Fanastic removal team.

Can't say enough good things about the movers who performed a great service for me. Although moving is always stressful these guys made it a little bit better. All belongings were handled with care. The only issue I had with the service was scheduling but all was fine in the end. Helpful and highly professional.

Professional and stress free service.

Amazing! I called Fantastic Removals to move my furniture into storage. They gave me a precise price quote which was within my budget. These guys were so quick, thorough, and super nice. Everything was packed and moved to storage in 2 hours. Professional job. Thank you!

Excellent man and van service.

I had an awesome experience hiring these guys. Recently I moved to a new flat and I couldn't move any of the furniture by myself. The guys from Fantastic Removals took great care over my items and were extremely gentle with all the boxes while loading and unloading them.
I can't remember the name of the team members who performed the job but I am truly impressed by their nice attitude. I really appreciate it!
I hope I won't change my home soon, but if I have, I'd definitely hire Fantastic Removals again.

Goods stolen by removal team.

If you are using this company make sure you do not trust them with any valuable items whatsoever. We discovered items missing following our move and reported these at the time. We kept hoping they would show up but had the feeling due to the nature of missing items that they may have been taken. Our removal team were all Bulgarian. One of the items missing was a top of the range iPod. We put a tracker on the iPod once we discovered it missing and it was switched off so did not show us where it was. A year later we suddenly got a message from Apple that the iPod had shown up in Bulgaria.. We took this information to Fantastic Removals. Although clearly alarmed they are not prepared to take any action themselves (their excuse is that they outsource the Removals to other companies which as other reviewers have mentioned is not made apparent to you until something goes wrong) or compensate us for £1000 of goods stolen by the removal team. They have offered us £50 "for the inconvenience caused"! Following our experience we would not recommend using this company.

Worst Removers.

We had the worst experience with Fantastic Removers. During the move, they left our boxes unattended on the side of a busy road (which was captured on CCTV camera). Items were stolen and they refused to accept liability. WORST COMPANY in the world. DO NOT USE!! We would not recommend them to anyone and cannot understand how such an irresponsible and unprofessional company is allowed to operate in the UK.

Does what they said they would.

I had to move at 4am because of an issue with a landlord, and they managed to arrive at 4am and pack my stuff before 6am, without waking up the neighbours, this was truly a fantastic removals.

Helpful and on time.

I find the booking quite easy and managed to fit me exactly when I needed. Team was very careful and nice. Service did take 1h more but at least I was informed straight after they arrive. Overall I was very delighted.

Reliable removal company.

I used Fantastic Removals last month when moving to Surbiton. Two guys came on time with a Luton van and collected boxes and furniture from the house.
They were very courteous and load everything with great attention to detail. The estimated time for the moving was exactly as it actually happened.
Really great company and staff.

Fantastic broke our table 5 months ago - still not resolved.

The two individuals were not prepared (their lifting tools were broken and they had to carry everything)

They damaged the corner of our table and broke the extending mechanism. They also drilled holes to put it back together, without our consent

We made a claim the same day in May, and they still have not solved our issue - I.e. reimburse us using "their insurance".

Do not use their services!

The removal guys were great.

Excellent service was provided for me yesterday. I would give them more than 5 stars. The removal team came on time and the whole moving process went smoothly. It couldn't be easier. They are friendly and highly organised. No stress and no damaged items.

It was a great experience with this removal company. We had an emergency move this week. They were able to help us out quickly and send us a team two days later. All items have been transported with no damages. Everything went well, they made it easy and stress-free.

Scammers - Avoid.

I was quoted a price on the website but was later charged another amount. I questioned it and was told that the rates on their websites are VAT exclusive.

Since that is not mentioned anywhere I went on their website and asked the person on their live-chat service if the prices quoted are VAT inclusive or not, while speaking to the operator on the phone. The live-chat representative told me that:

"Allow me to confirm, the prices stated on our web-site are all taxes included."

When I told the representative on the company that I still had on the line he was unable to answer why I'm getting mixed messaged.

Avoid if you don't ant to be over-charged and scammed.

Home removal.

I hired them recently when I was moving from Central London to Reading. Two men with a van came and collect all the boxes along with the furniture. When they arrived at the new property they also assemble the furniture and made sure that everything was as I expected. After about 4 hours all my stuff has been moved to my new flat.
The final bill was exactly as quoted over the phone. My overall experience with the company was great. I would definitely be using them again.

Excellent services.

I had the best experience with this company. From the booking process until the service completion everything went very smooth. The price is not the lowest in London, but the services is truly fantastic, so I would say it's reasonable. I would recommend Fantastic Removals.

Professional Removal Service.

Absolutely incredible, I'll never use anyone else.

I've used the guys twice for big removals, they've been unbelievably professional, helpful and punctual each time. They evendismantled(then remantled) furniture too big to go out the door for us without extra charge. Really incredible service for the price, I will never go elsewhere!

From start to finish the guys were fantastic!! The minute they walked in anything touching the floor was gone and in the van. We booked for 4 hours and they worked every single second. What can be a difficult time they made very easy and allowed us to stay relaxed throughout

They saved the day

So long story short - I decided to change apartments and booked removal service with another company for 2 days before my end of tenancy date. On the day something urgent came up and I needed to reschedule. There was no such option with the other company so I called several companies trying desperately to organise something for the next day. Luckily for me these guys found a free slot. I don't have so much stuff and it's not a big move but the boys were very nice and cautious. All went smoothly, I'm happy with the service.

Lack of transparency and responsibility

I have moved with this company and customer service has been dismal. When a valuable item went missing, they took no responsibility at all.

Brilliant job

Price worth it!

Fantastic Removals sent 6 people with 3 vans to do my full house move. They brought boxes, did all the packing, the transportations and the unpacking. Everything was done with such care and really professionally. I felt such a relief because they followed all of my requests and didn`t have to do anything else except to guide them where to place furniture or in which cabinets to place the dishes. Totally worth it
