Do not use this company.

Do not use this company. I contacted Simpsons for a move of household goods from the UK to Australia. At first, all seemed good. A guy came to my house to check out what I was moving and later I received the price. I accepted and paid insurance cover. A date was arranged for the move and the goods were collected. Because I only had part of a container the goods remained in Simpson’s depot for several weeks before shipping.

I understood that upon arrival in Australia – the goods would be unpacked and all packaging removed.

Most of my goods were general household items but I was also sending an electric running machine (treadmill). I told the removal men that the machine would fold down for transportation.

When the goods arrived in Australia I was contacted by another company to arrange for delivery. The goods were to be delivered to my son’s home.

After delivery my son contacted me to say one of the crates was missing, no packaging had been removed and the running machine was damaged. Fortunately the missing crate only contained crockery and basic kitchen goods but nevertheless it was missing.

I immediately contacted Simpsons to advise what had happened – but as I was still in the UK and it until I arrived in Australia a few weeks later that I could assess the damage.

The running machine looked as though it has been unscrewed and screwed back upside down! The machine had been taken apart and whoever tried to put it together had just screwed bits of the machine into any various part. One end of the electric wire was a universal type plug that would probably fit most machines – however the plug that goes into the wall socket was not a UK or Australian plug (this is a mystery!!)

I contacted Simpsons again and sent photos. Simpsons requested photos of the plug, which I sent and then they wanted more photos of the plug.

Their suggestion was that I get quotes to reassemble the treadmill. I told them I did not want the treadmill “reassembled”. It is a running machine – often used at speed. I would consider it highly dangerous to “reassemble”. Because the machine could be folded down there was no need for the machine to have been taken apart.

After several emails - I submitted an insurance claim. I then received email asking for more photos (same photos which I had already sent), they asked me to obtain repair estimates (I had made it clear from the outset that I would not have it repaired).

They continually asked for the same information and the same photos. It became quite obvious they were not going to honour my claim. They repeatedly asked for the same information just to wear me down. And eventually I was worn down. Bearing in mind – we had just emigrated. We had masses of other things to sort out.

In my last email to them I said – bearing in mind that I’ve just emigrated – I have more going on in my life than continually answering the same emails and sending the same photos and I have now drawn a line under this whole sorry mess.

Whether you are moving goods to the other side of the world or buying a TV - I consider that any company is judged by its AFTER SALES SERVICE – Simpsons offer none.

Remember that it was not just my treadmill damaged but a crate was also missing.

I told Simpsons that it is too late for me but I hope that in giving this review it will save someone else from using their company.

I expect - like any company - if all goes ok Fine ! it's when things go wrong that a company shows its worth.

I've given one star - I wish I could give no stars!

Never Use Simpsons.

Simpson were hired to move our house from London to Hamburg back in November 2016.

Everything went smooth ( Our BOCONCEPT table was damaged during the move) but we didn't have a full insurance so we dint get any money for this. But this is nothing compare to the fact that they stole our money!!

We paid by mistake 2 times to them and Since DEC 2016 we are asking them to pay back the double amount and it is now AUGUST 2017 - 7 month later - and they still FORGET/CANT BE AKSED to do so.

They screen my calls, they keep emailing back when I contact them that it will be resolved but nothing happens.

They basically have stolen the money..it is a FRAUD company

DO NEVER HIRE THEM.

Moved london to ramsgate.

Simpsons gave by far the best quote. I was nervous that they were cheap for a reason but I needn't have. They suggested a 2 day collection which in hindsight was a massive stress relief. The guys worked very hard and were helpful. We packed ourselves (not very well) I was surprised at how little was damaged. I think people need to be realistic and cannot expect big heavy furniture through small doors and hallways to be unscathed. Overall very happy and more credit should be given to the guys doing such a physically demanding job and still managing to be cheerful.

Long-distance move from London, Greater London to Lincoln, Lincolnshire

Move July 2017.

