  Massive thanks to range relocations for assisting us with my mothers house move . It was a last-minute move which range managed to book us in with such short notice. We couldn't ask for a more professional service and will be forever grateful for the stress-free moving experience we received.

  We decided to choose this service as we were moving from London into Ashford, in Kent. The service provided was both professional and reliable- nothing was broken during the transportation of our possessions and the workers were very friendly. We have used many removal services in the past due to moving around a lot and this was by far the best service we have received out of every company we have used. Not only was our furniture delivered quickly and safely, but the workers helped us move our furniture where we wanted it into the house- which saved us a lot of time! Lee was particularly helpful and polite, and was very helpful from our first time contacting the company to the final minutes of unloading, but all of the workers provided an excellent service. I have recommended this company to many of my friends and would definitely also recommend to anyone reading, as they will ensure that everything comes to you in one piece! We were very impressed with their punctuality throughout the day and were shocked at how quickly they delivered our furniture and other items to us back in Ashford.   Range Relocations - Removal to Poole.
  
  From the start to the finish the whole experience with Range was all we could have hoped for in a removal firm. Lee listened to our (unfounded) concerns about the lorry size and called teh day before to check how we were doing and alleviate our worries.
  
  The two removers (Andy & Will) arrived on time at 7.30 am to load us and cheerfully dealt with children, toys and difficult items as well as my queries about loading the lorry. Everything was treated with the utmost care throughout. After barely pausing they embarked on a 3 hour drive and then helped again to ensure everything that they possibly could was put in the correct place despite an awkward spiral staircase I had omitted to mention.
  
  In summary Range were first class and very fair from start to finish, making a very tiring day a lot less tiring and I would recommend them to anyone.
- Tam in the office kept in touch and sent us emails as to where the guys were and the times they were going to arrive.

  What a great bunch of fellas. We had a three bedroom house we needed to move to Scotland. We called round several companies and came across these guys. The office staff were so helpful from the word go and help with what we needed and didn't need for our move. On moving day they were prompt and courteous. I've read their reviews and have to say they live up to every word. Tam in the office kept in touch and sent us emails as to where the guys were and the times they were going to arrive. They arrived when promised and placed all our goods where we wanted. A good job done by a good company. Thanks. Stuart.

  From the crowd go R R were brilliant asked us all the right questions on our original inquiry. Steve in the office was extremely helpful. We needed packaging and got it the next day. We were struggling with the packing and called them. Lee in the office sent a guy round and by God he was finished in 4 hours flat. We were gob smacked at the speed and efficiency. The day of the move was smooth and straight forward and we were in our new property without delay or stress as Steve said what to do and made sure we were ready. It made it all go great. We would recommend this company to anyone moving. They were fantastic and friendly throughout. Best wishes. Leigh.

  We moved from E17 to E10 on 20th June 2013. Range relocations were absolutely amazing. I would tthoroughly recommend them for a big house move. They were punctual, reliable and efficient and they took great care of our mucho loved possessions. Five stars. Brilliant service. Good value and very friendly guys who work really hard. I found them after several quotEs. They provided boxes and I was of pleased I gave them a bottle of prosecco to say thank you.

  We were contacted by Range Relocations by a guy called Lee and were very impressed from the start. He advised us on what we needed for our move and sent his guy to view to double check all the items we needed to move. They were a lot but he got it right from the first time. The move went so smoothly and Lee kept in touch throughout making sure all was OK. Travis and Jonathon who moved us were a great couple of guys and kept our spirits high. They arrived on time and we had our belonging all in the same condition as when they left London. Real good experience and would recommend them to anyone moving. Thanks from all the Harding family.

  I selected Range Relocations out of three removal companies as Lee was the most responsive and the most competive out of the three. About 3 weeks in advance I paid a 50% deposit on the agreed price for the removal. I never received a receipt for this. I also said that we would probably need 6 months storage.In the end we did not require storage as we were offered a different accommodation than anticipated. Having lost out on the storage turned Lee into a very aggressive , rude and abusive person.
  
