City-Removals and Storage

The whole experience was from our perspective as smooth as it gets.It all started with a home visit by a very lovely lady by the name of Nicola.She was patient and was with us for 45 minutes.She answered all our questions and she made us feel at ease.
The price altough not the cheapest was within our price range and also was what we were expecting to pay.Overall very good value for money considering all went smoothly and with no problems whatsoever.
For 1300 pounds we had a lovely team of 6 strong men with 3 vans who worked very hard and showed professionalism in everything they did.
i could go on and on but time is precious.Perfection does not exist but I would give them 9 out of 10.

Very good service on all the 3 days.This was a full packing , removal and unpacking service.Wonderful lads with a positive attitude.Also their estimator was the most professional from all the estimators we had (and we had 4).
Parking was also dealt with swiftly.They arranged 4 bays at each addresses.It is a shame people do not look for signs as all the spaces were occupied at both addresses and some time was lost calling the council to try and get them removed.
This was the only downsize but it was not their fault.
Apart from this everything ran like clockwork and the men made sure we moved on time and with no stress.
Wholeheartedly recommend.

This company can't be beaten - from the start they were so efficient polite and informative. The quote was competitive (and now on reflection - excellent value)

We opted for packing, removal, storage and then delivery service.

Packing! They turned up on time and took great care. They wrapped everything with care and labeled every box. We had packed some of our clothes already but honestly there was no need.

Removal. They took our beds and flat packed stuff apart. We lived on A 4th floor no lift! No problem!

I forgot to book the parking bay outside the house When they turned up - said not to worry - I explained that I might be liable for a parking ticket but mostly the traffic wardens ignore removal vans. In 4 hours our hous was empty.

Storage. I have no idea. They took it away and it came back the way it left. £55 per week. And we had a lot.

Delivery! When they turned up it was raining cats and dogs. It was a couple of minutes walk from the van to our front door. The supervisor explained with the walk and the conditions (it was pouring) the couldn't off load. To much risk of slipping etc. but they waited till it started to clear and then states to move. When the rain re started they carried on. They reassembled our furniture and helped us sort it all out.

Honestly I can't recommend this compay enough. Real people real service and real delivery. Top class!

A very good experience with everything you would expect from a reputable company.If not a premium service than very close to what someone would call a premium first rate service.
Things like they came on time and did their job very well I do not think are worth mentioning.This should be part of every service.What really struck us was how nice ,polite and willing to help everyone was.They ve done more than we expected and in many ways things that are not in their job description.
Needless to say nothing was missing or damaged in any way.
It was a pleasure to watch the men work and also to speak and deal with Alex and Nicola in the office.

Outstanding service.We booked with this company well in advance as we were lucky enough to know our moving date 1 month before.
As we only had a 1 bedroom flat they sugested there is no need for a home survey as if we provide them with an accurate list of what we want moved they can give us a quote and keep to their prices.
And so it was.The 2 men turned up on time.They were very polite  and worked very well.They were careful with everything and showed consideration and respect.
Also we had no extra charges as they promised.
Well done.

Top marks for an excellent service.They were recommended to me by a coleague who used them on two previous occasions.Based on my experience I would recommend as well.
We moved from London to Bristol.Two lovely Romanian chaps came bang on time at 06:00AM.The poor men caught an accident on their way to Bristol and were stuck for 3 hours.They managed to unload everything by 07:00PM.Not their fault but credit to them they they got on with the job on hands without complaining.
Communication with them was also very good.They spoke english and understood all our instructions precisely.
A job very well done with little to complain about.It was just what a removal is suposed to be and what anyone would expect.
