I cannot rate this company highly enough. Never having moved before and having to do it at short notice, I was incredibly stressed. But they made it so easy and straightforward and at a great price too. They were the cheapest out of all the quotes I received, but did an amazing job. My belongings were going into storage as I have yet to find a new property. But when I do and am ready to get my things out of storage, I won't bother getting quotes from anywhere else. I will definitely be using this company again!

This company blew my mind. Having moved already in Feb this year with Pickfords, I cannot believe how different my experiences were. I won't droan on about how terrible Pickfords were, instead I'll speak about my experience with Best London Removals: Ivelin came to my house to quote within 2 hours of me calling him. He asked questions and informed me that he would be there on the day (different to Pickfords - they sent out an office boy who had no idea what the job would entail and subsequently messed up the whole move). Ivelin then called me to say he could do the move quicker than we discussed (one day instead of two) - I was sceptical, as Pickfords had taken a day longer than expected. Move day came and the first van arrived 20 minutes early - again, I was nicely surprised by this. They started promptly and were so ahead of the game: they arrived at my new house 3 hours earlier than anticipated - I was delighted, as I could start the laborious unpacking process. All of the removal men were respectful, professional and clearly took great pride in what they did - a stark contrast to Pickfords, where they were all moaning about how hard they had to work and how much they hated working for Pickfords!! Nothing was broken during my move, but more than that, it was seamless and working with a team who take such pride in what they do and are super efficient just made the whole experience.. well, I can't say enjoyable because moving house is never enjoyable, but it was close! I have used Ivelin and his team twice in the past three weeks so I can give an honest verdict of their performance.  I have moved a number of times and I have to say I was very impressed with the professionalism and dedication of the team. I found Ivelin to be a very calm and organised team leader which helps greatly at such a stressful time - Ivelin organised the packing and removal of my furniture into storage and then two weeks later, from storage into my new address.  Everything went very smoothly and the team were hard-working, polite, and efficient.  They had to disassemble two large wardrobes, one with large heavy mirrored doors. Nothing broken and all fragile items packaged perfectly.  We had lots of mirrors and they were so well wrapped as was our furniture.  I had to find a buyer for the wardrobes and Ivelin and his team agreed to transport the wardrobes to my buyer and assemble them for her.  I believe she was very pleased.  All of this with the minimum of fuss and no complaining about size or weight! The price was also very competitive and no hidden or extra costs. Would definitely recommend and will no doubt use again when I relocate to Ireland later this year.

I have used Ivelin and his team twice this year and on both occasions I found them to be helpful, friendly and professional. They took care with fragile items and even did some of the unpacking for me. Their charges are very reasonable but that doesn't mean you get a sub-standard service; I found their service to be better than other removal companies that charge more.  I highly recommend Best London Removals and will definitely use them again if/when I have to move.

The team was extremely efficient and professional. They exceeded our expectations. They spent a considerable amount of time packing and ensuring that our items were safe for delivery. They were also very thorough while putting the furniture back together after delivery. And they did not leave any dirt, which was pleasing as lots of effort had been spent cleaning the delivery address. Their dedication was impressive. The team were passionate about their work. We would recommend them and use them again if we had to move. We got value for each penny spent.

My husband and I have relocated numerous times over the years and have extensive experience with various moving companies.  I can say unequivocally that Best London Removals stands head and shoulders above any other removal company we have ever dealt with.  Our move this time was local, from one flat to another.  From start to finish, Ivelin and his team made the process smooth and stress-free, and it was reasonably priced with no hidden charges or add-ons.  The movers were courteous, clean, neat and extremely fast and efficient.  Even though there was no lift in our building, they didn't complain once, nor did it slow them down in the least.  They also took exceptional care with all of our belongings and carefully wrapped all of our furniture.  Not one little bit or bob was lost or damaged in any way. We have never seen movers with such positive, can-do spirit as well as such geniune regard for our property.  These gentlemen really care and take pride in their work and it shows.  They are Masters of their profession (not to mention very honest, decent human beings) and we highly recommend!

Having moved twice in the last two years and had stressful experiences to say the least, I was dreading moving day. To make matters worse, the lift to my 3rd floor flat broke just as we needed to start emptying it. The team from Best London Removals were absolutely amazing - they carried on with the removal, using the stairs, without ever complaining. They were so careful with all of my boxes and belongings, double checking about anything fragile, and even fixing the odd piece of furniture before packing it! Throughout they were friendly, helpful, and above all soothing, given that the lift breaking felt like a total disaster, and the removal was done in much less time than I had anticipated. At the delivery end, again, everything went calmly, smoothly, and quickly. The team helped position furniture and reconstruct it, and stacked boxes carefully. Overall, they so exceeded my expectations that moving actually became a pleasure. I would recommend Best London removals to anyone who will listen, and especially anyone feeling anxious about moving. Recently, we needed to remove our furniture and belongings to Scotland.  After I tried many different removal cmpanies, I found this removal company through internet: Best London Removals Ltd.  The person answered my call was Ivelin Donchev who talked me with confidence and a very frendly manner. Having asked me a few questions, Ivelin quickly gave me a quote. Compared with other offeres, the quote he gave me was reasonable and acurate.  But the most impressive part of his service is how much care they took in moving the furnitures:  For such a long distance, they had not just communicated efficiently with me in a very friendly manner, but arrived in time and treated every piece of furniture with great care, even automatically wrapped some of the furniture with extra package materials.  People in its removal team took the job very seriously, everyone shared the same attitude as their team leader. One by one, in a very efficient manner, they moved all my furniture and belongings in their original conditions into our home in Scotland. I was very impressed.  I strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs a company to help for their removals. They are just excellent!

I have used London Best Removals for three consecutive years. Ivelin and his crew are excellent in their service, professional and punctual, and always willing to help with anything that's related to the move. They helped me by bringing packing materials before the move and also assisted in finishing the packing on the day of the move. They were extremely careful with my items and never caused any damage. They are also extremely friendly and a pleasure to talk to, I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I am planning to work with them in the future!
