patrick got back with me very quickly.  He took care of all the details and scheduled the move.  He immediately sent an email confirmation and the date was set.  Promptly at 8:30, just as scheduled, two movers arrived.  They took a quick look around and started loading the truck. They were friendly, courteous, and all around professional. They take very good care of your possessions. I would recommend Safe Removals to anyone looking to move.  .

I had a great experience with Safe Removals last month. There were two guys that helped my partner and I with the whole moving process. They were very kind and courteous, arrived to my place on time, and finished with the move before the expected time. Upon arrival they did a quick inspection and inventory of all the belongings and recommended things that we should put in the car. They provided 4 free wardrobe boxes for all my clothes, which made it very convenient so that I did not have to take my clothes off the hangers. The two guys were very professional and I'm glad my friend and I choose them to assist us in this move. We would definitely use them with future moves.

My daughter had the stress of a new job and moving to a new town and had contacted about 4 movers. We chose Safe Removals because we liked the owner who came to give her the estimate. He gave an estimate quickly, and he was right on target with the poundage. Of all the people we talked to, he was the only one who was able to assure her of her final costs and exact delivery time. He understood her time-line and met it as promised. His movers came on time and quickly packed the truck. They used shrink wrap on some of the pieces, which was terrific. We highly recommended them!

The service from Safe Removals was superb. Everyone from Patrick whom I spoke with multiple times to arrange everything to the movers were professional. The office called repeatedly to make sure everything was on track and give traffic updates. We got papers signed in a timely manner that I needed to present to my apartment management. While they give you a range for delivery time because they need to account for weather changes and or events on the road, etc.  They was so accommodating and worked with us to get everything on the day that we wanted it. My partner needed to work from home and I needed to schedule a day with the apartment management who was bugging to provide the time at least 2 days in advance. The office got to us on the exact date we had requested. .