We moved from London to Lincolnshire
We decided to have the packing service, this with hindsight was a mistake, we had some breakages and the boxes were so heavy we could not move them, even the removal ream had some difficulty with some boxes.
There was not enough room on the van for all,our garden pots and these were delivered some weeks later.
The customer service of the management team left a lot to be desired, on moving day I highlighted some of the problems - not least the “packers” had left at least twelve boxes to be packed by the removal guys - I was told it was not my concern!
The lady in the office was lovely, and the guys on the ground were good, the packers could have done better but we had the feeling they had a set amount of time on the day after which they left the remaining stuff for the next day.
We were told repeatedly by the packers that costs for any damages were deducted from their salary even though we had insurance!
I e mailed a complaint to Steve - apparently the boss, but received a reply from Peter who was one of the people I complained about, he disagreed with me and informed me I would receive a response to my omplaint within 15 working days, that was July, it is now October and I am still waiting
Needless to say I would not recommend this company.

Simpsons.

I moved my belongings from the UK to New Zealand earlier this year and unfortunately decided to use Simpsons. The person who came and did the quoting was nice enough and I decided to get three quotes. One was way too expensive and Simpsons and one other were around the same price, so was a toss of the coin really, and boy did I lose that one!

My belongings were collected on the day I requested, so all good there and I left the country a few days later heading to Australia first for a few weeks, then to NZ. A week after my belongings were collected and me already being half way across the world away I received an email stating that sorry we have under quoted you and now demand a further £293!! I complained and was told in no uncertain terms that if I did not pay the extra money my belongings would stay in the UK! I put in a complaint to the owners who refused to comment and said we have 15 days to respond as per the law. They took the full 15 days plus a few more to respond stating that they would not change their position, the person who took his sweet time was a Peter Turner who was also very and couldn't care less.

I had no choice but to pay the money and try to pursue compensation later. My belongings finally left the UK about seven weeks later (about five weeks later than promised).

When my belongings finally arrived, I was tracking the progress myself online, I received no advices from Simpsons at all and had to wait a further two weeks plus before they contacted me about delivery. The NZ company Conroys on the other hand were excellent and delivered everything on time and cleared their mess, plus also came back and collected old boxes and rubbish.

After unloading everything I discovered my antique cabinet, the largest item I moved, was missing, and to my surprise was also not on the manifest. The cabinet came in two pieces and the small piece arrived only. Inside the cabinet were all my personal papers, some watches and photos and irreplaceable objects. Simpsons denied that there would be any belongings left in the cabinet as they always empty everything which was a bold face LIE! They had no idea where the cabinet was and all they could offer was a sorry, and speak to my insurance company. They managed to also smash up my glass antique cabinet, the glass and legs, plus upon opening all my belongings, smashed quite a few plates, bowls, glasses, and a very precious glass platter that was a gift from a late partner! Their packing was appalling, I am surprised I did not lose more.

I eventually a week later heard from Conroys the NZ people saying they have my cabinet in Auckland and would get it to me. When it arrived it had someone else's name on it "Roberts" and a completely from customer number! It was also damaged and required repairs which fortunately insurance paid for. Insurance also covered breakages and repairs to other cabinet, an no compensation from Simpsons was offered or forthcoming when requested.

The company a charletons really, I see from other reviews they regularly under quote and then demand more money when you have left the country virtually holding your items for ransom.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Simpsons can kidnap your goods before delivery.

I totally discourage anyone using Simpsons Removal services. My experience has been dreadful, with the company actually “kidnapping” my goods before delivery.

Basically, I was told the day before scheduled delivery of the goods in Madrid (moved from London) that I had to pay extra GBP 600 to have the goods transferred into small vehicles, since there was a traffic restriction in the city of Madrid they never mentioned. They had a month to let me know of the issue, and they blame me of not knowing local regulation in the whole city of Madrid, which is something I did not agreed to.

I had to pay the extra 600 GBP to get my stuff delivered, with Simpsons Removal claiming my goods would be send back to the UK if I did not pay.

If you decide to use their services, please ensure you know every single transport law, as the company will blame you if you fail to do so…. and you would have to pay extra…

Thanks for nothing Simpsons.

Avoid at all cost.

THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND DISHONEST. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WON'T GET A REFUND. AFTERWARDS THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THEY WERE PLACED UNDER LIQUIDATION. We paid them to move our furniture from London to Cape Town. After 6 months I had to get another company to ship our goods as they had kept it at their warehouse the entire time. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. Lost almost £3000. Very unprofessional and our goods were not even professionally wrapped. I would rather do business with Somali pirates than these dishonest people. They deserve no stars at all. Reported them to Trading Standards. They dishonestly took my money knowing that they were not able to ship my goods. In my opinion this is clearly criminal behaviour which should be investigated by the police.

