Range Relocations

I was recommended Range Relocations from a friend, after asking them to quote me for moving, which I have to say was a very reasonable price, I decided to use them for moving house to Maidstone.
All I can say is that the guys which arrived were very professional, thorough & polite. There was no trouble at all in the whole of the moving process & would definitely recommend them to any other friends or colleagues that may move.

Due to buyers further down the chain not exchanging on time,our original moving date was cancelled,the removal company whom we had lined up couldn’t move us on the revised date.
Contacted Range Relocations who quoted a reasonable figure so we agreed to use them. We had the complete package,moving from a three bedroom bungalow into a two bedroom second floor apartment,so them providing packing materials,packing entire contents,moving from one side of city to the outskirts. They had marked each box and put them in relevant rooms in our new home.
An efficient and friendly company.

Service cost: £1350

This company is great. They went out of their way to help us out. Our keys didn't go through and we had to wait all weekend. They found us a b+b and brought out essentials over. They stored our goods and had a team waiting on Monday till we call to have our good delivered. They kept us calm and assures us this happens from time to time and not to worry. The loading and unloading was perfect. Everything was put where we wanted. Great service. I can't say more. Cheers Bill.

Mixed review, I'd like to give 2.5 but you can't!
I shall refer to the man I had dealings with as "the boss" as not to name names on the internet, if the company wants to contact me I can tell them who I dealt with.
Pros : the two lads working with the 'boss' could not have worked harder, they did a great job! I've never seen a lad carry large kitchen appliances on his shoulder before! I would give them both a solid 5 star review!

Now here's the big problem!!
I booked them to move from a 3 bed semi 4 streets up the road last June. I went through all the big furniture on the phone,and answered all the questions asked honestly. I emailed to ask if any extra information was needed and was assured they had enough.
Days before the move I was told that they would be moving a flat inbetween loading our house so our furniture would go to a depot then be collected after the other move, brought back and unloaded. It was days before the move so I said this was fine to do!

On the day of moving "the boss" walks in, tuts and says we have too much stuff to fit in and our only option was to hire a van ourselves for the extra things. We were told they would leave one vans worth of belongings, they didn't! It took 3 van loads after they had gone to clear the rest of our things. He accused me of lying about how much we owned just to get the cheapest quote! Fyi they weren't even the cheapest (i still have the other quotes saved as proof of this) but I had spent so much time on the phone to them I thought they seemed trustworthy!
I asked why they don't provide an inventory list to fill in or do house visits and I was told they don't need to, they've been doing this job years! Clearly something is needed or I wouldn't have had such a terrible experience moving!
The traffic was bad for the return journey from the other house move so despite getting the keys to our new house at 10am they didn't return with our things until gone 5pm. This would have been fine but "the boss" actually had the nerve to seem mad with me that they didn't have much time to unload and get the lorry back! If you take two bookings in a day you shouldn't get annoyed with the person who's been waiting 7 hours for their things!
On seeing our new house I was told the driveways too long and I should have told them! (It is approx 25ft) I had told them that there was a driveway but since my business isn't house removals, unless im asked I won't know if that's important!!
On the way back "the boss" asked me to transfer the rest of the money, I told him I would do it in front of them when my things were back or I could pay cash. "The boss" took cash but unsurprisingly didn't have change so I over payed.
The extra cost of a van and effort to move all the extra things means we payed the same as the top end quote but had so, so much work to do ourselves!

Now if you have a small house/flat with just beds and Ikea furniture then I'm sure these guys would do a fantastic job. The lads doing the lifting were fantastic! If however you have more than just your very standard furniture it's my opinion that you should go with a site visit so you are not left with extra stress, work and costs!

Just sold up and moved to the Emerald Isle. Had RR move our whole life's possession's over there and could not of found a better company to look after our belongings. It took 4 hours to get all our belongings on the removal lorry and the only time they stopped was once for a 5 minute teabreak. They then left us in Milton Keynes on the Thursday and met us in cork Ireland the following day with everything as it was when they left. The staff were polite and friendly I Would definitely use again, thank you RR.

What can I say. A fantastic company. The first person to contact me, knew exactly what I needed without even a visit. She was really helpful with all my constant questions and did not seem to mind me ringing every other day asking for advice. Tracy was great. She really settled my nerves. I've never moved with a removal company before but I struck lucky with these guys. They were on time, kept me happy with all the banter on the day. I could not of wished for a better service. These guys were everything and more of what they promised. Would recommend them anytime. With my best wishes. Jane.

Cant fault the service at all. The staff were very helpful, patient and considerate. Im a bit of a control freak and customer service is a big thing for me, the stress of moving house is enough to drive me to despair. Not this time, they really took the pressure off and I was able to leave them to it and concentrate on other things, I like that. Its important to be able to trust people and I trust these guys, I have recommended them to everyone who has metntioned moving house so that's testament in itself.

This company made our big move so stress free. They were very professional and helpful. Everything went smoothly. All  our items arrived on time and were not damaged in any way. There was no messing around and the staff were very friendly, organised and professional. They moved us from East London to Cork in Ireland with no probelms what so ever. The cost of the service was overall very reasonable and there was no hidden costs. I would highly recomend this company to anyone looking for a stress free affordable move and I would deffinetly use this company again.

