Range Relocations

These guys absolutely saved our lives. We were all set to move on Saturday at 9am, when recovered a voicemail on the Friday from Patrick Panczuk of Safe Removals the removal firm I'd previously booked (AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS) to say they were unable to make it at 9am and would be there before 1pm. To cut a long story short, I was unable to get hold of Safe that evening and all Saturday morning, and by 2pm on moving day they still hadn't arrived so I gave up.

In desperation I called Range Removals and they said they had a van in the area and would be with me in 1 1/2 hours. True to their word, by 3.30 the van rolled up and Terry the driver and Anthony set straight to work loading the van. They were absolutely professional and friendly and worked flat out to ensure we were loaded as quickly as possible. With our help the van was loaded and on the move in an hour. 
As as soon as we got to our new property, the guys set straight to work unloading the van, and we were done within an hour.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Range Removals, from the moment I called to waving goodbye to the boys, they were courteous, professional, helpful and hard working. Everything was loaded onto the van with care and secured properly. I rode in the van with them to the new house, and can honestly say even the driving was careful and considerate
All in all, Range Removals absolutely saved the day for us and I will always be grateful to them for that. Use these guys, you won't regret it!!

From the first call to Range Relocations asking from them to come and view our property to give us a quoation to the finish of the move has been just a stress free easy process. Tracy view our property and told us how many vehicles needed and men. The guys who moved our furinture where very polite and caring about all pocessions. Could not be happier with the service and would highly recommend this company if you are looking for that stress free type of move. Thank you to all of you at Range Relocations.

My wife and myself decided to move back to Edinburgh after bringing our family up in London. Our neighbour had used Range Relocations and could not fault the service they received from this company.
They gave us a competetive price and we booked our move in with them.
The team arrived on time to collect our goods and was correct with there timing for the drop off in Scotland.
We had no breakages or damaged furniture.
Overall a very nice experience had with this great company.

I'm not someone who would normally sit and write a review just to busy but the experience we had with range relocations was outstanding. To say the least from the word go we were completely at ease with them. Lee in the office was great and gave us the best advice for our day. Even when he didn't need to, he called and gave us updates which I thought was beyond the average. My husband and I have moved all over the world but this was the best removal we have had. What a superb company. I've never had such a friendly bunch of fellas working for me. Lee came on the day and was professional and friendly. Even when things went wrong with our keys, no one complained. Doors were taken of and furniture was hoisted without a problem. We were so happy with the service we got and would recommend these guys to anyone moving. Tracy called us to make sure we had parking sorted and offered to help with that on booking with them. We decided to choose this service as we were moving from London into Ashford, in Kent. The service provided was both professional and reliable- nothing was broken during the transportation of our possessions and the workers were very friendly. We have used many removal services in the past due to moving around a lot and this was by far the best service we have received out of every company we have used. Not only was our furniture delivered quickly and safely, but the workers helped us move our furniture where we wanted it into the house- which saved us a lot of time! Lee was particularly helpful and polite, and was very helpful from our first time contacting the company to the final minutes of unloading, but all of the workers provided an excellent service. I have recommended this company to many of my friends and would definitely also recommend to anyone reading, as they will ensure that everything comes to you in one piece! We were very impressed with their punctuality throughout the day and were shocked at how quickly they delivered our furniture and other items to us back in Ashford. The workers looked and acted very professional and the overall quality of their service was outstanding. For such an excellent company, you would expect very high prices, yet theirs were surprisingly reasonable- some of the cheapest I have seen! They made our day run very smoothly and we couldn’t have asked for better staff and quality of service. I will definitely be using this company again if we decide to move house again in the future, as they are a reliable and trustworthy company. In conclusion, I would certainly recommend using this company, as I have had experience with many others in the past and certainly consider this one to be the best. We were contacted by several companies and decided to use Range relocations. What a great choice it was. Lee was great with all the information we needed and asked all the right questions on the day of the move. We couldn't of been happier with the team. They were quick and professional throughout and were happy to help out when needed. They stored our goods over night and delivered at the time agreed without any hassle. We were very happy with the service we received from this great company Range Relocations. I was contacted via telephone and was impressed with all the knowledge and know how of the office staff. They stopped me spending more than I needed to as well, which is a rare thing these days. The dreaded day of moving came but the fellas were so easy going and moved us so quick. 2 hours we were loaded and on our way I looked around gob smacked I was expecting most of the day. They delivered on time without any hassle and were friendly all day even with it being a scorcher the poor guys were sweating buckets. We used Range Relocations to move earlier this year and were very impressed with them.  The pre move service was excellent - Lee dealt with numerous queries comprehensively and quickly.  He was very happy to help and was happy to take  details via email rather than doing a home visit to quote.   The guys on the day were superb.  They arrived on time and were really personable and professional.  They worked quickly and efficiently (and tirelessly), taking great care with all our furniture and helping us to pack some delicate items like large vases/mirrors etc.  Nothing was too much trouble for them. Similarly, they unloaded with ruthless efficiency - they were cheerful throughout, despite a very early start to pack up and a long drive from London to Cheshire in the middle.  We did not experience a single breakage, and all our furniture arrived unblemished.  All round we were hugely impressed.

