I used this company twice- for removal and storage- and had both times a really positive experience. I would definitely recommend them as they are very reliable and efficient. Their staff is very polite and accommodating and they come across as people who know what they are doing and can tackle any difficult which is a relief when moving houses. I also think that they are good value for money based on the quotes I received from other companies. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to book them again in the future.

We were moving from London to Margate - option to pick Margate was not available on this review site. From start to finish, Safe Removals were brilliant. The estimator came round and gave a really competitive price, he was a very personable man to deal with. In my telephone conversations to discuss the booking, all members if staff I spoke to were always very helpful and polite. On the day of the move, the removal team arrived on time, they were polite and efficient and took great care over the loading and unloading our belongings. We had many difficult items - heavy boxes, large furniture, an aquarium, tropical fish and large garden plants which had to be manoeuvred into some awkward spaces. The team handled everything wonderfully. I couldn't fault the service and would recommend them anytime. I am very grateful to them for making my move happen with a minimum amount of stress. We had used safe removals twice recently, we found them were professional, affordable and took the most caution with our belongings. Safe removals team Marcin, Tom, and Chris were very friendly, very reliable thorough. We requested Safe Removals to help us to move from London to Luton last weekend. They were really accommodating during the many changes of moving date and time due to changes in buying chain we were in. They arrived on time and quickly got to the task of moving our 3 bedroom house to two large trucks. They safely boxed valuable items away and dismantled several large furniture with their expert tools and made sure all the bits are packed. Nothing was broken in the move and all furniture items were carefully reassembled in new house, We got an excellent service and will recommend them to friends and family.

Very good prices, very responsive and easy to access location. The removal was done for my last possessions in London and I was very happy with the process. I would recommend this company especially for its excellent pricing, if you can find a better price it will not likely have the same quality of service. The location of their storage facility in West London is good as well, close to Harlesden Tube Station, only five minute walk from there. You do need to set the times for coming to your storage unit however, this is something for people to consider if they need instant access on a regular basis. Overall excellent company and service however.

Excellent service from booking to delivery of goods. Michael was an absolute professional and delight. He was pleasant, bubbly and promptly collected the goods and loaded the van. I moved from a one bed apartment and he had removed all the goods within 1 hour. As a busy professional in the city of London with the added stress of moving, Safe removals took away the pressure of relocating and made the whole process of moving so easy. I would recommend them to all my friends and family and would always use them again in the future. Brilliant service - worth the money.

Safe removals were a great company to use, good communication and confirmation of booking. The two guys who turned up on the day were polite, strong and had a total 'can do' attitude and even repacked some of my more unstable boxes without any fuss. They unpacked very quickly and efficiently at the other end and even repositioned some of my furniture. I would like to thank Safe Removals for the great service received during this move. The removers arrived in good time. They were very friendly, professional, courteous and engaged in small talk, making a boring and arduous task an enjoyable one. They were also very careful with the materials, meticulous with details and cleaned up after finishing the job (which included disassembling and reassembling furniture). I made my reservation with one of the owners.  They were very helpful with box pickup ahead of move, advising me on what I needed, how many boxes, etc.  Moving team arrived promptly at scheduled time. They were polite, professional, friendly, and very very efficient.  They got right to work and moved stuff out of my house and onto the vans FAST.  Arrived at new house and same story-- they moved stuff in quickly and without incident.  They were done with the whole move incredibly fast (and since they charge by the hour, time is money).  They even took some of my trash out for me when they left. Overall an entirely positive experience, insofar as the process of moving can be positive. Thanks again Good Stuff!

Service was ok until the moving men parked their van on double yellow lines near my house, got a parking ticket and then took the money for this out of my bank account - £65.  
I said this was the responsibility of the person in charge of the vehicle, and that I'd have been happy to pay the £3/hour to park in a bay, but the money had already gone out of my account so when they argued against me there was nothing I could do. 
This is very sneaky because it's not in their terms and conditions - they only say they might have to charge to pay for parking, which they could easily have done.  Even if there isn't an available space, I could have stayed with the van the whole time while they loaded it, but I wasn't consulted.
Really disappointing as they seemed friendly and helpful before.  Would recommend avoiding them.

This is my 4th move and by far the best thanks to Safe Removals. I found no petty hidden fees, great flexibility in scheduling, and excellent dependability. The owner, Alex, came to our home and took a look at our belongings, offered us options and gave us a reasonable quote that is all inclusive. Then we met the amazing Patrick who scheduled our move. On moving day, 3 talented, well-trained movers showed up at our door, whisked away our stuff in no time at all and take it to our destination with no damage or hassle. They epitomize the "can do" spirit.

These guys did an excellent job wrapping my fragile belongings - furniture, framed art, TV, etc.  Literally nothing was broken or damaged and all my items were in pristine condition upon unpacking.  They packed everything with extreme care and moved us in a very timely manner.  We had an Ikea bed which they did a great job disassembling and reassembling. The whole thing took around 3 hours. Two thumbs up - everything arrived on time, were extremely friendly and accommodating.   I would highly recommend them!

Our move was particularly challenging because we had to do it in 2 parts. Added to that, our closing date on our home kept moving so I had to reschedule 2 or 3 times. The office has to be the most patient man on the planet! There was no cancellation fee or problems getting a new date. They worked tirelessly and handled every aspect of the move. We packed everything and they moved it. They came in and grabbed everything despite hurricane type conditions. They had boxes for this and ways to carry that. Very professional.

They were so wonderful and showed up to my house on time with a crew of three people. They were fast, efficient and took great care of our things. They went above and beyond by setting up our beds after delivering everything and making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We paid much less than we would have with any other company and felt this moving experience was the best we had encountered. I highly recommend them! The owner was the ultimate professional. He answered my questions before the move and was there every step of the way. You can't find a better team to move you.

They came early and moved my bigger items like my kitchen table with chairs, the furniture along with my bed. I was afraid they wouldn't be able to disassemble and reassemble my bed, but they did so, very expediently, and even without the instruction manual. They even moved my furniture almost like an exact science, which was quite interesting. Both the men had an exact plan on how to move the couch. I think I paid around £350 for 3 hours of their services, which is not bad per what most people are telling me, in addition, they were extremely careful and meticulous throughout the entire process. I definitely recommend this company to anyone for moving help.

I had such a great experience with these guys.  The movers came on time, were uber-efficient and professional. The entire move was done in 3.5 hours. Nothing was broken, scratched or missing. They put everything where we labelled them and didn't take any breaks. I will use them again for sure! The entire thing was about 30% under budget too! Not only where they quick but they got the job done well. They were nice and professional. I had some heavy pieces and some delicate pieces, and they took care of both of them well. I would highly recommend these guys!

I called about 4 other places to get quotes and this was the most reasonable. The other places were charging for equipment and the commute time from their place, to my place and back. I moved about 20 miles away so for some was going to pay £100 just to drive from my old place to new place. I also called maybe 3-4 times prior to the move date with questions, etc and spoke to Patrick every time at all hours and was super friendly and helpful. They arrived 10 or so minutes early. Were fast, friendly and affordable.
Bottom line, I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to do a move in the London area! Support your local business owners. Especially hard working ones!