Long-distance move from London, Greater London to London, Greater London

Worst Service I've Ever Received.

Engaged Simpsons for an international move from London to Australia. I very clearly explained my needs and was assured that everything I requested was understood and I quickly received a quotation. I confirmed my acceptance and very quickly realised that the sales person had not offered me the service I requested and had not explained anything to me. In short, promised me the sun moon and stars to make the sale with no actual effort or intention to deliver. We have moved a number of times before including international and so assumed the service would be similar which was a big mistake. We had a consultant come out to survey our goods and take measurements. We agreed the number and type of boxes required. I called to set a date to have my boxes delivered to allow us to spend some time figuring out what was feasible to bring etc. I was told I needed to pay extra for this despite clearly explaining in the beginning that this was my intention with no mention of extra costs. It was agreed that on this Occassion they would let it slide and the boxes were delivered. I received half of what I requested and the other half were smaller and not what I ordered however due to time constraints, we had to make do. When brought to the attention of Simpsons they argued and said we had received a free delivery service and so basically have no right to complain.

Next I called to confirm the time of collection which was the next disaster. I was told that the service I paid for does not allow me to set a time and only allows for the move to take place at a time that suits the company. Again not explained to me or even hinted at by my sales person. I would have to pay an extra fee to set a time. I argued this quite strongly as we had impending travel plans and it was essential to set a time. Eventually the consultant called and said he had confirmed an 8am collection and apologised for the mix up. On the day of moving I sat waiting from 7.30 and by 9am I called and was told it could be 1pm before they get to me and nothing had actually been confirmed in terms of time. The sales consultant said there was a break down in communications on their end and nothing could be done. We were due to fly out ourselves that evening so I'm sure you can imagine the stress. After much arguing, they showed up at 11.40 which was not as bad as 1pm but certainly not the 8am slot we were guaranteed and messed up several other aspects of the day. I was later told that no time had ever been confirmed to me and that I had made it up. I am sure you can imagine how disgusting it feels to be indirectly called a liar and to have made up this information. More details on this below.

We had paid extra for a hard TV crate for our expensive 55 inch tv. We were assured that this along with a mattress cover would accompany the crew on the day. On moving day, neither were present. The TV got wrapped in paper and thrown on a truck and white mattress was thrown on the dirty truck with no protection. When I called about this I was told it would be crated at the warehouse. I paid for a crate which should have been used for the entire shipment and crated in front of me. Not after a truck drive around London wrapped in paper. We told Simpsons it is not fair if we have to pay excess for damage to this TV when they have not completed their end of the contract by providing the service paid for. We were told "it sounds like you are just trying to get a new TV out of this". They didn't even apologise and the moving crew didn't even have bubble wrap to protect it. Just a role of Simpsons branded paper.

With all of this in mind and a few other issues that I have left out, I sent a formal complaint to a senior member in Simpsons. The response I received was unprofessional and insulting. Blatantly stating that none of the above happened and that they had fulfilled their duty. This staff member insinuated that we had fabricated details and were simply trying to get something for nothing. He also stated that they would not apologise.

I responded by forwarding all correspondence I had in writing which he claimed to have investigated but clearly hadn't as it proved that we did not fabricate any details and I requested that the recorded phone calls be pulled up to to verify any details exchanged over the phone also. I received a response stating that he had received my email and would reply in 15 days. Clearly demonstrating a lack of urgency and a lack of care and understanding as a service provider

My goods were collected 2 weeks ago and are still in consolidation so will have to update at a later stage as to the condition of everything on arrival. However based on the atrocious level of service and underhanded, insulting treatment we received so far, I wanted to make sure others are aware of this ASAP before trusting this company to move them.

Regards

Paul.

Never Use This Company.

We made the mistake of ignoring bad reviews and went with Simpsons because of the competitive price they offered. Their salesman Ersin assured us that our shipment would arrive in 5-8 weeks. It is now over 3 months since we had our things collected by the company, and it still hasn’t left their warehouse in Kent. They do not respond to emails or phone calls, they make up millions of excuses, their number one concern is making as much money as possible while you languish without your things in another country. We have begged, we have pleaded, and we are now considering legal action if the matter is not resolved swiftly. Please, save yourselves.

Avoid at all costs.