We instructed range relocations to undertake our family home move.
They arrived on time with a bunch of guys who were very polite and respectful and made us feel very comfortable with the day.
They worked very hard to clear our large amount of possessions without once complaining.
All in all we could not be happier with the professional service we recieved from this company and would highly recommend anyone looking to move.

Having used some of the more famous companies in the past and being disappointed, this time we decided to do our homework. We searched online and found Range Relocations to our advantage. Our move was far from easy with hoisting needed for some of our furniture. Lee gave us great confidence and proved himself on the day without a hitch.
We also used Range cleaning services and Tracy was fantastic. To say the least anybody planing to move choose the best. The best being in our opinion - Range Relocations. They were helpful on the phone. Dropped off packing boxes on the weekend. They were prompt, quick, careful and efficient. They were pleasant and polite. I couldn't ask for much more. They could improve their service a bit just by sending out a bit more documentation in advance. The move was from our four bedroom house in islington to another four bedroom house in clapham so it was a big move. The salesman lee made everything very clear over the phone and gave me a amazing qoute for the service I received. I had a team of six for the move and they did everything from the delicate packing away into the dark blue lorry they provided to unloading the lorry at the other end. I didn't have to lift a finger and was totally stress free. I was very happy in how everything was handled and it was such a smooth operation. I would highly recommend them to anyone as I couldn't of asked for more.

My wife and I move this past Saturday and used Range Relocations. They were true to there reputation. From the point of contact to them moving us, they were fabulous. I couldn't of asked for a better service. On the day Matt and Peter kept us happy and calm. Really good pair of fellas. We moved two weeks ago with Range Relocations from Tottenham to Cork. The guys were brilliant. From the word go, they were professional and courteous and nothing was too much trouble. At first we were worried but Lee in the office made everything clear and calmed us down. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone moving specially overseas like us. After receiving a number of very expensive quotes to move our flat just 18 miles Range Relocations offered a much more competitive and realistic price. Response to or initial contact was swift as was it to further questions throughout the process. We decided to pack ourselves and the boxes and wrap was delivered perfectly on the time as arranged. Our two delivery men, Leon and Peter, were again on time for the day of the move and keen to start. Their energy and strength in shifting our boxes (including a few overweight) from the top floor to their van was incredible. The guys were prompt in arriving at our new property to unload with the same intensity. The norm is you get what you pay for and usally any service that is priced low and seems too good to be true normaly is. Range relocations is the anomaly. Great service, great assistance, great price.

From start to finish I could not have been happier with the service that Range Relocations in Ashford offered. My mother in law was moving from Ashford to Bristol. she had lived in her house for 50 years so relocating was a difficult time for her.  She was handled with kindness and patience, everything explained at length and they spent time reassuring her. Nothing was too much trouble, they kept in contact for the weeks before the move. We booked them to pack up the entire house and this was done with much care. The end result was no breakages at all. On the day, the removal men were fast, efficient and careful, all done and dusted by mid afternoon including putting the beds together. Pretty amazing considering the distance! If you are looking for that extra service and a trustworthy firm for a reasonable cost look no further. I am happy to recommend them to anyone!

We moved from London to Kent in December 2013 and found Range Removals on the internet. They were excellent value for money, very competitive in fact and we would highly recommend. 
We decided to not use the absolute cheapest but they weren't far off with competitors in London quoting nearly double. 
They were prompt on the day and kept us informed beforehand.  Lee is very approachable on the phone when booking and checking up afterwards.

The guys were friendly and helful and carried out the moving swiftly.
We would use them again without hesitation. .
