From start to finish this was a faultless service. Moving the accumulated clutter of a large Victorian family house after 20  years was a formidable task. Every other company I got quotes from insisted on a 2 day move and charged considerably more. Gabriel promised a troublefree 1 day move, gave a very good estimate and over the  following weeks dealt promptly - and very patiently - with my seemingly endless questions and emails adding more and more items. The team arrived promptly on the day and loaded everything so carefully and efficiently that 2 lorries were ready in 4 hours! After a long journey to rural Dorset there was a slight hitch when the team arrived ahead of me (and the all important storage room key), but they were completely unfazed and continued with re-assembling furniture while they waited. Nothing was too much trouble for them, including moving heavy furniture around as we changed our minds, and all with great good humour. Nothing was lost and not a single scratch anywhere. Moving is inevitably stressful but the actual moving day was so calm and efficient that we felt quite sad to wave the guys goodbye. A huge thank you to Gabriel and his wonderful team. I can't recommend them highly enough. .

This wonderful service, headed by the delightful Gabriel, made moving completely stress free.  From the initial quote which was half the cost of Bishop's Move to the provision of boxes on the day requested, to the move itself, which was smoothly handled with no fuss, unbelievable speed and thoroughness.  Gabirel's team were courteous and calm, making the whole experience actually really enjoyable.  I recommend M25 Movers most highly and wish them every success for the future.

These guys were excellent.  So quick and efficient.  Turned up exactly on time and just go on with it.  Also, for small guys, theycan carry an awful lot of stuff.  They never stressed over anything so obviously worked well in a team.  And they were cheery throughout.  Really glad I went with these and I will definately use them when I next move.  We went slightly over time but this anticipated halfway through the move as we had to make 2 stop overs.  Everything was thoroughly checked at the end and everything was in perfect order and condition.  I even offered drinks bt they just wanted to get on with it!

I had an urgent move to make (just one day's notice) from a 4th floor flat in London to an address in Reading. M25 movers did the job very efficiently and professionally - despite the lift breaking down at the pick up address the night before they were due to come. They kept me totally informed of the impact this would have and although they thought it would almost double the cost - it didn't. They wasted no time, even though the job was obviously much harder and necessarily slower as they could only use the stairs. I would DEFINITELY reccommend them. I would also use them again myself if the need arose.

Very impressed from start to finish. When first enquired response was received very quickly. I provided details of what needed to be moved and asked for quote with and without packing. Received final quote within a day. Was advised that as hadn't seen property if took longer than expected may be charged more. Move took hour longer than expected but that was because we actually had more stuff than I realised!! Removal men were fantastic, so patient, fast and efficient. I will definitely recommend very highly to friends and colleagues. An excellent service.

I contacted a whole range of removal companies via varous sites for quotes and those that bothered to quote I checked via this site! M25 Movers seem to come out top on score and volue of reviews (everyone had a small number of reviews and of course a range of scores).
I can see now why, they have really got things sorted, great communication from the get go, good clear firm quote, prompt responses via email and phone. Friendly, personal and professional.
Of course eventually the day arrived and the dread kicked in, would they be on time, honest with no surpises? So prompt at 8.30am the doorbell rang, two of the nicest, professional young men. They cleared the flat in no time and offered to help in any areas where we'd not finished packing. They ensured every item that needed it was wrapped in protective layers. No sooner had they arrived but they were ready for the off, they checked and double checked the final destination and ensured they had all our contact details should any problems arise - of course it didn't.
In the exact journey time quoted they arrived at the new place (no stops for lunch/tea etc) and they ensured we had a good parking place and made sure no one was inconvenienced. Not only did they unpack in lightening but careful pace but on most items they checked where we wanted them. Once completed they also asked if there were any items we needed thir help to unpack or re-construct.
Electronic signatures ensured the quote matched the fee and that the office knew immediately the job was completed. The guys checked all was OK before heading off. The guys were great and an asset M25 Movers.
To top it all we had prompt follow-up from Gabriel to ensure everything went OK and I know if there was a problem he would have cared and he would have gone out of his way to fix it!
Top marks for M25 Movers, I shall definitely use them again!

I used M25 Removals to move my flat's contents into storage. They were excellent, providing prompt response to my queries, as well as arriving promptly to pack up my stuff and move it into storage. They are always acommodating and go above and beyond to help me out. Would certainly recommend then in future. The whole move worked out at around £350 and included packing up all of my stuff into appropriate sized boxes with any fragile items being packed in tissue paper first.

Gabriel was very pleasant to deal with from start to finish, relaxed but professional, and his team of movers were very quick and helpful.  Gabriel explained the moving process clearly and gave me an excellent price for packing and moving, certainly lower than his bigger competitors. Nothing was broken during the move, and I was impressed that the team were quick to tidy away all debris and empty boxes.   Gabriel was also kind enough to make suggestions when we needed help, and was very flexible around our storage arrangements. (Happy to collect/deliver to storage units at a location nearby).   Gabriel also provided an excellent cleaning team to clean the house we were leaving.  The cleaners took great care with everything, even remembering to clean the front door and sweep the entryway.  Details count! I would not hesitate to recommend M25Movers.

