They were helpful on the phone. Dropped off packing boxes on the weekend. They were prompt, quick, careful and efficient. They were pleasant and polite. I couldn't ask for much more. They could improve their service a bit just by sending out a bit more documentation in advance. The move was from our four bedroom house in islington to another four bedroom house in clapham so it was a big move. The salesman lee made everything very clear over the phone and gave me a amazing qoute for the service I received. I had a team of six for the move and they did everything from the delicate packing away into the dark blue lorry they provided to unloading the lorry at the other end. I didn't have to lift a finger and was totally stress free. I was very happy in how everything was handled and it was such a smooth operation. I would highly recommend them to anyone as I couldn't of asked for more.

My wife and I move this past Saturday and used Range Relocations. They were true to there reputation. From the point of contact to them moving us, they were fabulous. I couldn't of asked for a better service. On the day Matt and Peter kept us happy and calm. Really good pair of fellas. They worked like a train and didn't complain even when they had to take doors of at our new home. Anybody moving should definitely use them. We moved two weeks ago with Range Relocations from Tottenham to Cork. The guys were brilliant. From the word go, they were professional and courteous and nothing was too much trouble. After receiving a number of very expensive quotes to move our flat just 18 miles Range Relocations offered a much more competitive and realistic price. Response to or initial contact was swift as was it to further questions throughout the process. We decided to pack ourselves and the boxes and wrap was delivered perfectly on the time as arranged. Our two delivery men, Leon and Peter, were again on time for the day of the move and keen to start. Their energy and strength in shifting our boxes (including a few overweight) from the top floor to their van was incredible. The guys were prompt in arriving at our new property to unload with the same intensity. The norm is you get what you pay for and usally any service that is priced low and seems too good to be true normaly is. Range relocations is the anomaly. Great service, great assistance, great price.

From start to finish I could not have been happier with the service that Range Relocations in Ashford offered. My mother in law was moving from Ashford to Bristol. she had lived in her house for 50 years so relocating was a difficult time for her.  She was handled with kindness and patience, everything explained at length and they spent time reassuring her. Nothing was too much trouble, they kept in contact for the weeks before the move. We booked them to pack up the entire house and this was done with much care. The end result was no breakages at all. On the day, the removal men were fast, efficient and careful, all done and dusted by mid afternoon including putting the beds together. Pretty amazing considering the distance! If you are looking for that extra service and a trustworthy firm for a reasonable cost look no further. I am happy to recommend them to anyone!

We moved from London to Kent in December 2013 and found Range Removals on the internet. They were excellent value for money, very competitive in fact and we would highly recommend. 
We decided to not use the absolute cheapest but they weren't far off with competitors in London quoting nearly double. 
They were prompt on the day and kept us informed beforehand.  Lee is very approachable on the phone when booking and checking up afterwards.

The guys were friendly and helful and carried out the moving swiftly.
We would use them again without hesitation. .

Ours was a VERY large 2 part move consisting of moving a very full 5 bed home AND a summer rental into one property that needed to be done on two days.  On the day of the major house move (5 bed home  - DAY 1), Tracy and her magnificent team showed up on time (early even!) and got stuck in straight away.  Systematically and carefully they emptied the house into their vans to meet our time deadline of 2PM with no problems - even though it was a huge, huge job.    There was nothing too much for them and at no point did I hear a word of complaint.   Interestingly, on the other side of the delivery (still DAY 1), the sellers of our new home who had used a rather well known large moving firm who won't be named, were very late getting out of their house.  Tracy and her team didn't let this bother them, they patiently waited until the other movers finished up (2 hours late) and then proceeded to move us in with not a cross word. She even had a backup plan in case our sellers couldn't get their acts together.  Range Removals was head and shoulders above these other movers.   While Day 1 was hard, Day 2 was worse as for the conditions they had to move in.  It was pouring with rain and freezing.  Still smiles, Tracy's team got it done perfectly again in no time.  Everything placed where we asked them to put it.  If it was taken apart, it was put back together.  And not a penny was charged over the original quote.   Having Tracy around to quote beforehand ensured that there were NO surprises and I would STRONGLY suggest to anyone moving that this is the ONLY way to go about a large housemove.   I can't imagine how we could have done this without this team.  They were amazing:  professional, polite and careful.  Thanks Tracy & please thank all the chaps for us!  Really appreciate it. .

We cannot thank Range Relocation enough for their help and assistance. Moving is stressful enough, especially when you are storing most of what you have, but taking the bare essentials to a temporary address. The men were patient and  understanding, and if they were in any doubt as to what was going where they'd ask, and they had to ask alot. They had a very long day, starting at 7.00am and finishing after 7.00pm. I was surprised when the final bill came in as quoted. All round we cannot fault Range, and I would gladly recommend them. .

I was promised the best and by good I got it. We have moved many times over the last 20 year's and used the big famous companies. Range Relocations knocked spots of them all. From dealing with Lee in the office which was an absolute god send to some I've dealt with. He knows exactly what he is doing. Answered talk my paranoid questions. On the day the strength and speed of the removal team was second to none and this made the whole experience easy. They delivered next day to Glasgow. Got unloaded in record time. We had a full four bedroom house and it was as if we were moving round the corner to these guys. I would recommend range to anyone moving. Outstanding job! Thank you. John.

My husband and I move from London Knights-bridge to Liverpool just before Christmas. We had several quotes and viewings. Range Relocations beat the competition hands down. They just made us feel totally confident that they would do the job perfectly. From dealing with Tracy in the office to the day of the move, we couldn't of asked for better professional, courteous and friendly staff. From start to finish our move was not easy. It was a three bedroom house but our garage two streets away was also full to the brim. They completed the move without a problem. We were thrilled with the experience we had with theses guys. Range Relocations really have been so helpful from start to finish, I cannot praise them enough. Having moved frequently over the years I can honestly say from my first phone call through to their office , the staff whom were amazing and very helpful to the guys who did the move who were just fantastic and extremely friendly. After reading many reviews, I stumbled up on Range Relocations and contacted them. From the word go, they were outstanding tending to my every need. Every question was answered honestly and with speed. Lee is very good at what he does. On the day of the move which was not an easy task, it went without a problem. From the first call to Range Relocations asking from them to come and view our property to give us a quoation to the finish of the move has been just a stress free easy process. Tracy view our property and told us how many vehicles needed and men. The guys who moved our furinture where very polite and caring about all pocessions. My wife and myself decided to move back to Edinburgh after bringing our family up in London. Our neighbour had used Range Relocations and could not fault the service they received from this company.
They gave us a competetive price and we booked our move in with them.
The team arrived on time to collect our goods and was correct with there timing for the drop off in Scotland.
We had no breakages or damaged furniture.
Overall a very nice experience had with this great company.

I'm not someone who would normally sit and write a review just to busy but the experience we had with range relocations was outstanding. To say the least from the word go we were completely at ease with them. Lee in the office was great and gave us the best advice for our day. Even when he didn't need to, he called and gave us updates which I thought was beyond the average. My husband and I have moved all over the world but this was the best removal we have had.
