What a superb company. I've never had such a friendly bunch of fellas working for me. Lee came on the day and was professional and friendly. Even when things went wrong with our keys, no one complained. Doors were taken of and furniture was hoisted without a problem. We were so happy with the service we got and would recommend these guys to anyone moving. Tracy called us to make sure we had parking sorted and offered to help with that on booking with them. They answered the phone and every question asked was answered correctly. Thanks Tracy and thank you Lee, Dan, Jack and Jill. Sorry, slipped that one in Tom. Will be calling you guys again. We decided to choose this service as we were moving from London into Ashford, in Kent. The service provided was both professional and reliable- nothing was broken during the transportation of our possessions and the workers were very friendly. We have used many removal services in the past due to moving around a lot and this was by far the best service we have received out of every company we have used. Not only was our furniture delivered quickly and safely, but the workers helped us move our furniture where we wanted it into the house- which saved us a lot of time! Lee was particularly helpful and polite, and was very helpful from our first time contacting the company to the final minutes of unloading, but all of the workers provided an excellent service. I have recommended this company to many of my friends and would definitely also recommend to anyone reading, as they will ensure that everything comes to you in one piece! We were very impressed with their punctuality throughout the day and were shocked at how quickly they delivered our furniture and other items to us back in Ashford. The workers looked and acted very professional and the overall quality of their service was outstanding. For such an excellent company, you would expect very high prices, yet theirs were surprisingly reasonable- some of the cheapest I have seen! They made our day run very smoothly and we couldn’t have asked for better staff and quality of service. I will definitely be using this company again if we decide to move house again in the future, as they are a reliable and trustworthy company. In conclusion, I would certainly recommend using this company, as I have had experience with many others in the past and certainly consider this one to be the best. Although I wouldn’t typically leave reviews for products or services, this one was so brilliant that I decided I would recommend it. .

We were contacted by several companies and decided to use Range relocations. What a great choice it was. Lee was great with all the information we needed and asked all the right questions on the day of the move. We couldn't of been happier with the team. They were quick and professional throughout and were happy to help out when needed. They stored our goods over night and delivered at the time agreed without any hassle. We were very happy with the service we received from this great company Range Relocations. I was contacted via telephone and was impressed with all the knowledge and know how of the office staff. They stopped me spending more than I needed to as well, which is a rare thing these days. The dreaded day of moving came but the fellas were so easy going and moved us so quick. 2 hours we were loaded and on our way I looked around gob smacked I was expecting most of the day. They delivered on time without any hassle and were friendly all day even with it being a scorcher the poor guys were sweating buckets. We used Range Relocations to move earlier this year and were very impressed with them.  The pre move service was excellent - Lee dealt with numerous queries comprehensively and quickly.  He was very happy to help and was happy to take  details via email rather than doing a home visit to quote.   The guys on the day were superb.  They arrived on time and were really personable and professional.  They worked quickly and efficiently (and tirelessly), taking great care with all our furniture and helping us to pack some delicate items like large vases/mirrors etc.  Nothing was too much trouble for them. Similarly, they unloaded with ruthless efficiency - they were cheerful throughout, despite a very early start to pack up and a long drive from London to Cheshire in the middle.  We did not experience a single breakage, and all our furniture arrived unblemished.  All round we were hugely impressed.

We instructed range relocations to undertake our family home move.
They arrived on time with a bunch of guys who were very polite and respectful and made us feel very comfortable with the day.
They worked very hard to clear our large amount of possessions without once complaining.
All in all we could not be happier with the professional service we recieved from this company and would highly recommend anyone looking to move.
We also appointed range relocations to our property and the cleaning was as good as the move. "Outstanding".

Having used some of the more famous companies in the past and being disappointed, this time we decided to do our homework. We searched online and found Range Relocations to our advantage. Our move was far from easy with hoisting needed for some of our furniture. Lee gave us great confidence and proved himself on the day without a hitch.
We also used Range cleaning services and Tracy was fantastic. To say the least anybody planing to move choose the best. The best being in our opinion - Range Relocations. We thought the service we were provided was very good. From start to finish we were impressed. We were called on our request very quick and were asked all the right questions about our move. We had a large number of plant pots to come with us. John in the office asked us and explained we needed another van for these as they don't put them in with our furniture. It is a good idea we thought. They arrived on time. Loaded at record speed the van, arrived for our pots shortly after and they were of got to our new property on time. They unloaded without any problem. We want to say thanks for this. From all of us.

See were very happy with the device provided by range relocations. They were very patient with me because I'm a panicker. I kept ringing asking what ifs but Steve chatted to me and calmed me down. On the day of the move, Lee and Travis arrived and just listening to them made me laugh. They worked tirelessly and with speed and we're loaded in no time. They arrived the next day and unloaded at the same pace. All in all, it went extremely well and got what we were promised. I'm sending the honey to you guys when it's ready I promise. THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THE ASHFORD KENT BRANCH!

