I spoke with Patrick and Alex during the process of evaluating moving companies and based on their answers and decided to book them. I liked their responsiveness which was very fast, their helpful customer service, and competitive pricing. They are upfront with costs and payments accepted; generally proactive about information around the move. They provide dis-assembly/re-assembly of furniture and wardrobe boxes at small cost. Reservations are free to make. They knew how to pack glass. Generally they were pretty efficient about time altogether. You couldn't ask for a better moving company.

I spoke to Alex on the phone, and he reassured me that Safe Removals prided themselves on transporting goods safely. My drivers (Alex and Tom) had a very good understanding of the London area, and were able to navigate without directions. I'm glad to say my items arrived damage-free.

Alex and Tom did a good job of packaging my belongings in protective materials where it mattered - on items such as my 50-inch LCD TV. They did most of the hard work, meaning I could relax and not have to stress out about my house move.

It was a good experience for me to relocate my business here in London. Our Company is shifting the office from Birmingham to London and we have three companies in our mind, I call all of them and ask me to provide the quotation. I am surprised when I received the Safe Removals quotation because the offering price is almost 20% less than the competitor companies. Everything arrived intact and all furniture and electronics were delivered to the right place. So, I would personally recommend to my friends who have planned to relocate the equipment and machinery from one place to another.

I called Safe Removals for more information about pricing and I ended up confirming the appointment for my moving day. I can't really express how awesome these guys were. They're on time and friendly, service has been exceptional and I would recommend them for any size move. Patrick and his team basically killed it - I moved about 4 years ago with a somewhat popular moving company and back then I had about half as much stuff which they moved with a team of three. Great Service!

Overall the job was well done and we would use again and recommend. They helped me with whatever we needed and also explained all the pricing before they started moving and when they finished. We were kept informed about the move throughout and our household goods were put in the right rooms after the move. Even though we had some delays in getting the keys from the estate agent the team were very patient and waited without complaints. There was nothing broken or damaged and all our precious belongings were relocated with great care and attention. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for moving services.

We had contacted them for a quote via telephone and they were quick to provide us with a quote for three movers within two weeks from our call. They guys called to confirm time of move 3 days in advance, as promised. On the morning of the move, they called us 30 min before arrival and actually came a few min early, as promised. They had all the packing supplies needed for any furniture that still needed to be packed. All three were experienced, courteous and fast. They were also very careful with our belongings and packed delicate items carefully. They quoted us about 2 hours to pack and load, 45 min drive time, and 2 hours to unload and sure enough, they were right on the ball with their estimates. Peter, the leader really helped us on moving day, even had some money-saving ideas for us. I would definitely recommend them based on my experience.

I booked my move 2 weeks ago and had a great interaction with the Safe Removals team on the phone and as well on email. I had to grab keys from the estate agent and their office was extremely accommodating and responsive.

For the actual move, they called me at the beginning of my arrival range to give me a 30min window for the actual arrival. The team had a big van, lots of wrapping, blankets, boxes of tape rolls. These guys literally do this for a living and acted very much like professionals.

I am happy with these guys and would recommend them to anyone!

The people at Safe Removals came out to our old House and gave me a quote and answered all my questions. I felt prepared for my move and a lot more relaxed about it. My Husband and I just moved and decided for the first time to use a moving company. It took our movers half the time that our quote said it would take. I could not have been any happier with the movers and the price. Our movers were very professional. It was great . I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Safe Removals were so patient with our office while waiting for a delivery two days in a row! They handled things with ease and just so efficient about it when they could easily have gotten mad or annoyed and believe me, even I was annoyed at that point. They are the preferred movers in our building here in the "Square Mile" and I can see why. These guys are fast, reasonable, efficient and very trustworthy. If you ever need movers that do not waste your time, are professional, and can get the job done, choose them.

I had to use them twice due to circumstances - first to move everything to storage and then for a second time to move everything into the apartment. I couldn't have been more pleased with both moves - they were friendly, very careful with my belongings, and were willing to help in any way they could. Patrick and the team from Safe Removals were simply AMAZING! I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving within London or if you need any help moving things into storage.

Had Brett come up to provide a quotation by viewing the items needed to be packed up. Price came in at a good value for supplying and packing and removal on the same day.
3 men turned up on the day as promised and a phone call from Matt to say they're on the way. Arrived and the guys started straightaway. Very professional and worked non stop until completed. Had a short break to catch their breath and keep on working. All items arrived safely and all boxes left in rooms as requested.
Would recommend them to people who needs moving. Safe us all the hassle as we have a little boy to take care off.

They came and survey looked round our 3 bed house a week before the move to make sure everything is in order. They identified t some large items of furniture that will need dismantling and ones that would need expert packing. We were in a chain of property sales so had to change the moving date several times but they were very accommodating about the changes. The moving team came on time and were very polite and professional about the task at hand. Their care and attention is their best feature as they fully wrapped everything to make sure nothing was broken or scratched.

This company is absolutely first class. From the moment I made my initial enquiry I was treated politely and questions were answered promptly and accurately. On the day of the move the two men were outstanding, they arrived on time and took the utmost care packing my belongings into the van. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. We had to stop briefly in Bournemouth to collect some items and the traffic was awful making it very late by the time they left me. At no point did they complain or make me feel awkward.

I truly have nothing but praise and admiration for Safe Removals. When I move again I will not even consider another company.

Safe Removals went beyond call of duty and our expectations to provide us with a very cost effective and stress-free move from start to finish. They safely dismantled a large wardrobe, kept all the bits safe and reassembled it in our new home without any dent or scratch. The office personnel were very full of knowledgeable and were able to explain everything as well as answer our endless questions. The person sent to do the pre-move survey was punctual and explained the whole process including what was expected from us. They also ensured we had adequate packing materials for small items and labels for where boxes should go. As a result the move went very smoothly so I would not hesitate to recommend them for moving house.

Packing 10 years’ worth of household collection was quite depressing so we were very relieved that we found such an efficient moving company. From the office staff to removal men the whole team was very quick, understanding and cheerful. The move was to be done in two hours but ended up taking less than 1.5 hours. Our large dining table could not fit the van provided but it was quickly dismantled and put back together at pour new house. We are happy with the whole experience.