This is the second time I've used M25 Movers. I was impressed by their efficient service provided during my first move so decided to use M25 Movers again for my move from Hampshire to Brighton. Gabriel was excellent in organising my move and the quote given was very good value for money. The guys arrived on time as scheduled, work efficiently during the move causing no hassle or stress from myside. Everything was taken care of! Highly recommended, excellent and efficient service and friendly professional staff. I will definitely use M25 Movers again in future.

This is quite odd..most companies don't review themselves but this came in our inbox yesterday and we had to share it here :  Hello: Just wanted to give you some feedback, after having used your company twice this year.  I just posted a photo of your moving van onto my Facebook page, with this status update:  "I cannot recommend these guys enough.  I used them twice this year.. they moved me from my flat into storage, and then over the weekend from storage into my new place.  Their prices are really reasonable - I got a large van and 3 guys for the move.  Had the same great team of movers both times.  They were on time, super fast, but yet extremely careful with my things.  They were incredibly courteous and professional, accommodated all of my requests and of all the moving, there was just one cabinet that got one nick, everything else was unharmed.  If you live in London and need to arrange a mover.. this is the company to use.  I accidentally overpaid (in cash) on the 2nd part of the move, and their customer service guy (ask for Gabriel) cheerfully refunded the money and even called the next day to remind me to get my bank details to him!  Very refreshing to deal with such an honest and quality company." They say that moving house is one of the most stressful events in a person's life.. and it was very stressful for me.  I want to thank you for making it as painless as possible.  Your team are amazing - please send along my thanks to the crew from Romania who moved me both times.  Very courteous group of fellows.Thanks. Our move cost £935, and included 2 vans and 5 men, working on a SUnday, arriving at 7.30am! We were clearing a 5 bed house in London to a storage facility in Winchester. We had already boxed items ourselves, but there was still a huge amount of furniture- 2 washing machines, 2  tumble dryers, dishwasher, huge fridge freezer and all the beds/wardrobes/living room furniture etc. etc.  We were amazed to be fully packed up and ready to go by midday, and including the 1.5 hour drive to Winchester, and unpacking everything in to our storage units at the other end, we were all done and dusted before 5pm. Such a great service- several big name companies quoted for the job as a 2 day process and charged loads more accordingly! THank you so much and we will definitely be using you again. .

First:- The people doing the removals from a 5/6 bedroom house were all very good. Adrian worked and supervised the other five employees on day 1 and two on day 2. (not that they needed much supervision). They were efficient and helpful. Second: - Timeliness and ability to pack and then move the furniture. They even delivered a grand piano to our daughter with a slight detour at no extra cost. Brilliant. Third: - They brought the boxes to the right rooms and checked that all was OK. Once pointed in the right direction with one item they seemed to have an instinct of where things went, but they still double checked. Fourth: My wife was so worried about the move and had very negative feelings about the downsize. She worried about packing, about moving and about unpacking. She was treated very sympathetically. Gabriel was a great help. Fifth:- Last of all because the quality meant that the M25 price should not be the issue. However, M25 had the best price from 5 quotes. Even if the price hadn't been the most competitive I doubt if anyone could have done the packing and delivery better. 10 out of 10. Last. I am happy to provide a telephone or email reference at any time. .

The boss Gabriel informed me that I had successfully paid a £25 deposit, and to have £95 in cash for the movers. I go to pay the movers to find they have no record of this. Gabriel tells me it didn't go through and I owe £120, to which I ask what he expects me to do about that at this stage? At which point he begins screaming and swearing down the phone and tells me to "go to the [EDIT[ cash point and get more [EDIT] money out" which as a 27yr old woman is lovely to hear. I did not, obviously, and sent the drivers on their way, despite Gabriel's attempts at intimidation. DISGUSTING behavior, don't EVER use them. I am now filing a formal complaint through the legal department at my agency.

I was compelled to write a review after having another great experience with M25 Movers. They moved us for the second time about a week ago. When I phoned to enquire about a quote, I was impressed that the sales assistance immediately recalled my previous move. He again gave me a very competitive quote and I was impressed by how easy and efficient the reservation process was. This is always appreciated when there are so many other things to think about when moving house! The crew that moved us this time were different from the crew that we had had previously, but performed the task as flawlessly and were similarly very polite, extremely hard working and refused to stop for breaks! Having had two great experiences with M25 Movers (and negative experiences with other moving companies in the past), I can simply say do not look elsewhere, this is a great company and they made moving almost a pleasurable experience! .

