Brilliant service

Casey's were brilliant, from the quote stage all the way through to the removal on moving day. Terry was reassuring during a stressful time of organising Removals. The team on the day were friendly and helpful and made the day less stressful. Parking permits were organised by the office team which was extremely helpful and much needed. From Putney to Maidenhead

I picked Casey’s as they had leafleted us not long after listing which demonstrates how proactive and switched on they are. The communication with the sales team during the process was brilliant and was a sign of things to come. Due to a quick exchange to completion turn around we were unable to secure on street parking outside for the vans but we managed to sort something out and the team were really friendly and understanding about this. I cannot believe how fast they were to pack everything up and completely professional and polite. Unpacking at our new address was super fast despite the heat. This was the first time I had used movers and I was so impressed by the team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Great value, easy to work with and a job well done. Hard working team

The move was somewhat complicated as I was moving out of a three storey house and to 2 separate addresses over 80 miles away, the majority of my stuff went into a storage facility and the rest to a house. Add to that it was a horribly wet and cold day. The team of 4 worked tirelessly with a real can-do attitude. They were very efficient yet took great care of my belongings. As I am planning to move again next year I will definitely give Casey's removal a call. Thank you team!

Great, friendly service.

We were very impressed with how speedily the removal team had uploaded all our belongings into the truck. My husband accidentally asked them to load a piece of furniture that we had sold to the next owners, which they even brought it back to our old house after they have moved us. We couldn't have asked for a better service and would definitely recommend Casey's.

A great move.

I would like to thank Casey’s and the guys who moved us for doing a great job. They were very polite and friendly and worked really hard without fuss. We did have a slight problem where one of the guys had a small accident and got a bit of blood on the sofa but this was sorted without any hassle and professionally cleaned by Casey’s (without leaving any signs of a mark). I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to people I know.

Could not recommend highly enough.

I really couldn’t recommend Casey’s Removals highly enough, they went over and above in their service to us in what was a very problematic move. From the friendly team who carefully packed up our possessions, to when we needed storage at the last minute after an issue with our chain on moving day (which was organised with no problems), to then rearranging the move date at short notice squeezing us in as they knew my second baby was due any day, to the team that assembled our furniture in the new home. They all were amazing, accommodating, helpful, friendly, and I will recommend them to anyone who I hear is moving house.

House move in Beckenham - December 2017.

Decided to use Casey's Removals as a local family-run company when I moved house within Beckenham in December 2017. An excellent service provided by the two guys on the day (Eli and Corbyn), and despite my shambolic and haphazard preparation which I'd left until the very last moment and not having followed their explicit packing instructions they managed to salvage the situation and get everything transported by the agreed time, which was beyond the call of duty in every respect. They turned up on time, were friendly, professional and respectful throughout and can't thank them enough. The contents were delivered to the destination address exactly as they'd left with no damage whatsoever and minimal fuss. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone contemplating a move in the area at a very competitive rate and reliability.

I will certainly be using their services again.

Professional.

Quotation visit was professional down to earth and clear price structure which was also competitive.
On move Day they arrived on time worked very hard the entire time taking roughly 3 hours to pack a five bedroom house and 2 garden sheds !
They were helpful considerate and professional , did not moan about the short wait for keys and we’re very effective in unloading - would highly recommend Casey.

Moved from Beckenham to Orpington.

Caseys were perfect from the point of quote to removal.

Their attention to detail and care was meticulous. Very polite efficient and helpful; particularly with taking down and putting up of furniture.

Took the stress out of the whole day and I’d have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again. Really do not need to look any further. We paid about £950+ whilst this may sound expensive in the big scheme of things it is not. Beg borrow or steal the money to use these guys - simply the best!!

My move happened during the 'blizzard' of February 2018. They arrived prompted and once given directions went about their job quickly and professionally. The move was completed to my satisfaction with any problems whatsoever. I thought that one of the boxes had gone missing, but was told exactly where it was, even done to the label. It turned out it was mislabelled by us. Great job.

Best Removals Company Ever.

Great removals company. No issue with changing moving date. Arrived promptly and packed us up and moved us out very efficiently. We had a nightmare trying to move in, as the person in our new property was not packed and would not move out. The guys were very calm and remained very professional throughout. Although it made them very late they were helpful and cheerful the whole time and made a very stressful situation less so. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Removal.

Staff in the office and the removal team were friendly and polite. It was great to be able to collect a range of discount boxes and packing materials that were right for the job. The removers were right on time and took care while packing and unpacking goods and ensuring items were in the right room and furniture reassembled on arrival. We moved from London to Buckinghamshire on an extremely hot day in July and it was great to have a local firm and a hassle free move. Would definitely recommend Caseys!

The team turned up in good time and went above and beyond their duty. They even stopped unloading and helped me find my car keys that I lost amongst all the moving house items in my new house, which I would never have found without their help. House move before Christmas.

The 2 men who helped me move worked so hard all day. The move took longer than planned as my flat is up 2 flights of stairs and has no lift. They powered through, up and down the stairs all day and never complained. They certainly earned their wages that day! They also wrapped my pictures and mirrors really carefully and there was no breakages at all. Would highly recommend.

Moved within Beckenham.

The team at Casey's were amazing from the outset. With a number of cancelled completion dates they were always extremely accommodating and definitely gave me one less thing to worry about! The team arrived early on both days (one day packing, one day moving) and acted in a friendly, professional manner throughout the whole job. They even kept the smiles on their faces when presented with a chest of drawers that wouldn't fit up the stairs in the new house. Everything was packed carefully and labelled so it was easy to find again. I feel for the level of service the cost was reasonable and I would highly recommend Casey's to anybody moving in the area.

Packing and move service.

Packing crew were very friendly and understanding of having a 2 month old baby in the house. They were a lot quicker than I thought they'd be.
The next day's moving crew only had 1 of the 3 crew the same which was a pity but the 2 new guys were just as friendly.
Everything was moved into the new house extremely quickly and was all in the correct room.

Casey’s Boys!

Recently used John Casey’s removal company to move my extremely elderly parents from Kent to Surrey. The service we received was first class from the initial meeting to discuss the move right up until the last piece of furniture was in place in my parents’ new home! John and his team did a remarkable job. The removal guys were extremely professional friendly and helpful and managed to smile all day despite the fact we moved on the hottest day of the year ..38degC!

June 10th 2019 Moving Day Sydenham London to St Leonards On Sea.

Well the day didn't start well as the heavens opened up and it poured all through the day at both addresses. Anyhow the fellah's turned up on time, were very friendly, courteous and used lots of initiative .
My move was odd as I had to "break the chain" I.e. I moved out but couldn't move in for several weeks. Luckily the place I was buying has a massive storage shed and the 'seller's' allowed me to direct Casey's here. Anyway the lads loaded up and set off for St Leonards I eventually caught up with them and yes it was stilling pouring with rain. I mention all of this as once the van was unloaded I never saw my stuff again until the 3rd July. Casey's had ordered my stuff extremely well and the nice touch was they had wrapped my two double and one single mattress in plastic to keep them clean and dry. I never asked them too, they just did, hence my earlier comment about initiative.

So overall based on my experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Casey's to friends and family.
