When researching removal companies, Ivelin was by far the quickest to respond and immediately making an appointment to come over and view our contents at out convenience. He was excellent in all manners. Soon after, we got a quote and once booked, the boxes were promptly sent per agreement and he was highly patient as obviously completion date kept changing. However, even when we finally did have a date, Ivelin was very accommodating. This followed by the team led by Philip arriving exactly on the dot of the time agreed. Philip and his team were hugely considerate and professional and the whole time with a smile despite the two flights of stairs! My Dad was extremely impressed at how Philip, of his own accord, had started to remove items from the loft just as Dad had mentioned to him earlier, making it less stressful for my Dad. The move was completed seamlessly with great care taken even when arriving at the new location. I can't rate the whole experience and the team enough! Everything we asked for they accommodated without ever making a fuss. We used them again a couple of weeks later for our garage move and again punctuality and professionalism were of an incredibly high standard. I can't recommend them enough (competitive pricing included) and I wouldn't hesitate using them again and have already been spreading the word about them. We were completely satisfied with everything that Best London Removals Limited did, from getting the quote to having our possessions packed and delivered. We had a number of unfortunate changes of date before the job could begin, but the company dealt very patiently with us. The packing, delivery and unpacking were perfect - we have no criticism to make, rather a great deal of praise for Ivelin and his team.

All in all Best London Removals did a truly excellent job. We thoroughly recommend them.

But in this review it was not possible to state where we moved to because the drop-down list of towns is inadequate. We moved to Settle, North Yorkshire.

Thank you to the team at Best London Removals. We had such a great experience from the time we contacted them to the time that the last mover left, it was a flawless process. The movers were on time and very efficient. They kept us abreast on timing and were thorough and fast. When we arrived at the other side, they were very careful about moving the furniture - they even took their shoes off to preserve the flooring. Everything was left in perfect condition and assemble properly. Ivelin and team are the best. I wouldn't move with any one else. Many, many thanks for making our move so much smoother!

The Best London Removals Ltd are a very professional outfit. Prior to giving us a quote, they visited our property to assess how much stuff we had to move and identified which items they would take apart or wrap. This meant that there were no surprises on the moving date. Other companies just gave me a quote over the phone. The team that packed and unloaded the lorries worked very hard. They traveled for 7 hours on the move date, unpacked the lorries and then returned home. All the goods arrived at the new property undamaged. They reassembled items they had taken apart. Could not fault the service - would highly recommend this company.
