Ois Removals Ltd

We recently moved into a new flat in North London, and used Ois Removals after reading a number of positive reviews. We were very happy to discover that those reviews were accurate - in summary, it was a great experience. The firm were communicative and responsive throughout and the two guys who carried out the actual job were punctual, friendly, and - most importantly - impressively quick at getting everything out of the van and into the flat (despite the flat being on the first floor with an awkward staircase to navigate on the way up). Rather than simply dumping everything in the front room, they made sure that everything was placed in the correct part of the flat, even if it was a challenge to get the relevant bits of furniture into specific rooms. They also took time to help re-assemble both the bed and the sofa, which was a big and unexpected bonus. It's also worth noting that they were very flexible in accommodating us at the last minute - really valuable, given the ever-changing nature of completion dates etc when buying a new property. Having struggled to find reliable removal firms in the past, we'll certainly be recommending these guys to friends and family in the future. All in all, a very positive experience.

OIS moved us from a 4th floor flat to a 3 storey house, with packing the day before the move. We've used OIS on two previous moves over the years so we knew we could expect a good service and we weren't disappointed. For both the pack and the move the guys were prompt, pleasant, and very professional. We have a small baby and they were very thoughtful about working around his needs while packing and on the day of the move itself. Packing was done quickly and efficiently with nothing damaged and they took care to label all the boxes with enough information to know what we were unpacking. They also took the initiative to keep out items and highlight to us that they came across in the pack that they thought we might need and had overlooked such as my husband's watch. The house we were moving to was being renovated and was supposed to be ready to move into on the day, but when we arrived there was too much last minute building work going on to move everything in from the vans. At no notice OIS were able to take the vans and store our effects in a secure facility over the weekend then come back on Monday to finish the job. The whole experience took much of the stress out of the move and I would recommend OIS unreservedly.

This was very much money well spent. the removals team were charming and professional; even my mother-in-law took the company's information. Everything was delivered safe and sound and to the correct rooms. The guys made the day a lot less stressful. We'll definitely be using ois Removals again. Furniture was broken down and rebuilt if needed. The whole move was done in under five hours and to budget. We were able to pay by bank transfer, which was very helpful.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Ois removals for the excellent service, received on Saturday from the courteous young men who did the removal from Queens Court, Wimbledon. They arrived on time, were very polite and even wrapped the mattress and sofa in plastic before they moved them. They finished the move in record time, the office staff were very helpful and even arranged someone to collect the used boxes when we finished, free of charge. We are very happy we took up the recommendation and will definitely use them again when we move.
