Seriously, I have never been so happy to review a service as this. Spoke with Nick and gave him a rough idea of what was being collected from London and delivered to Wales and then other items collected from Wales and delivered to London. Nick was thorough and suggested exactly what I required. 3 men and a 7.5t lorry. he certainly knows his stuff, he was spot on. Price was extremely competitive, service was exceptional. Good work guys! Would I use them again, yes definitely, would I recommend them, 100%. I can not thank them enough for all they did, they worked so very very hard. In the middle of it all, Nick even popped in to see that everything was going well. What more can you ask for. Seriously the best money I have spent in years. I had some seriously large items and nothing was a problem for these guys.

Cavendish and Country were amazing, moving us from London to Northamptonshire, everything was packed quickly and efficiently and labelled carefully. They guys were charming and polite. Everything was unloaded into our new home with care - they even had to take a door off to get one of our large sofas into our new snug. I couldn't praise this company enough and would recommend to anyone - for once a company that does exactly what it say's on the tin - Thank you.

Cavendish and Country arranged our recent removal. The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently. We had limited time to arrange our move and they responded accordingly with a competitive quotation provided within 24 hours and confirmation soon thereafter. On the day, the team arrived on time, packed efficiently and carefully. We appreciated their willingness to help with some of the little things which cropped up which were beyond their removal brief, but which made our move happen smoothly. On the day, Nick provided light touch oversight of the team which gave us confidence that everything was going to be where we wanted it. Overall we were very pleased with the service provided by Cavendish & Country and would recommend them to others looking for a friendly, trustworthy and efficient service.

We were extremely happy with the service provided by Cavendish and Country! Very timely and professional. Our whole flat was packed up and moved to a different town in the same day. We were always kept informed of the progress. Upon delivery the beds were assembled swiftly to allow the little to sleep in his own bed! The guys doing the packing were very friendly and always asked us if they had any questions on where things needed to go. I would recommend Cavendish and Country to anyone I know. .

We were over whelmingly impressed by this company, who performed a complicated move for us, with some items going to London, some items going to Devon, and then further items coming back from Devon to London. They worked tirelessly, were extremely polite, and more importantly flexible and approachable.
They handled some expensive antiques, including a medieval bed and a Georgian harp with a high degree of expertise and care.
Thank you for making what is always a slightly stressful period as easy as it could possibly be with regards to the physical move.

Cavendish & Country just recently moved us from a flat to a house in SW London and we were very happy with them. Nothing broken, nothing gone and a charming team of guys. I think perhaps Nick had slightly under estimated the size of the job as they ended up moving us for 13 hours and we had to go back another day for furniture in a storage unit as it wouldn't fit in the van/was going to be too late in the evening. That said, the guys worked tirelessly the whole day and we'd thoroughly recommend as well as definitely use them again.

My family and I moved from New York to Geneva and needed our London storage sent to our new house in Geneva. Given that we had just completed one complicated international move, the thought of going through more moving hassle didn't appeal!  I contacted Cavendish and Country for a quote as they had been recommended to me by a friend in London.. the quote came in very quickly and competitively and so I went with them.  From the quotation process (quickly dealt with by Nick), to dealing with the customs paperwork (Switzerland is not the easiest place to get your stuff into!), to arranging a time for delivery (taking into account said customs), C & C were spot on and made everything very straightforward.  I would highly recommend them to anyone considering an international move as it's great to know that during a stressful time there is at least one job that you can hand over to someone else and not have to worry. Cavendish & Country made our move feel completely seamless - we were incredibly impressed with the professionalism of Nick and the team. Everyone was friendly, competent and calm at a time which is frankly a tad stressful.They were punctual, very careful with all our belongings, worked incredibly hard and the team were very polite too; we felt like nothing was too much bother when both packing and unpacking. Having got three or four quotes, I found their pricing to be very competitive as well. Were I to move again, I would not hesitate to book Cavendish & Country. .

Cavendish & Country were excellent, very professional and reliable. We moved from a house in Kingston to a property in SW13. Nick came around with very short notice and we were provided with a clear and competitive quote for the date we wished to move. The removal guys were very professional and did a fantastic job, very careful with our belongings and our newly decorated house. They were very flexible and didn’t mind to move our heavy sofa around a couple of times! We would highly recommend Nick and his team to anyone we know who is moving.

