A great service.

Despite the frustrations of dealing with estate agents and solicitors the Clockwork team were very efficient and professional.They say first impressions count, and Neville's knowledge and attitude certainly made a difference in selecting Clockwork, couple with a competitive quote and also your flexibility and understanding of the prolonged exchange completion situation. On the day itself Elijah and the team (to many names to remember) were absolutely first class, working tirelessly (despite it being the hottest day of the year) from start to finish taking great care of all our belongings. The team certainly made moving day go smoothly and always with a smile along the way.We would certainly recommend Clockwork.

Fantastic Service.

The Guys from Clockwork turned up early, and did not stop till everything was unloaded and unpacked at the other end.

Great time and care was taken wrapping and packing everything.

They say moving House is one of life's most stressful experiences, The Guys from Clockwork made my day totally stress free

Absolute pain free experience would not hesitate to recommend this Company to anybody.

Appalling.

Their borrowed Van leaked in the rain so a number of our belongings were water damaged.
We also had breakages because of their poor packing. Worst of all (because they ran out of paper) they used our bed linen to wrap things in!
Although we listed complaints on their completion form nobody bothered to contact us. So (after waiting several weeks) we emailed them but got no satisfaction whatsoever. Don't use them!

Fantastic!!

We used Clockwise to move within West Oxfordshire at the beginning of December 2016. Only five minutes up the road, but we had a fair amount of stuff to move and we were leaving a three-storey town house with loads of stairs, obviously. The guys turned up bang on time and instantly started doing a reccy, planning the removal and lorry packing. They then worked almost constantly for four and half hours and nothing was too much trouble, including using their ingenuity to get a tall cabinet out of the house that had clearly gone up the stairs easier than it was going to go down. They unloaded the other end in about two and a half hours and even put beds back together, which we didn't expect them to do. We have now finished unpacked and we haven't found anything to be broken or damaged. The guys were fantastic and worked so hard. We were a little dubious at first to go with a company that gave us such a reasonable quote but we couldn't recommend them highly enough. They provided ample packing boxes, tape and packing paper beforehand and they totally took the stress out of moving day and made it such a positive experience. Brilliant!! ++.

Clockwork Removals - excellent service!

Just wanted to pass on my thanks for the fantastic service provided by your crew last week when we moved.

The 3 gents arrived just before 9.00am and got to work straight away. They were efficient, polite and unobtrusive whilst getting on with the job. At the 'other side', they put all our belongings into our new house in under 2 hours which was great as we were able to get through a lot of unpacking on the same day.

For all the right reasons, I hope to not have to use your company for a long time (!) but would have no hesitation in recommending your company from start to finish.

Fantastic service - highly recommended.

I moved from Reading to Market Harborough with Clockwork, and also had them pack for me. I can't recommend them highly enough. From the first visit, they were professional and punctual. The team that came to do the packing and moving were friendly, cheerful, professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they made the whole (potentially stressful) move so much easier. Great care was taken with everything, and especially an important and fragile piece of furniture. They were just brilliant. Cost given below includes packing and VAT (they were the cheapest of the three firms I asked to quote).

Disappointing service.

The team turned up on the removal day without a tool box and were therefore unable to dismantle a wardrobe the sales team previously said they would dismantle & rebuild as part of the move. Having failed to get the wardrobe into the new premises, they took it away into storage and we had to pay extra to have it dismantled and returned to us at a later date. Clockwork stated that dismantling the wardrobe was not detailed in the contract/ quote, despite their earlier verbal agreement and they would't honour the verbal agreement. I wouldn't be able to recommend them because of this. .

Moved a few items of furniture from 2 locations in Edinburgh to a flat in London as a part load, I couldn't have asked for a smoother operation. Clockwork's quote was competitive, they were punctual and the removal guys in Edinburgh and London were friendly and courteous. Highly recommended.

Will move with Clockwork again.

The whole moving experience with Clockwork was first class. The guys that came to pack were so fast and careful! On the day of the move the team were so friendly and hardworking. They worked throughout the day without any breaks to get the job done on time. What could have been a stressful day, turned out to be completely seamless. I didn't need to do a thing.
I was recommended Clockwork by a friend who moved with them from London to Edinburgh and had a similar experience. We are very impressed with the service and will use them again in the future. .

Very Poor Experience.

Please do not use this company it was a disaster from start to finish. While in storage they messed up the direct debt on several occasions and on delivery damaged various items including badly damaging dining room table & chairs. I had to contact a solicitor before they would repay the overcharged direct debt or repair the furniture - they lost the insurance documents and although the dining table and chairs were sent to a french polisher they are poorly repaired and other damaged goods have been ignored and not repaired they even sent the cheque for the french polisher to myself instead of to their own branch - they are incompetent. This was my 3rd professional move and these people are far from professional.

I was very stressed moving and was so relieved that on the packing day a black guy whose name I now forget but it began with C - came and just was so nice he made me feel ok about moving. He was there on the day and it went really well. I have used them beofre and will again - really good.

Professional and Efficient.

We used Clockwork to move us literally around the corner. They turned up on time, the guys were professional and polite and most importantly really calm, they clearly are very experienced. I was really worried about the parking but they handled all of that, not sure how they got the lorry up to the new house through the maze of roads and parked cars, amazing job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, first class job, thanks guys.

Clockwork Wimbledon.

A wonderful service, all the staff were friendly, courteous and accommodating. We were in a chain from hell with our move date constantly changing. Clockwork held our hands and got us to Sidmouth with absolutely no fuss. Fantastic team of movers, they worked extremely hard. I hadn't bargained on finding moving such a stressful experience.