The title says it all. Simpsons is not reliable, does not taking care of your belongings, rude and their account team is non-responsive to say the least.
I hired Simpsons last July to move my furniture from two flats in the UK to one destination in France. At first, Simpsons sales were very responsive, and modified a few times their quote based on my specific requirements. It was really fast, and Stewart reassured me. My company was supposed to pay for the move, but when discussions took place we all discovered that the process would be too long for my company to pay on time before the date of the move. I offered to pay for the move and get the money back from Simpsons once my company paid them. Both parties agreed and I had assurance from Simpson that I would get my money back as soon as my company settles the bill a second time.. how naive of me! My company paid in September, and since that date, I have been e-mailing and phoning Simpsons every week to get my money back without success. So I am 13K down at the moment and all I have are this sort of comments from accounts: "I am not responsible for when the director decides to settle the account". At this stage this is stealing!
In addition, the move itself, which started ok with professional people, became a disaster  from my second flat. All pieces of furniture had to be dismantled by myself to avoid them being broken. I bought the packing service and they ways were packed at my second flat was a disgrace. As an example, kitchen drawer were taken and poured into a box - as simple as this. The alcantara sofas, designer plastique chairs, paintings were just dragged out of the flat, into the oily underground car park, unprotected, and put in the lorry like this with a few dirty blankets to try and protect them - The result? Everything was dirty and damaged. And finally, the staff was rude at times, not really happy to do their job. In short AVOID!

Simple incompetence.

I am really disappointed by Simpsons Removal Office.

I have signed up with them because I was assured that a load was planned in Scandinavia end of March. I have gone through the whole process (without any explanation of how things were done - the only person who explained a bit things was the guy picking up my stuff!) of documentation, insurance and paying the full amount, and right after the final payment they told me that my stuff won't arrive for another 4 weeks !! Without apologies, without any compensation.

It is very different to pack stuff in order to receive them the following week, and when you pack to receive them the following month! And even after 10 days of changing, they are incapable of giving us a FIXED DATE.

The only good thing was the picking up of boxes (which were announced at 7.30AM in the morning without picking-up hour slot - so not helpful). The removers were nice, although sometimes a bit quick, and even dropped a box..

Let's see what will happen during the delivery now.. If that will happen one day!

Getting a quote.

These people are a joke and I would not recommend them to a nat. Asked for a quote which I eventually received to move from Kent to Northern Ireland. Contacted them to accept the quote and arrange the move date. Kept trying to contact them by email to arrange the date. Eventually got them on the phone and the person dealing with my move was on leave and it appears no one was picking up his work, very steptoe and son. Was told some one would ring me the next day. 2 days later no one had rang so I rang them only to be told by some snot nose woman that they where not taking anymore bookings. Totally left in the lurch and all I can say is they are a shower of W**ers.

The worst moving company ever!

Goods disappeared. No trace of it. They pack and unpack very fast so you feel compelled to sign the inventory without reading it. Then they say it is not there although it is in the insurance sheet. Then for us complaining less 14 pound than a minimum of 250 pounds they say insurance does not pay for the goods they list. We will complaint to authorities.

Rip Off - Beware!

Simpsons Removals was appointed by my international mover to ship my things from the UK to India. The packing and removal process was very unpleasant. My agent has grossly misestimated the size of container required resulting in loss of goods and extra cost. The packers were very unpleasant and abrasive.
Once my shipment arrived in at the destination, Simpsons Removals appointed an equally dishonest company for customs clearance. They sent me a bill for additional fees coming to 30% of the original amount paid to my mover. They refuse to explain the fees or give me any information on my shipment. They are withholding my things until I pay the fees. In addition, they have notified me that once I pay the fees there will be additional fees but they will not tell me the amount until the fees are paid.Very dishonest and misleading company. Beware.

Horrendous company in every way!!

Where to start!!
1 day late, turned up with 1 man and a sprinter for a European removal.
Next day another guy turned up with a Luton van, they got half of our belongings in and said the rest would cost another £5000 on top of the £5000 already paid.
It was contractors that they sent out, no shiny big Simpson’s truck.
The manager and staff are absolutely full of lies and rubbish, customer service was appalling.
My wife was 5 months pregnant and waiting for my return, with an empty house for an extra 2 days.
Be extremely careful as they said they provided me with vans sufficient for what I asked for.
I was not the one who worked out the cubic feet!!
They were so far off the cubic feet it’s insane.
I would never use this company and they deserve to go out of business!!
I only gave 1 star because I had to to publish this review.

