Safe Removals

We had a nice move from Safe Removals for the second time as again they turned up on time and worked endlessly to make sure all items were safely moved. We moved from Chelsea to Acton from a two bed to a 3 bed house to get closer to family members. They immediately went about unloading items to the new house and left everything in the right rooms. They also correctly reassembled large wardrobes with their expertise and tools. We moved with enough time to spare for a well-earned tea and sandwiches break. I would use the company again and recommend to anyone moving house.

The moving team went beyond expectation to make sure all our household items are moved quickly and yet careful. The unloading was done in an equally careful manner so despite the speed of the move there was nothing broken, damaged or lost in transit. They even dismantled two large wardrobes in order to get everything to fit which was great. The packing staff ensured everything was well secured including delicate glass items and blankets were used to ensure against damages. Overall we are delighted with the move and would recommend the company.

We found Safe removals to be a very presentable, polite and professional company. They provided three men and a large van to move our two bedroom flat from East to West London at a very reasonable rate. They were careful to pack items safely and put covers on items like mattresses and sofa sets. Everything arrived intact and no scratch which is always a major relief after a move. All in all I found their service to be excellent and would not hesitate to recommend them here.

I called and arranged a removal with Safe Removals. On the removal date they did not show up after having told me many times that they were late but coming. The person I was in contact to did not answer to the phone, nor provided any help or information. I lost a whole day waiting with no answer from the Safe Removals contact. I also know of other people who have been treated the same way. Unfortunately they give you an appointment but if the job before yours takes longer they do not mind at all and even cancel yours if it's too late. I just filed for a legal action against them with the solicitor as my moving was completely screwed by them and I had to pay as I was unable to move from the old flat. My recommendation is to avoid them at all to be on the safe side. .

From start to finish a really great professional service , I would definately use this company again and recommend to friends.  Arrived on time and managed to pack and unpack everything in the time quoted.    Definately took the stress out of the day which definately deserves a big thank you.  Patrick was very clear in the intial discussion stage and sending through the qoute which was very reasonable considering it included transporting from south east London to Hertfordshire.

Like most people we were faced with a daunting choice of removal companies from large, well known outfits to single man and van outfits. We went with Safe Removals due to the confidence they gave us on the phone, the good reviews they have online and their friendly nature. We did not live to regret our choice as the promised service was as good as we had heard about. All in all they are a very reliable, honest and polite team to work with. I do not hesitate to use them again or recommend for house move. .

It was our first time to use a removal company so we were a bit weary and did not know what to expect. We were unsure how many personnel would be needed and how long it would take. Alex and the team answered all our queries and even agreed to pop round for a free survey before the quote. In the end we got a very reasonable price which included a large Luton van and three movers and packers. The move itself took just three hours and all the personnel were very helpful and professional in their work.

I hired the safe removals team last month to move all of my stuff from my parents house to my new flat.Arranging the pick up was quick and easy just one call and it was booked, the guys turned up on time with a huge van that could have easily fitted my stuff two times over.I didn't have to do much on the day just told the guys what items where to go and they did all the loading and the same at my new place the guys did all the work and I just told them where I wanted stuff.Really good service and friendly staff I felt like I got good value for money.

We used Safe removals last week to move into our new home. We were literally moving from a flat to a house around the corner. Unfortuantely due to my bad planning I booked the removals for the afternoon thinking we would have enough time however the van was about an hour delayed getting to us (London traffic issues!). I thought this would all be fine however when they arrived it became evident that the sheer volume of our stuff would not fit into the van they had. It was huge and I think would normally have been fine for a flat but we perhaps had underestimated our STUFF.  Anyway - the guys were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! They worked like machines, so hard working and efficient. We finally got everything into the new house and they were working solidly until 11pm, we did two trips as we were literally around the corner but if you are unsure about the amount of stuff you have it may be worth checking with them as I think we might have needed two vans or one bigger in hindsight! I thought they were amazing though and have already recommended them to our friends who are all moving in the next few months. Really great service and value for money, just what you want from removal companies. Thanks Safe removals and team - we were really happy and will use you again in the future!!

I made my reservation with one of the owners.  They were very helpful with box pickup ahead of move, advising me on what I needed, how many boxes, etc.  Moving team arrived promptly at scheduled time. They were polite, professional, friendly, and very very efficient.  They got right to work and moved stuff out of my house and onto the vans FAST.  Arrived at new house and same story-- they moved stuff in quickly and without incident.  They were done with the whole move incredibly fast (and since they charge by the hour, time is money).  They even took some of my trash out for me when they left. Overall an entirely positive experience, insofar as the process of moving can be positive. Thanks again Good Stuff!

Service was ok until the moving men parked their van on double yellow lines near my house, got a parking ticket and then took the money for this out of my bank account - £65.  
I said this was the responsibility of the person in charge of the vehicle, and that I'd have been happy to pay the £3/hour to park in a bay, but the money had already gone out of my account so when they argued against me there was nothing I could do. 
This is very sneaky because it's not in their terms and conditions - they only say they might have to charge to pay for parking, which they could easily have done.  Even if there isn't an available space, I could have stayed with the van the whole time while they loaded it, but I wasn't consulted.
Really disappointing as they seemed friendly and helpful before.  Would recommend avoiding them.

This is my 4th move and by far the best thanks to Safe Removals. I found no petty hidden fees, great flexibility in scheduling, and excellent dependability. The owner, Alex, came to our home and took a look at our belongings, offered us options and gave us a reasonable quote that is all inclusive. Then we met the amazing Patrick who scheduled our move. On moving day, 3 talented, well-trained movers showed up at our door, whisked away our stuff in no time at all and take it to our destination with no damage or hassle. They epitomize the "can do" spirit.

These guys did an excellent job wrapping my fragile belongings - furniture, framed art, TV, etc.  Literally nothing was broken or damaged and all my items were in pristine condition upon unpacking.  They packed everything with extreme care and moved us in a very timely manner.  We had an Ikea bed which they did a great job disassembling and reassembling. The whole thing took around 3 hours. Two thumbs up - everything arrived on time, were extremely friendly and accommodating.   I would highly recommend them!
