  The Clockwork removal men were punctual, friendly and efficient. This is the second time that I have used Clockwork Removals based in Perth, and I thoroughly recommend the firm. A big thank you to everyone.

  Great service
  
  We used Clockwork to downsize my aunt in SW6. The office team and quote service were very efficient and we did the move within 2 weeks of the quote. On the day the team of 3 arrived promptly, they were courteous, friendly, took great care and worked extremely hard (especially with some difficult large furniture). Box delivery / collection service worked well. A great service overall, I would certainly use them again and recommend them.

  Move from the Highlands to Northumberland
  
  The Inverness Team did a brilliant job for us.
  
  Their quote was competitive and through good planning they overcame the access challenge presented by a low bridge and narrow lane to reach our new house.
  
  The crew were really efficient and packed our belongings into the vans with precision and care and when delivering to our new home they unpacked amazingly quickly. They were cheerful and friendly.
  
  Overall, our experience was excellent - Clockworkshas a very professional set-up and we would recommend Clockworks 100%.

  Went like Clockwork
  
  From the survey through to removals day and moving of our belongings everything was handled impeccably. The quote covered all our requirements and we felt it was very reasonable. The porters were on time. A super friendly crew. They worked really hard and put in a very long shift on getting the bulk of our household unloaded and setup to get us started in our new home. The office staff were extremely pleasant and very efficient. Everything was really convivial. A stressful period was greatly eased. We were recommended by referral and would have no hesitation in doing the same. Would definitely use again although I hope not, no more moves!

  Reliable, fantastic service
  
  Right from the first contact, I was listened to, supported and felt cared for.
  
  Everything was clear to understand and it made what was a hard move much easier. The guys arrived on time and took great care of all my things, remained calm and kind throughout, despite it being heavy work and hot conditions.
  
  I honestly can't recommend them highly enough and if I were to move again I would choose them

  Great service. We had all sorts of problems with our purchase and dates kept moving, which was a nightmare. Clockwork were excellent and worked with us through the issues. When we finally got there the actual move was effortless with professional staff and all done and dusted quickly and without fuss.

  Great service despite the weather
  
  We recently used clockwork for both a removal from our house to storage and then from their storage to our new house. They were very efficient, arrived on time worked solidly for both moves and their knowledge of how to dismantle furniture really came in handy when we realised things wouldn't fit up the stairs!! They went above and beyond for us, would recommend. Operations team were really polite and apologetic when our move in was delayed due to bad weather (snowed in) and managed to get us booked in for the next day

  This is the third time I have used Clockwork in the past 12 months or so and they have provided an excellent service both from a customer satisfaction point of view and value. It has been a bonus that there has been some overlap with the porters doing the work each time, as this meant some familiarity with the premises and items to be moved. The Stevens (Baxter and Johnston) were prompt, cheery and efficient and went out of their way to help especially when taking out some of the old furniture to the tip. I will certainly use them again if/when I move next time.
Some reviewers reported denied or ignored damage claims and unhelpful after-move support. 16%13 reviews

  I recently moved with Clockwork removals after having them store my belongings for over a year. On the removal day, the removal men were rushing so much they dropped my Steinway piano, 3 feet from the lorry and severely damaged the laquer and presumably the interior too. On top of that, they damaged two beautiful lampshades from Porto Romano which I had treasured for 10 years. Although immediately taking for responsibility (both removal team and head office) they have now washed their hands of all responsibility and have passed me over to their cheap insurers who are haggling over everything and are only offering to pay me a fraction of the original cost for the lampshades and refusing to service the piano which is outrageous when it was so badly damaged.

  Very Poor Experience.
  
  Please do not use this company it was a disaster from start to finish. While in storage they messed up the direct debt on several occasions and on delivery damaged various items including badly damaging dining room table & chairs. I had to contact a solicitor before they would repay the overcharged direct debt or repair the furniture - they lost the insurance documents and although the dining table and chairs were sent to a french polisher they are poorly repaired and other damaged goods have been ignored and not repaired they even sent the cheque for the french polisher to myself instead of to their own branch - they are incompetent. This was my 3rd professional move and these people are far from professional.

From start to finish the whole process was easy and stressless, we were kept informed of everything. On the actual removal day my porters went above and beyond to help me.. they were brilliant. I would not hesitate in recommending Clockwork to anyone. Fantastic service

Brilliant service from the clockwork, Dionne from Edinburgh branch was so helpful, clockwork made everything smooth and helped with delays and switching moving dates, moving guys were great, very happy.