  Moving house is one of the most stressful things one can do and things can change last minute. Lee asked me a day before the agreed moving date to send the rest of the money within one hour. I duly paid him even though this request came totally out of the blue. The agreement was to pay the rest on the day of removal. Again, for the rest payment I also did not receive a receipt. At the end Lee charged us another £500 for storing some of our goods with a local storage company. The whole day was an unforgettably horrible experience due to the money grabbing and totally unhelpful removal company. Not to be recommended at all.

  A Traumatic Move.
  
  Our experience with Range Removals was, to say the very least, extremely unpleasant. I had initially been very impressed with the promptness with which Lee responded to my request for a quote for packing and moving a two bedroom flat with garden furniture, but that is the only positive aspect of the experience. Not only did the removals team turn up well over an hour late, but we were then subjected to the following -
  
  1. Constant complaints about the amount of furniture and the size of the flat. This is despite having been provided with a fixed quote for the move based upon a two bedroom flat with a garden. This culminated in Lee "going on strike" and refusing to carry on with the move until my husband went to a cash point to withdraw a further £300 to complete the move.
  
  2. A removal van which was clearly filled with furntiture from an earlier move - no doubt limiting the amount of space available for our furniture. We were not told, as part of the agreed fee arrangement, that there was any limit on the amount of furniture/belongings - if this is the case, Range should be open with their customers at the outset.
  
  3. Abusive, threatening and intimidating behaviour towards…
- they will leave and not refund us the original agreed price of £550 VAT that has already been paid

  After turning up more than 45 minutes late this morning and then verbally attacking one of my neighbours, so far dealing with your delivery men has been the most unpleasant in my life. Gas works on the street had been delayed by the council so once they arrived we arranged to pay the driver an extra £150 to get 2 extra men to load to van in the street making 5 men in total. Once they arrived a space was found about 40m from the property. He then insisted that we pay an extra £600 (on top of the £600 £150 already paid) for them to load from that position and reneged on the previously agreed £150 to load the vehicle in the street. He has now told my partner if we do not pay an extra £600 immediately they will leave and not refund us the original agreed price of £550 VAT that has already been paid. I have tried to speak to him myself where he screamed at me and then hung up the phone. I have worked in property and navigated 100’s of removals and deliveries and simply cannot believe the way we have be spoken to and held over a barrel today. After emailing Lee to complain he again shouted and spoke over me until final he said he looked forward to me taking them to court. DO NOT…

Move and packing service.

The guys were very hard working and not a complaint was heard
We had two houses to move but our initial company couldn't help with the second property
So theses guys were chosen for the job and we were very happy.

We moved from a large three bedroom house where we had been living for a long time and had a lot of things

THEY ARRIVED 10 MINUTES EARLY, AND LOADED SO QUICKLY AND WITH GREAT CARE WITH OUR ITEMS OF FURNITURE. THE STAFF WHERE VERY HELPFUL AND OUR MOVE RAN SO SMOOTHLY WITH ALL OF OUR FURINTURE ARRIVING AT OUR NEW HOME WITH NO DAMAGE. WE APPLIED ONLINE FOR REMOVAL COMPANIES AND LEE WAS THE FIRST TO MAKE CONTACT WITH US. TRACY CAME TO VIEW OUR HOME TO GIVE US A PRICE FOR OUR PACK AND MOVE.
WHEN SHE ARRIVED SHE EXPLAINED THE PROCESS OF MOVING AND HOW LONG THINGS WOULD TAKE.
SHE ALSO OFFERED US A CLEANING SERVICE WHICH WE DID NOT KNOW THEY PROVIDED.
THEY ARRIVIED ON TIME AND ALL OF OUR GOODS WHERE DELIVERED IN ONE PIECE.
THE CLEAN WAS FANTASTIC AND THE NEW OWNERS OF OUR PROPERTY WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE THAN HAPPY.
