Fantastic service from start to finish. The team at Best London Removals handled everything expertly and made what could have been a stressful day feel totally manageable. They were incredibly patient and thoughtful around our young kids, which made a big difference to us. Every box, piece of furniture and awkward item was moved with care and attention — nothing rushed, nothing overlooked. They worked exceptionally hard and were calm, friendly and professional throughout. We’ll be moving again in the not-too-distant future and won’t consider using anyone else. 100% recommended.

      Move within London

It is already the third time we use Best London Removals for our move, and will definitely use them again. We had quite challenging moves: no lifts, narrow stairs, and parking place far from the house, but the team managed all this spotlessly. The movers are very polite, on time, quick and careful with everything. Thank you!

Big thanks to Ivelin and his team from Best London Removals. We relocated to Bucks from London and his team were punctual and carefully prepared and packed our items into their vans. They were able to provide an extra van last minute to accommodate our garden furniture. A long day for his team but were truly professional throughout. Would highly recommend this company.

      Local move in London

The guys arrived really promptly and worked very speedily and methodically. They were polite and respectful of my possessions. All loaded up within an hour, it was only a partial move as I was moving into a furnished and equipped flat. Then they drove into central London where they had almost finished unloading by the time I arrived. Whole job completed in just over 2 hours. Brilliant!

      Fantastic

In November 2021 we relocated 90 miles from London to the south coast, we hired BestLondonRemovals due to their competitive price and excellent reviews, and true to their name I believe they were the best. I was amazed that they fit all of our belongings in 1 lorry, they were very helpful, caring, efficient and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We used Best London Removals to move us from South East London up to Cheshire. They guys arrived punctually on packing day and very efficiently and securely packed away the contents of our flat. The following day, they arrived at the destination before we did and very efficiently unpacked and dropped off some items at storage on their way back south. All of the stress of moving was taken away by these guys - I would recommend to anyone. Excellent value too.

      Short London move.

We moved with best London removals in the middle of October 2020. We overall had an excellent experience and would recommend them.

The packing happened the day before and was done efficiently and carefully for the most part. My only criticism of the whole job is that they were not as gentle with my books as I would have liked. I have unpacked several with bent covers and pages where they have been added to squashed or packed carelessly.

On the day of the move the furniture was well cared for and the company had organised separate professional piano movers for our piano.

The price was very competitive coming especially given the quality of the service.

      Overpriced and not great service.

We decided to go with this company after excellent reviews online. We were unfortunately disappointed. The men arrived on time but seemed to get tired and fed up as the day progressed. One man in particular was not good. They lost a rail to one of the wardrobes we had ordered and I walked in at just the right time to stop him putting tailored expensive suits wrapped without suit bags in a box.

When we unpacked we did find shoes mixed in with clothes without anything in between them all mixed in a box with the clothes crumpled and dirty.

He missed a whole two cupboards of items in the kitchen even though I kept reminding them to empty it, as well as all the wine bottles (again I reminded him three times). The next day we found items randomly and chaotically placed in boxes, for example the kettle base and kettle in different boxes, etc.

we went with this company even though they were more expensive because of the reviews and wish we hadn't now. We weren't offered a discount because of the service (although to be fair I didn't ask). We even tipped them very generously before we went to unpack the next day and noticed the mess.

I would not recommend this company again.

    • There was one breakage, which was replaced the day I notified them.

      Excellent company.

We used Best London Removals for a short move, but what an excellent company. They did the majority of the packing and transporting on the Thursday before our move on the Saturday, which worked really well for us giving us the Friday to sort out a bit before the remainder was delivered on the Saturday. The crew were very professional, and carefully packed everything for us. There was one breakage, which was replaced the day I notified them. What more could you ask for. I would highly recommend this company and use them again should the need arise.

Long-distance move from London, Greater London to Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire

South London to Hertfordshire.

Best London Removals are the best removal company we've used, and that includes the large corporate moving companies who change thousands of pounds for a relocation.

Best London Removals have understands that moving is a stressful experience. The highly professional moving team who did our move were courteous, accommodating, professional and positive throughout enjoying their work, making moving day as pain free as possible.

The team's attitude and training is what makes this a very rare and special service. I cannot recommend this company enough. Their service will surprise and delight.

Thank you Ivelyn and crew for making our relocation go so smoothly.

Couldn’t recommend enough!

Really great company, would definitely recommend. Arrived early and moved everything very carefully and efficiently. There was a long delay between moving out and moving in and they were very patient with this which was much appreciated. Excellent care was taken with all our belongings and they were very careful in the new property not to go on the carpets etc with outdoor shoes on which was much appreciated. Could not recommend enough!

BEST EVER!

We had used quite a number of removals in London and this company is the BEST EVER! The driver named Costa was very helpful, polite, punctual and fast! He made our move so much easier and even enjoy the process. Normally moving can be stressful but Costa really went overboard in helping us and looking after our every item. AMAZING!This is a RARE find. I highly recommended to my friends and family!

Excellent service from this company. Moving from a house to a smaller bungalow meant lots of possessions to get into a smaller property with some access issues. Especially impressive was the time and patience given to bringing a very large fridge freezer through quite a small doorway. Thank you. I would definitely use this company again.

Absolutely fantastic team. Flawless from start to finish. Replied very rapidly for my request for quote. They arrived exactly at the time agreed, helped us pack our belongings and took them down 5 flights of stairs (no lift!), and then delivered us to our new place, all in record time. They were extremely careful, efficient, professional, as well as friendly and good natured. Not a single damaged or scratched item!
