OIS Removals really were excellent. The quote was clear and competitive, they were extremely helpful and flexible when we had to change our move date due to a hitch in the sale, and they communicated with us really well throughout.

Most importantly, though, the service they provided was outstanding. They provided all packing materials and packed all of our items one day, then moved them on time and without a hitch on the second day. There were no breakages and all items were in good order at the other end. Throughout this they worked incredibly efficiently and effectively - I was hugely impressed. Other than pointing out which items were to be packed at one end, and where things were to go at the other I didn't have to do anything. This was particulalry important for us as my wife was heavily pregnant, I had to work on the day of the move and we were also trying to avoid losing our nervous and speedy cat. For these reasons we were pretty concerned about the removals, but we needn't have been. To top it all off, the team who did the packing and moving were a really nice bunch of blokes for whom nothing was too much trouble.

I hope we're not moving again soon, but if we did we would definitely use OIS. I have already recommended them unreservedly to friends and will continue to do so in the future.

I used Ois Removals last week and they are amazing. Having heard so many horror stories, I never thought I would have a stress-free experience with a removals company. I was able to book them with a 2-week notice, which is quite unusual. A team of 3 arrived on time and asked all of the right questions to get started. Diligent, fast but extra careful, they never complained, always helpful and happy with their task. They were always busy and moved quickly - never disoriented or aimlessly waiting for directions, they didn’t even stop for a glass of water or bathroom break or a smoke!! They seemed to love their job and had loads of energy. This is very important given that you pay for their time, so they need to move and I mean to move FAST! They carefully packed our giant flat screen tv, touch screen PCs, leather sofa and breakable items with the right materials (strong /thick plastic sheets, loads of layers of bubble wrap and paper sheets) instead of using dirty blankets like other companies! Most removal companies (e.g. Aussie removals) charge the same, GBP 75 plus vat but don’t include insurance, whereas OIS Removals include a GBP 25,000 insurance for free. You can call Oisin, the manager, on 02072747405, who is super helpful. I called him a few times before and during the job to ask questions and he always welcomed my calls, he made sure the team had enough packing materials and trolleys on the day, and also spoke with him when the team finished to sort out the final costs and payment method. I welcomed their lunch break since I needed to continue packing some more boxes for them. They brought boxes and materials for the things we didn’t pack on time and always asked what things we needed to leave behind that belonged to my previous landlord. The team had a well-deserved lunch break for 45 mins and of course didn’t charge for it. Excluding lunch, it took 7 hours to get the job done for my 3 bed, including the trip to the storage place which they easily found in their sat-nav. To use their time effectively, one of them stayed behind in the new property to re assemble the furniture. I really trusted these guys and left the keys with him, so I could join the rest at the storage. As they moved all the furniture, equipment and boxes to the new place, they would slide through doors and corridors with incredible precision and speed. They didn’t leave a single scratch!! Impressive.. I actually enjoyed the moving experience, they made it so easy for me. Whereas 2 weeks before I was dreading it and worried about the logistics nightmare. They looked after the logistics after asking the right questions and didn’t need much direction.. This is unusual of me, since I am always micromanaging. But not this time, their expertise gave me confidence so I was worry-free and busy packing and sorting things out knowing they were in control. I strongly recommend Ois Removals if you want to have a fast and stress free moving experience. They are a dream come true!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ois Removals - from the very start these guys were absolutely brilliant. Due to various issues my move date had to be changed several times and Ois were patient and helpful throughout. Boxes delivered in plenty of time along with plenty of bubble wrap, tape and tissue. Moving is always stressful and unfortunately, on the day, the lift in my block was out of order so they had to lug all my stuff down three flights of stairs. Not one word of complaint from them; they were incredibly helpful, cheerful and professional. They worked their socks off to get everything out as quickly as possible and were so careful with some very fragile items, which I certainly appreciated. And, not one thing was broken - that is a first! I hope my buyer had a team as good as mine, as she will have had to get all her stuff UP three flights of stairs on a rainy winter evening. Can't thank Ois Removals enough  - TOP MARKS. Also, fair price and WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Ois Removals are the best in the market. We used Ois to first remove all house items and store for 6 months. We got our good back yesterday. Oveall it was a very pleasant experience. The first removal experience was very good. They came on time, packed and removed all the stuff with care and took it away. Anything was no bother. The goods were stored for 6 months. Ois would take the storage payments on a monthly basis with no problems. Getting the goods back was also not a bother. Very straight forward. I had to change the delivery date at last minute and also didn't have any problems with that. The Manager, Oisin and the rest of the staff have always been very pleasant to deal with. I have recommended Ois removals to a couple of friends who have also had only good experiences with this company. Ois Removals, thank you so much for making my mum's move so easy.

We had a very good experience with Ois Removals. Their price of £1350 inc VAT to pack and move our gear from a large 2nd floor flat (no lift!) to a house was competitive and we thought good value. The team they sent were professional, well run and good humoured throughout the 2 days of packing and moving. They kept us informed about what was going on, labelled the packed boxes, and made sure everything was in the right place before leaving at the end of the move. Everything has arrived safely and Ois made our whole moving experience as stress free as possible.

They say moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do. Well thanks to OIS Removals Limited, it took the pain out of the 4th move in a year for me. The team were friendly, hardworking, efficient, polite and couldn't have done the job more smoothly.
I am SO grateful for the smooth running of the the whole process and would seriously recommend this removal company to anyone..asn should I ever move again, I will be sure to get in touch with them.