We had a quote from Nick who was very professional during his visit and reassuring. Clare at the office was always quick with her responses to any questions I had, and to be honest the packing service made moving house nowhere near as stressful as I had imagined. The guys were efficient, worked well to our requirements and everything came over to the new house safely. They didn't bat an eyelid when, inevitably, we were not as prepared as we should have been, or when I changed my mind about where things should go in the new house which, to me, shows how professional they are as a team.
Thank you so much for making moving so easy, I would highly recommend this company even if the cost is slightly higher than competitors.

Cavendish & Country were simply excellent. From Simon's assessment to the wonderful crew of three who packed up everything and transported it to my new home everything was done as requested and on time. With only a week's notice they could do the dates I needed. The crew were friendly, nice and incredibly efficient and hard-working (and calm - always useful when you're the stressed mover!) They happily dismantled the bed and wardrobe and re-assembled them at the new house without any damage or problems. Fragile items were carefully packed and all arrived safe and sound. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cavendish & Country to family/friends and will definitely use them again myself.

Honestly, C&C exceeded our expectations and managed to make a potentially stressful move with two young kids in a flat with lots of clutter appear seamless.
Firstly, Nick was a pleasure to do business with and his understanding and flexibility was thoroughly appreciated. He kept me up-to-date with developments and was utterly professional in all our dealings.
The move was perfectly masterminded by Stefan and Gabor. They methodically removed and packed all the boxes in such a tidy way and were a pleasure to be around. They were very diligent in transfering the items to our new property and we really appreciate their care and attention to detail with how they treated our new place - a very human and professional touch. It was hard work for them but they did their jobs so well and always with a smile on their faces - really a pleasure to have them orchestrate a very stressful move and were always in control of the situation.
C&C have a great formula here with Nick and these guys - I hope future customers have the same experience that we have had. Their service is not cheap (the most expensive quote we received) - however you really get what you pay for and we would repeat it 100 times again.

We were very happy with Cavendish. From the start till the end. The guys arrived in time on both days, they worked quickly, very efficient, professionally done, and also nice guys on the days of the moving, which is also important. Clean and neat working, no damage. Also when finished in the house on both days, all was stored away, and left the house without any rubish. All our things were very well packed and good advice as we needed it at a certain moment and therefore flexible. Also the sales and aftersales are well done. Received a call after day 1 which is nice to know that they think about you. On second day again. After the moving a good follow up. Definitely recomment Cavendish and Country!

We used Cavendish & Country for our move - from a four bed house to a four bed house - so it was a big move - and we have two kids. From the very first meeting they were by far the most professional company that quoted. Their pricing is very fair by comparison and their service was excellent. They turned up on time, the team were exceptional; they worked fast and efficiently. They were so patient with our kids and worked alongside other things that were happening (dishwasher being fitted, new beds delivered etc!). They were knowledgable and advised us on furniture placement when we got ot the new place (what would fit and what wouldn't) and nothing was a problem. It was really a great experience and exactly the kind of team you need when doing something as stressful as moving home! .

Was very impressed with the team at Cavendish&Country during all contacts; from the initial visit and quote through to the packing and moving days. The team made my move so easy and relaxing!

I took advantage of the packing service which meant no annual leave was required to move and no need to live surrounded by boxes for weeks before the move. This was an excellent decision - the removals team did great job and were very quick and considerate and labelled everything clearly making it really easy to unpack and settle in to my new home.

When I arrived the new house was spotless, super impressive given the terrible rainy weather!

I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know who is moving.

Cavendish and country provided an excellent removals service for our recent move. We have three young children and busy lives but they made our move as stress free as it possibly could be. They were very efficient, arrived on time and packed everything amazingly quickly and carefully in clearly labelled boxes which we really needed with all the stuff we have. The team were very courteous and made sure to check exactly what our requirements were. The move was really seamless and made far easier by Nick Whittington and his fantastic team. I am the COO at Green Man Gaming and C&C were recommended to me by a colleague, who had used them before. From the initial meeting, to the clearing of the final packing crate, C&C were fantastic.

Naturally I obtained several quotations and while not the cheapest, they were in the ball park on price. Once I had made my choice, I was suitably impressed with the preparation, advice and guidance Nick walked me through.

All of our requests, my questions and regular communications were dealt with promptly and professionally. C&C never missed a beat during the whole move.

What impressed me most, were the guys on the ground. Nothing was too much trouble and their attitude was brilliant. The following day they were finished by 11am allowing us to re-build our new office.