This has to have been the worst move I have ever experienced and truly did not live up to the reviews on their website! Of which they boasted on at quoting and unpacking. I have never been left feeling so bereft they were meant to take the stress away not make it worse!
What went wrong– Initially they quoted for the wrong area of which I was told the day before this was despite being given the full address and postcode.
Day 1 – Packing day – late – items broken on packing, things not packaged properly and our newly painted Vespa scratched. Did not call to arrange timing the next day despite having agreed to do so.
Day Two – Knocked on door at 6am, not an agreed time to take the last remaining two beds. Then told us they had another move to do – didn’t see them again until 6pm when they unpacked in the dark with no lighting in the truck, taking 3 hrs to unpack and – more items discovered broken please see below.
Missing altogether
1. A large oval Casserole Aga dish of which I have the lid but not the dish
2. A small white ceramic casserole – almost a ramekin with a lid – I have the rest of the set but the baby one is missing.
3. A White slim vase and dried flowers that was in the main bedroom
At time of delivery we found that the below was broken these items were taken with you for replacement – no replacement or refund has been granted.
1.Thigh high purple glass vase – 15 years old but sentimental – they knew this on packing
2.John Rocha grey lamp with shade
In addition to the missing items the following was damaged and discovered on unpacking
1.Plant – Mexican fortune – not a leaf left attached
2.2 x Ikea bed side lamps – broken
3. Eight garden plants all destroyed not a leaf left and one pot broken
4.Indoor Yucca plant broken beyond regrowth
Our move was from Ashford Kent to Lincs - niether of which are choices when marking location on this review.

A big thank you to the guys who came to move us from range relocations.
Our move was not a big move but I was still stressed about moving.
My friend recommended range to us, we contacted tracy and she made us feel very comfortable after speaking with her.
The guys worked very hard and treated our stuff with great respect.
Not one of the biggest moves probally range have done but they still gave me a great service.
The price they quoted was great as well!!.

Hi guys! Аs promised here's your review. Lee in the office was fantastic. He saved us money that were needed and gave us the best advise. He didn't try to sell us things we didn't need and kept in touch all through the process. On our moving day it was great. No problem with anything and were loaded in a couple of hours and away they went. We met them in cork two days later and our goods arrived perfect. All in all, we had a good experience with range relocations and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any one moving anywhere. Thank you so much. Tony and family.

We were recommended by a close friend of ours to use Range Relocations to complete our 3 bedroom house move.
We contacted Tracy to view our property to give us a quoatation, and was very pleasantly surprised how competative Range was compared to other removal company quoatations.
The guys doing the removal were just fantasic at what they did, working extremely hard and carefully ensuring that all of our furinture and goods were treated with great respect.

Needed to get my thoughts on here about this amazing company. Lee in the office was so kind with all my constant questions. Not once got harassed with it, which I thought was good and he answered every question honestly and professional. On the day of the move, the team were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Even had to take off our front door to get our huge sofa out. Never once complained. Our goods were delivered on time and undamaged. We hired Range Relocations for our move from Clapham to Norbury and they provided a brilliant service. I was very nervous about the move, having not hired packers before and reading some of the reviews on this site. However, Range were fantastic, prior to the move they answered all my questions, they turned up the day before the move to pack everything up, leaving us with the over-night essentials and then turned up the next morning to move us. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was packed and moved carefully and promptly and I was surprised how quickly we were all unloaded into the new property. I will be using them the next time I move.

Range Relocations packed and moved our goods within the London area.
We were quoted for a packing, dismantling and move, which Range were very competetive in price.
The Service was great for packing to the dropping our goods off into our new home in Islington which was a three storey house and not easy which some of our larger furniture, but they made it look easy.
Everything dismantled was reassembled perfectly and all our furinture was put into the rooms we wanted it to be put in.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to move.

We picked Range Relocations over many other companies that contacted us because we felt completely at ease with them from the start. Lee and Tracy in the office were always on hand whenever we contacted them and never let us down with our questions. They even called us the night before to check we were ready and if we needed any thing else for the removal. The guys on the day Terry and Andrew were great and nothing was too much trouble. We were surprised how quick and efficient they were. We have recommended them already to my mum who is moving next month and will be recommending them to anyone else we know who is moving. Having never used a removal company before we found it very daunting and confusing. Eventually, we came across Range Relocations, who were absolutely fantastic. They helped us all the way and kept in contact with us knowing how stressed we were. We can't thank them enough for that. On the removal day it went like a dream. We could not believe how easy the guys made it look. The strength and speed of them was unbelievable. My wife found Range Relocations on one of these compare thingy sites. I was very unsure about the whole process, but after chatting with Tracy at their head office, I was hooked. From the word go, they were fabulous. Tracy is very knowledgeable in what she does, answering every question without hesitation and very honestly. The move day went even better. We had Lee and Andrew help us and they were fantastic and very amusing with all the jokes and banter. All in all, it was a good decision by my wife to choose them over some of the more famous names. A big hand for all at range.
