Caseys provided two very big lorries. They turned up at 8.30am and after surveying the house to ascertain the load, the men started carefully loading the 1st lorry. They were very professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. Although we had done our packing ourselves, they found a few things they thought ought to be better packed. They very quickly packed those into boxes they had brought along. Both lorries were ready to leave within 3 hours. When we got to Romford, there was quite a long delay obtaining the keys, but they did not mind and waited patiently chatting to us. Once we were able to get into the house, they unloaded our belongings again taking great care with everything. They managed to get our piano through a small hall and a 90 degrees turn. Nothing was lost or broken. They worked very hard, but remained very cheerful and hardly stopped for a cup of tea. They took all the stress away from us for which we were very grateful. We would recommend Caseys without hesitation.

They arrived on time, assessed the items to remove, discussed which rooms they were being moved into, I literally was moving just over the road, from an apartment to a house. They worked really hard and were very professional and most important were extremely considerate of the items they were moving. Also they let me layout each of the rooms and moved a few items by inches if necessary, I am fussy - but they did it with a smile on their face!
I would definitely book Caseys again.

Casey’s completed packed all our belongings on day 1 and loaded all boxes. 2nd day arrived promptly and completed by midday! Their work rate was simply phenomenal. Had to wait some time at new address but again worked extremely hard despite having to bring some large items up 3 floors via the stairs. Collected all empty boxes about 100 and packaging when asked. Their staff cannot be praised to highly and we were so pleased how that helped us through a stressful couple of days.

Unfortunately I have had a very unprofessional experience with John from Casey's removals. Paid close to £5000 up front. I was told the delivery would arrive Sunday morning at 10:00am which was too early. I asked for it to be changed but they said no so my husband had to take a day off work. The delivery arrived at 17:00pm that day and when I complained I was told the driver missed the ferry and anyway it was only an 'ETA'. Things have been broken - a precious Ming vase, and I have been told that they will not even honour the £50 compensation in their T&Cs. A beautiful suede recliner was left uncovered (it should have been placed in a clear plastic protection bag) and is ruined but Casey's refuse to pay for having it cleaned. An IKEA cupboard was pulled apart instead of dismantling. But Casey's refuse to pay the £50 compensation for that either. John Casey has refused to take my calls since the money was paid in full. I have said I will take this to the Ombudsman or even court, and I have been informed by John Casey that they will 'fight me rigourously' to defend themselves. I am disappointed that I chose the wrong company out of 5 options available to me and now I am paying for the damage both emotionally and financially. I would strongly advise those looking for a decent removals company not to use this one if they treasure their personal belongings and prefer to have an after sales service once they have paid in full. And this could have all been saved by an email from John Casey to say 'look I'm sorry, we have messed up and your delivery will be later than planned' but we received nothing.

Casey removals were fantastic from start to finish arriving on time shook hands with us introduced themselves we had packed ourselves with the boxes they had provided which were all marked clearly so I could tick which room they were to go to and also I knew which items were in each box they started at 8.30am and finished at 11am we then had to wait then we met them at our new place at 12.30 got keys at 1pm they finished unpacking at 3pm very quick would thoroughly recommend them.

Casey's
Quoted on the night in writing and was held for over until move happen 4 months later, I box myself using boxes and wrapping supplied by Casey's some of the larger items which I needed a hand with the two guys assisted on the day . I never felt rushed at moving in or out the Guys just took a steady pace and didn't leave until I was happy . Although I am not planning to Move again soon I would happily use Casey's again

An excellent service provided by Casesy's Removals. The men turned up early and immediately started packing. They were very efficient in terms of removals and packaging and also very careful with breakable items too - adding blankets around TV and other items. A quick unloading at the other end, managed to empty van in pouring rain without creating a dirty flat. Also very quick and efficient at assembling furniture for me. I would recommend to anyone! Made my move alot easier!

On what could have been the most stressful day, the team of 4 (plus 2 extras who were available to help before starting another job), were brilliant and helpful, good natured, and full of humour. We had a small house (plus a loft and two sheds) but it was crammed to the gills with boxes (not much furniture). So inevitably the job involved a lot of lifting and much to-ing and fro-ing. The warmth of the day added to the exertion but not once did we hear complaints from anyone. They arrived 20 minutes early, were sensible with the packing, allocation of responsibilities and loading and FAST!  
We had communication with a member of the team on our journey which was reassuring, and on arrival the previous owners were available on site to allow them to unload. Having explained the numbering system on my boxes pre-move they just got on with it. We literally stood back and watched.  
I was very pleased with the attitude, the manners, the service and the price. Very happy to recommend this firm. .

From start to finish Casey's were amazing!

Looking for quotes for the 350 mile move Casey's were by far the most competitive and worth every penny as they promised and delivered the move within 2 days in comparison to the 3 to 5 day move quoted by other companies. Having decided to pack up myself the office support in supplying the materials needed at hugely competitive prices was fantastic! I had no idea how many boxes etc. I would need and Casey's simply delivered them as and when needed. There was also no problems with the fact I did not exchange until a couple of days before the move and they were completely flexible in changing dates as and when needed.