We booked a very last minute move with M25 Movers last week-literally for a move the same week. They managed to slot us in, despite ours being a reasonable sized move. There was an added stress to this move for us, as my wife is seven months pregnant and it was therefore of the most importance that it went smoothly. We were pleasantly surprised by this company. Nothing was too much effort for them. The customer service team were delightful and fulfilled all our last minute requests.  The movers themselves were hard working and efficient and cheerful! We booked a two-man crew but the Company sent an extra man at no extra charge, which meant that the job was performed quicker than anticipated-always a good thing! The price was exactly as quoted, with no extra charges (one is always wary about removal companies adding on hidden charges and this has happened to me before). Overall a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend M25 Movers.  .

M25 movers made our recent move the most stressful I have ever experienced. It was considerably worse than doing it ourselves and a lot more money.  We had no recourse to address any of the challenges because the boss himself was utterly disinterested. He was very rude to me. 
Imagine a guy showing up the morning of your move and telling you that it's not happening today because his staff are 'tired', that he wont tell you how it IS going to happen, and that there is no point discussing it further because he's the boss and he's not interested in what you have to say. 
When we complained he threatened to stop the move mid way. When we wrote after he threatened me with legal action if I posted a bad review.  Movers and packers themselves were nice guys but only able to work within the constraints set out by the man at the top. Utterly disgraceful customer service.

We moved house exactly a year ago but were too busy renovating the property to put our comments online but now that we have finished we would like to record them. We employed this company last year because of the favourable online reviews we had read and we were reassured by their professional approach before the move. However, when their team commenced it became quite apparent that their priority was speed rather than care. Unsurprisingly some of our goods were damaged. We weren't overly concerned when the glass of a framed picture was shattered in front of us but were very disappointed to discover a valued piece of furniture that we had owned for a long time and had moved with us on numerous occasions had been damaged. After being damaged it had been stacked behind some other furniture in our new garage without anyone informing us. We could only conclude that this was an attempt to conceal it. After the move, when we attempted to claim our rightful compensation their attitude changed completely. They told us we should have warned them it was a fragile antique. As we pointed out it was not at all fragile and we had once taken it abroad in a previous move by strapping it to the top of our car! They refused to pay for the damage and instead offered us a derisory sum whilst denying any responsibility. We refused to accept this as a matter of principle. If we ever move again we would use a company that is a member of the National Guild of Removers and Storers. In an unregulated industry such as the removal business the NGRS do at least operate a voluntary code of conduct and employ an ombudsman which gives customers some chance of receiving compensation in the event of damage to their goods. If removal companies such as this one decide they don't want to compensate you for any damage they've inflicted on you there's not a lot you do about it.

It was a long and hard​ trip from ​London​, where we were before, to our new home here in Portsmouth (Husband, 4 kids and a dog)​, so we searched high and low for a company that we could trust. We received quotes from a few, and eventually decided we would entrust our things to M25 Movers​. It was a tough decision to make, but when we phoned them up they seemed helpful and professional enough to trust.
We spoke with our move co-ordinator many times in the run up to the move, and on the day ​of the move ​the removal crew arrived at 8am on the dot, and set to work packing our things. They had to re-pack a bunch of stuff we'd already done and made a pig's ear of. I'd advise you to just let them get on with it. They really are experts at it. I was amazed how quickly they packed our furniture, and they still somehow treated everything with obvious care.
On the other side of the long trip, at our new house in Portsmouth, M25 Movers ​arrived and moved everything into where we wanted, unpacked everything, and put it all where we wanted it to go. Nothing had so much as a blemish, so they obviously had been careful! I feel like I had so little to do with the actual move itself, they simply took care of the whole thing for us.
It was great, and I'd recommend them to anyone who's considering a big move that they're stressed about. These guys take the stress right out of it.

We used M25 Movers for our recent move out of London. Overall they did an excellent job and I would be happy to recommend.

We paid the small additional fee for a full packing service, so two people arrived promptly at 8am the morning before and worked solidly for three hours with only a single short break to get the flat ready for the move the following day.

On the day of the move itself, the team of six arrived promptly at 8am as agreed, with the same team leader (Adrian) providing continuity. Again, the team worked solidly, packing up and loading our two bedroom flat, getting away shortly after 10am. The promptness meant that we were ahead of schedule, but the movers were happy to wait, meeting us at our new property at 12.30, and unloaded swiftly but taking the time to make sure things went to the right place and that furniture they had dismantled was put back together properly.

There was one small item of damage, where the parcel tape used to secure two lamps pulled away some of the paint. If anything this reflected an enthusiasm for wrapping things up thoroughly and securely.

Overall, M25 movers were diligent, professional, polite, thorough, effective, hard working and excellent value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

M25 gave us a very reasonably quote and came to look at our flat, so we felt confident that they wouldn't add extra charges on the day having seen exactly what we needed to move (other companies gave rough estimates and didn't bother to look around). The service on the day was excellent; we had a team of 6/7 movers packing up our two bed flat and moving us down the road to a three bed house. They took great care in wrapping fragile items, navigated stairs and tight corners without fuss and were highly flexible when we asked for things to be moved around. They were courteous and quick and very considerate of our belongings. I am 9 months pregnant and was anxious that moving day was going to be very difficult but everything was so much smoother than we could have hoped. We would absolutely use M25 movers again.