Great price and totally professional.

Simpsons not only gave a great price they managed my removal from Belgium to the UK - including several months' storage in the UK - with total professionalism.
The move was scheduled to meet our requirements - a narrow window of possible dates - and the men who came to take our furniture arrived on time, working really fast and well. Everything was packed properly and nothing was damaged.
I could have asked for nothing more!

Moving from Spain to the USA.

I contracted Simpsons for my move from Spain to Houston, Texas this past June. The company picked up my shipment the end of June, and I paid I full at that time. My shipment took a while to leave for the USA, as they were waiting for ships going that direction, and it finally arrived 2 months later in the USA August 31st. The company contracted a US mover to deliver my shipment to me in Houston. Things were taking a while on that end, and I wasn't sure why until recently. The shipment finally arrived in Houston a little over a week ago, but the US company said they can't release it to me because Simpsons hasn't paid them! I call Simpsons every day, and so does the US company, and we can never speak to the people in charge, and they never return our calls. Definitely do not contract Simpsons. I see from the recent reviews this is happening to a lot of their customers.

Terrible after sales service - once they have your money in the bank.. forget it!! Even after appealing to the owner! They couldn't really care less if they tried hard!! Sad - very sad!!
Here is my final attempt at obtaining fair justice from this firm:

To: The Owner/Management of SIMPSONS REMOVALS & STORAGE LTD Dear Sirs,

I am writing to you in relation to the disappearance of the central part of our wardrobe, measuring approx. 1.5 mtrs x 1.2 mtrs x 0.42 mtrs (the largest piece of furniture on the list), which item was clearly marked on the Atlantis documentation and copied onto the document you sent me. Its identification number being #13/2. I can now confirm to you that the Spanish company Atlantis, who stored our pertinences, have checked the container in which our belongings were stored and have assured us that it was they themselves who personally removed our belongings from the container using their checklist, and that they also personally placed them on board your lorry. They noted that the lorry already contained furniture from other clients of yours.
There remains no doubt whatsoever that your Company collected all the items listed, including the central part of the wardrobe which was the largest item you collected. We entrusted you with our belongings and feel that you have a duty to explain to us why the largest piece of our furniture, which you
undoubtedly collected, remains incomplete as you have failed to
deliver the central part. The driver of the lorry used in the collection, and his companion(s), should surely be able to inform you of its whereabouts. Having paid 865 pounds for its collection and delivery we consider that we deserve an honest explanation. The wardrobe also contained items that are very valuable to us. We are asking you to perform a decent investigation on our behalf as to its whereabouts and politely suggest that you begin with those who were
in charge of the lorry which collected it and those who were present at its unloading into your warehouse for storage until its delivery. Our furniture may not have any great value in monetary terms though they are antiques, but the missing wardrobe belonged to my wife’s grandmother and has in our eyes irreplaceable value. In the event of it having suffered damages on the journey, we would have preferred it to have been delivered to us in whatever condition. In fact, other items, (a gate leg table and a writing bureau), were severely damaged – the writing bureau was delivered in 4 separate pieces, but we made no complaint and I have been able to repair them satisfactorily.
The most upsetting feature of this entire affair to us, is that we have good reason to believe that you are not being transparent with us.

We fear that having received full payment in advance for the
collection and delivery of our belongings, you now lack the
motivation to investigate the disappearance of our wardrobe, or to invest the time necessary in discovering its whereabouts, its
possible recovery, or at least finding out exactly what happened to it. For instance, could it have fallen over in the van and suffered such damage from bouncing up and down on its broken mirror, so that those discovering it decided not to report it? We wish to point out that your company was recommended to us through “ShipStuff.com”, of which you are a member and who are now waiting for a report on the way you have dealt with us. We hope that you will give our case sufficient time so that our report can still be of a positive nature.
We do have physical evidence in our possession which would help any outside investigation should that become necessary, but rather than reporting this case to the various BAR associations of which you also are members we would naturally prefer to receive a satisfactory response from yourselves. Trusting that you are an honourable company and willing to rectify any negligent behaviour that has resulted in the wardrobe being damaged beyond repair, and your workers unwilling to report to you of its fate, I Iook forward to hearing what your investigations bring to light and still hope that we may recover the missing part of the wardrobe or at least be given an honest answer as to its fate and the corresponding compensation. Yours sincerely, Edward Laughlan

Their response.. one phone call to my wife from the assistant manager Max Oughera, promising to contact myself (which never happened), and into "Forgetitlandia.. we've been paid" NOT an honourable company!!

