Range Relocations

From the start to the finish the whole experience with Range was all we could have hoped for in a removal firm. Lee listened to our (unfounded) concerns about the lorry size and called teh day before to check how we were doing and alleviate our worries.
The two removers (Andy & Will) arrived on time at 7.30 am to load us and cheerfully dealt with children, toys and difficult items as well as my queries about loading the lorry. Everything was treated with the utmost care throughout. After barely pausing they embarked on a 3 hour drive and then helped again to ensure everything that they possibly could was put in the correct place despite an awkward spiral staircase I had omitted to mention.
In summary Range were first class and very fair from start to finish, making a very tiring day a lot less tiring and I would recommend them to anyone.

From the word go, Range Relocations were fantastic. From chatting with Lee in the office who was so friendly and patient with our many requests and questions. He called us two days before to make sure we were OK for everything we needed. A really nice touch I thought. On the day of the move, we had some problems with furniture fitting out the door, but the guys were great and took doors of and out them back without complaint. They were quite funny too with all the banter between each other. A great set of guys for a great company. All the best from the Munro family.

Hi guys. As promised I'm writing this for you. From the very start of the process we were impressed with this company. Lee helped us out throughout our ordeal with our solicitors that kept changing our move date. He calmed us down and even advised us on booking procedures, so we didn't spend money we didn't need to. When we finally got our date, the guys were brilliant.They turned up on time and move us at great speed and accuracy. We were so happy with our service and will use them again and have passed there details on. Thanks from the mad Mandy and co.

We were contacted by Range Relocations by a guy called Lee and were very impressed from the start. He advised us on what we needed for our move and sent his guy to view to double check all the items we needed to move. They were a lot but he got it right from the first time. The move went so smoothly and Lee kept in touch throughout making sure all was OK. Travis and Jonathon who moved us were a great couple of guys and kept our spirits high. They arrived on time and we had our belonging all in the same condition as when they left London. Real good experience and would recommend them to anyone moving. Thanks from all the Harding family.

What a great bunch of fellas. We had a three bedroom house we needed to move to Scotland. We called round several companies and came across these guys. The office staff were so helpful from the word go and help with what we needed and didn't need for our move. On moving day they were prompt and courteous. I've read their reviews and have to say they live up to every word. Tam in the office kept in touch and sent us emails as to where the guys were and the times they were going to arrive. I have had to sit and write this because this company really helped us out in our hour of need. We would let down by our original movers and were given just 2 days notice. So we of course were frantic. After ringing many companies, we found Range Removals and from the word dot they were our hero. Lee in the office understood our predicament and said give me half hour and i'll come back to you to help. He managed it to. He booked us in and they arrived on time on our moving day. The guys were great. They live up to there reputation for sure. We will use these guys any time we move. Great service. All the best. Ivan.

Lee and the team helped us move from our 3 bed house in Kent all the way to Gloucestershire. What could have been a very stressful move was handled smoothly and professionally from the start. Tracy came out to give us a proper quote as we had garden furniture and things in the loft to move as well and they stuck to the price they quoted. On removal day they arrived early and had packed our belongings super speedily and we were on the road in really quick time. They arrived just after we did at our new address (a 3 hour drive away) and again unpacked quickly, putting everything where we requested it. Throughout they were friendly, efficient and fast. Couldn't ask for more. We were quoted almost double the price from another company who had said they'd move us over two days! Not really an option for us as we have a toddler so we couldn't really have put our things in storage for a night. So pleased we went with Range Relocations.

CHEATS, STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!

I had a nightmare experience with them.

After deciding on the movement and finalising everything, a day before the actual date, Lee calls me and demands full payment in advance, if I needed to move on the next day. So I paid , since everything was packed and ready to be moved for the next day from our side - literally no options.

On the morning of the move I got a call from the same person Lee (an hour before the expected time) and we were told the "giant special lorry" can't fit in my access Road because of tree branches!! I offered him that OK let me come out and meet him and see what the problem is. Apparently(conviniently) he was parked few miles away from my place and replied back literally yelling at me "Don't you trust me" ha - trust !!

Any ways after an hour of him yelling at me, and rudely disconnecting the call multiple times, where I had to always call him back to try to organise some possible solution for this, finally he said - the business is over and snapped the call. The entire ordeal seemed like I was at his mercy and being held at a ransom. Lee has not responded to my mails or phone calls since then.

Had to spent another fortune to get me moved in the next day using another movers who were like a breeze of fresh air. It was a nightmare experience. Really advice to stay away, there are many better people out there on the street - and even if you still decide to go with these people "please don't pay them in advance !!".

I need to say that this company sailed through my move with ease. It was not an easy job. To say the least and I had been quoted twice the price range. At first I thought they had made a mistake so I asked them to come and double check. They assured me that it was fine and would move me without a problem. The office staff were great and Tracy took over my queries and was brilliant. On the day the guys turned up and got going and were brilliant. We finished feeling happy and stress free. We are writing this review to say how impressed and amazed by the fantastic service that this company gave us.
Moving from London to Edinburgh is a big move and we had a few stressful moments along the way before our move date.
The men turned up on time and soon got to work loading our family home into the truck.
They arrived in Edinburgh when they said they would and quickly unloaded our goods.

We choose range relocations over several other companies because we were very impressed with them from the very start. We got a call from Lee in the office and he was very friendly and helpful. No pressure there either. Unlike some others, he gave us the information we required and sent us an online quote very fast and correct with all the other quotes we received. On the day they arrived got us loaded up and were on the way. We were surprised how fast this was. The guys were friendly and careful with our goods and they were delivered undamaged.
