We were given a delivery window for our items to arrive, but we also were asked what is our first desired date that we will be ready to get the delivery. We ended up receiving the delivery on that very same time we chose! We couldn't be more happy with such time efficiency. The truck drivers were in touch with us the day before the delivery to give us the time window, and they were right in time when they said they will. One small heads up, their truck is very large so be sure you have adequate parking available.

They worked quickly and efficiently without seeming tired or irritated. In fact when we arrived at the new place and I was trying to unwrap some items one of the men (I don't recall his name) asked me to stop, because it was his job to do that. They turned what could have been an 8 hour move on our own into a 6 hour move with them leaving us the rest of the day to unpack. Moving into a third floor walkup the crew managed to unload the truck very quickly without damaging our items or the walls of our new building. I unhesitatingly would recommend Safe and specifically Alex and his crew to any of my friends looking to move.

I was pretty nervous about packing up 8 years of living and crating it off, but every single item ended up in our new apartment unbroken and on time. 
These guys were very professional and very communicative – I have dealt with crappy movers before. Furniture gets wrapped in moving blankets, plastic wrap, and tape. Each item or box gets inventoried when it changes location - from your apartment to a truck or from one truck to another so they can easily keep track of your stuff and, in the event something does go missing, they know where it happened. 
Would highly recommend these guys, especially for a London move!

My fiance' and I moved to Leeds at the beginning of July. We searched a long time before choosing Safe Removals. I looked at other sites for movers. The reviews on here helped a lot but I have to say I was waiting to see if the proof is in the experience.  From, the first person I spoke with to the last guy I shook hands with they were all very helpful, friendly and professional. It was this professionalism & courtesy that calmed our stress. The team that packed our items arrived on time, were quick but organized. The guys that delivered and completed the move were in touch with us through-out.

I recently availed moving services from Safe Removals for my move from Dagenham to Enfield and I am very happy with my choice.
The team from the company who helped me with my move were not punctual but were very courteous and patient. Once in, they quickly got to work and packed everything with utmost care and precision. All the furniture was moved without any damage. I was charged exactly what was agreed for and there were no miscellaneous costs. Overall I am very happy with their services from and I would recommend them to anyone looking for moving services.

After doing my research and getting a number of quotes, Safe Removals was easily the front runner. They were incredibly responsive to (and patient with!) all my questions/concerns and really worked with me beforehand to ensure that we were both on the same page. No moving-day surprises either!! The moving crew was so on time they were slightly EARLY, packed everything up in two hours, and then provided me with an itemized list of absolutely every piece of furniture, every box, every bag they had packed (18 pages, folks). Moving everything into storage on the other side took less than an hour. All in all they were excellent and I couldn't recommend them more.

If you looking for a moving company stop your research now, you just found the best! Safe Removals moved my North London office, this was relatively a small move since we left most  of the furniture behind but still had to do lots of packing; at the first few minutes I already felt the well-oiled machine everyone was talking about. They sent an onsite estimator to evaluate the move and to make sure the estimate is a flat rate for each one of them and the movers were great. The movers are polite and friendly and super professional , no damages and no hidden cost. Look nowhere else guys.

We had no problems with this company as they performed well from the initial phone call to the drop off at our new location. All the team were polite, friendly and very well-mannered characters. The move went very well and the team showed their expertise in securing household items and dismantling large furniture into pieces. We needed to move our daughter from her one bedroom Kilburn flat to Camden, Safe Removals men arrived early in the morning and found us packed and ready to move. They dismantled a large wardrobe and sofa and professionally reassembled them in the new flat. They also gave us enough boxes to pack all the small and delicate items safely and covered items with blankets to ensure no scratches. The moving team were all polite and friendly which reduced moving day stress to no end. We would have no hesitation to recommend this company to family and friends.

These guys have helped me move from my one bed flat in Arnos Grove with exceptional ease and least stress. Communication was top notch from the initial enquiry to drop off in the new flat. There was also good advice throughout which proved invaluable as it is my first time to use a professional moving company. The relocation team was hard working, reliable and well mannered. They moved all household items intact with no breakages or scratches. I would use the services again in the future and recommend them.

My son and I needed to move at short notice from North to West London and required a reliable company to handle the relocation. A work colleague recommended Safe Removals which they had used successfully in the past. I called and talked to their office and came away with a good quote and a moving day agreed. The move went as planned and everything was relocated safely without any breakages or damages. I am happy to say they were brilliant in every department and I am happy to recommend them.

They have done a good job, we could see they were professional movers and were covering sofa & TVs and also the floor in our new flat. However, we had chose Safe Removals as we were attracted by the price quoted for 6 hours which we were told it shouldn't go over. If the move was taking longer than 6 hours and less than 8 hours, it was a further £100 on top. From the start, we could see that they were doing everything they could to delay the move when they could so that the all move will be longer than 6 hours (eg: They started moving boxes 30 mins later etc ..). They also broke one of our drawer which was a shame really but it was not much we could do about it. We ended up paying for the 8 hours (it took 7 hours) and were not offered any discount for the broken drawer.

We have moved five times in the past and have had mixed experiences-some good and some not so good. I am happy to say this was one of the good moves we have made. They were very helpful in helping us get the move in our budget and promised there will be no extra charges. We saved money on doing part packing ourselves which did not compromise the safety of our belongings. The team had a great can do attitude which went a long way to getting the move done efficiently and in good time. .

The quote was very competitive compared to six other firms we had talked with. On the day before the move they popped by to confirm everything and dropped some boxes. They turned up promptly in clean vans and worked really hard to pack up our contents and get moving. The moving team were well presentable, polite and very careful with our belongings.  They were very courteous in waiting for us to get the keys to the new house with no complaints. Everything went really well and I would not hesitate to use them again.