The guys who turned up to pack up my house worked at such a speed I couldn't believe how quickly it was done. They travelled over night to meet us at our new home the following morning and although we then didn't complete till late in the afternoon nothing was too much trouble for them. Due to the late completion unpacking took until late that night and they still happily moved things to the correct rooms even when I changed my mind about where things needed to go!

I honestly couldn't recommend Casey's enough for the experience and advice given at the initial quote, the friendly professional office team and the people who moved our belongings from one end of the country to the other quickly and with care. A fantastic family business!

We were absolutely delighted with the three removal men who arrived promptly at 7.45am on the day of our move. I was particularly stressed due to exchange only happening late the previous day to completion and I was re-assured immediately by Andy and the other two. All of them were friendly and very efficient which immediately relieved the stress! We met at our new house at 1pm and the unloading was as fantastic as the loading!
They dismantled out beds and reassembled them very quickly, if this was left to my husband and me we would still be trying to put them up!
Overall the experience with Casey's was fantastic - I would thoroughly recommend them!

Excellent service received from Casey's Removals from start to finish of the whole moving experience. Terry who came round to discuss the move filled me with confidence that Casey's would take good care of everything. On the day we had 3 guys arrive about 7:30 to move me and my family from a 2 bed maisonette to a 3 bed house. Nothing was too much trouble for them and even though we had done most of the packing ourselves the guys were really helpful sorting out those last few bits we were not sure what to do with. They unpacked the van at our new place very efficiently and put everything where we asked. We couldn't have asked for a smoother moving experience and would highly recommend Casey's Removals.

Excellent service.  

First off, the guys showed up with a huge positive attitude - that was much appreciated and gave us a much-needed boost during a very stressful time.

They worked smoothly and steadily both during the removal part in Croydon and then during the moving-in part here in Northumberland.  We were very impressed with the way they worked together.

We were also impressed how everything was handled including our many glass items and plants.  

We enjoyed getting to know the movers and thought they were genuine good folk and easy to get on with.

We would recommend Casey's to anyone.  .

We found Casey's Removals first class in all aspects.

We took the packing option and the men arrived promptly at the appointed time the day prior to the move and packed up the household. The following day the removal vehicles and men arrived again on time and we were complete with the entire move by 5.30pm that afternoon.

Nothing was too much trouble and the removal team were friendly and courteous - we could not have asked for more and all for a very reasonable cost.

Needed removers at a very late date due to late exchange of contracts, Casey's were very prompt in answering my enquiries. The boys turned up very promptly on the day and worked very hard. They helped pack up last minute items and succeeded in getting my large table through a very narrow door! We then had a very long delay before we could gain access to our new property and the lads made a stressful day very much less so. They never complained about the wait and unpacked the vans quite late in the evening. My thanks for putting the bed together and legs back on sofas, it ment we could collapse in comfort that night. Once again my thanks to Casey's and the boys, they were great.

Having to move after 20 years was a daunting experience which was made ever so easy by the professionalism of the company. I was immediately put at ease at my initial induction visit and told nothing would be a problem. The thought of clearing my 3 bed house, shed and loft was no problem for the company. They delivered some boxes in advance and helped me pack the day before. On the day of the move the workers were extremely helpful and caring which put me at ease in what was a stressful time for me. All though it was a Happy time too as moving to lovely house. Everything went to plan nothing was a bother, the workers were calm, organised and very respectful. On arrival to my new home things were delivered to the right rooms etc I had a great day and thank the company for making it all happen as well as loaning me boxes until I finish unpacking at my new place.

Casey's impressed us right from the first meeting with their estimator. We liked the fact that they were flexible, friendly and personally employ all their staff (rather than outsourcing). They were very competitively priced and were one of the only removal firms who don't apply a 'late completion' fee. When they say you're booked in for the whole day, they mean it. They did a part pack for us, and got through 67 boxes in under 4hrs - I have honestly never seen a house emptied so quickly (but carefully)! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We got a hand delivered letter one day, on opening it I found a doc advertising Caseys removals.

I thought this shows some initiative as we did have the house on the market ( they most check Zoopla)

Gave them a call, Terry came round, on time! very professional, no [EDIT], gave us what I considered to be a fair price.

Other companies were late and promised to send a price, and some of them did not even bother

On the day, guys turned up on time, big truck 4 guys
It went as Terry said, start at eight, loaded by eleven
the van went and we had to wait for our buyers to pick up the key.

The guys were polite and hard working, but they would be, they wanted to get home

All went well, a few very minor breakages (the headlight on my bike etc)

I would recommend these guys, feel confident, nothing worse than the feeling "what if they don't turn up?"

Moving is stressful, these guys made it as painless as possible.