A very friendly and professional service from Range Relocations. Recommended by a friend .From the initial quote ,pack up and pick up, to delivery, the whole RR team were professional ,polite and made the whole move  stress free. The quote was excellent and no extras on top of what we had agreed . There was no damage to any pieces of furnture and the advice for packing helped ensure we had no breakages in transit . So all in all a very good service at a fair price . .

From first contact, Range Relocations were consumate professionals; our sales contact Tracy was friendly and helpful and quickly gave us a response to our email query and quoted us a very good price. We were unsure that the 3.5 tonne luton lorry would hold all our stuff so Tracy then volunteered to actually pay us a site visit to do a survey - and on a Sunday too! - to put our minds at rest.  Communication from then onwards was excellent with emails being returned almost instantly.
On the day of the move the two porters Terry and Andrew were fantastic and I can't praise them highly enough. They were really friendly and competent guys and they made a very stressful situation much less stressful as they were so confident and professional and re-assuring in their manner. They did an amazing job and I was highly impressed. Thanks again for providing a brilliant service - and Terry and Andrew  if you are reading this, thanks again for making a stressful day totally bearable - I really enjoyed your company and the banter we all shared on the day. You are two really nice guys who are fantastic at what you do and you are a total credit to your Company.
I am so pleased we chose Range Relocations and we will be recommending their service to all our friends and family.

Well - What a delightfully easy move thanks to wonderful Range Relocations. From the first contact to the finish of the move they were courteous, professional and always happy to assist my many many questions and concerns. I felt assured before the move that they really did care that the move went well and they worked so hard. Lee was wonderful in the office and the delivery men where absolutely excellent. Turned up 5 minutes early and worked non-stop until the job was done, no fuss just excellence (also NO breakages). I would highly highly recommend them for a very professional kind and pleasant experience. Thank you.

Great experience!! first we were a bit scare when we saw only 2 young guys arriving for our flat move into our new home but I am so happy I checked the review on this website and go with them we packed already some items but there was still a lot to pack - they went really quickly and when I open the boxes I realized how much caution they put into it, the glasses and plates were packed perfectly As well they tried to be super careful with the furniture moving out and moving in which I appreciate a lot they moved a 2 bedroom flat full from 8.30 to a new house around 3PM same day knowing they had a lot of packing to do.

These guys absolutely saved our lives. We were all set to move on Saturday at 9am, when recovered a voicemail on the Friday from Patrick Panczuk of Safe Removals the removal firm I'd previously booked (AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS) to say they were unable to make it at 9am and would be there before 1pm. To cut a long story short, I was unable to get hold of Safe that evening and all Saturday morning, and by 2pm on moving day they still hadn't arrived so I gave up.

In desperation I called Range Removals and they said they had a van in the area and would be with me in 1 1/2 hours. True to their word, by 3.30 the van rolled up and Terry the driver and Anthony set straight to work loading the van. They were absolutely professional and friendly and worked flat out to ensure we were loaded as quickly as possible. With our help the van was loaded and on the move in an hour. 
As as soon as we got to our new property, the guys set straight to work unloading the van, and we were done within an hour.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Range Removals, from the moment I called to waving goodbye to the boys, they were courteous, professional, helpful and hard working. Everything was loaded onto the van with care and secured properly. I rode in the van with them to the new house, and can honestly say even the driving was careful and considerate
All in all, Range Removals absolutely saved the day for us and I will always be grateful to them for that. Use these guys, you won't regret it!!

We moved from East London to Essex on 23rd May with Range Relocations. Found them on the internet and was very impressed with their response to my enquiry. Replied  within 10 minutes by telephone and followed up by e mail. Very good price compared to other firms . Excellent service, put my mind at ease straight away and assured me that  nothing was a problem.  Arrived on time and were very helpful throughout the whole experience. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Brilliant job and made the whole thing less stressful.  Well done and thanks for everything .

Lee and his colleague carried out my house move from London to Brighton on 17th May. He responded to my online enquiry within 15 minutes and his quote was much more favourable then the other 6 I received. He reassured me throughout the process - it was a huge move - and contacted me in the days leading to the move to see if I needed anything. He arrived on time and stayed in contact throughout the move while I travelled ahead. He even accommodated a few last minute changes professionally. Would absolutely recommend Lee and his company if you want professional, friendly, trustworthy, efficient and value for money removals.  Thanks Lee - you really made it all bearable!

This past Sunday I moved from Central London to Sidcup in Kent. The move could not have gone better really; the 2 guys, Mark and Ben, did a great job getting things from my 3rd floor flat into the van and then back up to my new 2nd floor flat the other end. They were courteous and easy going throughout and had everything done in just 3 hours which was less than I thought it would take - they were very organised and very efficient. For what I paid (£150) to get 2 guys and a large Luton van was great value for money as I had received quotes that were far higher. The guys from Range worked on an hourly basis where others mostly quoted huge fixed prices so it really worked out better for me. I was allowed to ride with them in the van and can say that the driving was sensible - no boy racers here! All in all I had a very good experience with Range Relocations and would not hesitate to use them again when I next move.