Oh and by the way.. the way this site has been set up I was not able to select correctly the town of pick up nor the town of delivery so I will tell you here. The pick up town was El Puerto De Santa Maria, Cadiz. The delivery town was Fairwarp, East Sussex.

3 Months delay.

I'm going to be short: DO NOT HIRE. I did unknowingly only because this company was appointed by my international moving company from LA. I won't hire myself even though I do have another move coming up.

Originally moving from LA to Berlin. I had to switch Germany for Spain because my goods have been sitting in Simpson's warehouse for 3 MONTHS (+2 months traveling by ship from abroad) and I'm now 5 months pregnant and alone to unload!! But as I was advised by email, this wouldn't affect the delivery date.

The best part? There's still NO SCHEDULED DELIVERY and there is no way I can unload by myself when I'm.. 6.. 7.. who knows!! BECAUSE THERE'S NO SCHEDULED DELIVERY YET. My family lives in Spain, hence the change, so that I can have the help I shouldn't have needed, had I received my goods in a timely fashion.

The reason they give me? There are no trucks available. How on Earth you're a moving company, and for months you don't know when your trucks are scheduled to come back from their current trips?

I will now be moving all of my partner's things from Berlin to Spain too, and will definitely not consider hiring Simpsons if I'm not given an actual delivery date for my goods and check that all my stuff is in correct order. 5 MONTHS in total have my things been traveling the world, when I was given an 8 week quote. I've had to buy a lot of things again.

Horrendous experience. Nerve wracking. Unfair.

International move.

Like others reviewing here, I was given a competetive price and told that was all inclusive. It seemed a little low so I asked for a proper evaluation at my home based on worst case scenario, ie; if I were to take everything. I got charged extra for crates which never showed up with the move and then hit with a bill £300 over the agreed amount (already almost 500 over the original quote). When we complained given that they brought no small boxes and were stuffing t-chests with paper to fill them up as they were getting heavy, we were met with the most atrocious customer service ever. My husband was told I must have sneaked more items in despite having an evaluation and full 'expert pack'.so basically they called their customer a liar. I say expert because tbe move got off to a bad start with one of them arriving smoking and flicking it on my drive, throwing books on top of a valuable item so the books were curled (thank goodnesd I came in as it was been sealed), they took tools belonging to my friend when they went around collecting them whilst I was signing papers and refused to accept responsibility so I have had to replace as new then rushed off to anpther job that simpsons had apparently forgotten about. so they sent a van full of the most precious things in the world to me (childrens drawings, handmade furniture from grandad) to be filled up with someone elses consignment miles away. After they left I found screw and nails on stairs needed to reassemble furniture so have had to pack in suitcase. The whole thing has been stressful, frustrating and emotional. Also expensive!! After paying the full amount, I was asked for more money as they forgot to invoice me and it had to be paid there and then or they wouldn't send anyone (2 days before I flew out) and now we have had an email from the sister company in oz to say that simpsons have advised them we haven't paid the 288 dollar fee up front that we weren't even told about (I was told everything except any necessary fimigation was paid) and this needs to be paid immediately directly to them. Furious isn't the word. Our consignment has taken ages to arrive forcing us to buy new things to get by and I am concerned it will not even arrive intact. I would not trust them to pay out on the insurance I was rudely coerced into taking. We have moved internationally twice and never had a bad experience until now. Avoid this company at all costs!

Long-distance move from Dartford, Kent to Edinburgh, Midlothian

Swanley(Kent) to Grangemouth (Scotland) move.

Emptied the house very quickly and appeared efficient. However at the other end some of my carefully packed boxes were damaged however the contents were intact. A couple of pieces of furniture had suffered slightly but not enough for making a claim.
Please note the moving route is incorrect as they do not have my route listed.

Service cost: £3300

International move from Dartford, Kent to Munich, Free State of Bavaria

Very unprofessional moving company!

After almost 5 months I still do not have a delivery date for my shipment. They keep finding excuses even I told them many times that it is unacceptable for me to wait so long since I urgently need things that are related to my work and also winter clothes.

Very, very unprofessional!
