Best London Removals Ltd

Moved within Central London between two third-floor walkups.  Move including living room furniture (including an upright piano) and personal belongings (including rugs, plates, pots, clothes, lots of books etc but no bedroom furniture or white goods). On-time, courteous, good communication.   There was heavy rain and traffic, including parking restrictions, but everything went smoothly.  Nothing broken, nothing damaged.   The guys were great and I would definitely use them again.   The comms were mostly with Ivelin, but the in-person service was led by Drego.  He came 2 weeks ahead of time to survey what needed to be moved & provide a quote, then he led the moving team. I'm very happy with the service.

We moved a 5 minute drive away from a single storey property and as a result hoped for a reasonable quote for a moving service. Best London Removals did not disappoint-whilst a nationwide firm provided us with an extortionate quotation.
Ivelin carried out a detailed inventory to provide a fair quote and was good at keeping in contact as our move date continued to change.
On the day a team led by Filip did a great job. They were professional, hard working, polite and catered for our needs.

I was very impressed by the whole experience as I imagined it would be extremely stressful - I couldn't have been more wrong.I originally booked another removal company whom I cancelled as I lost faith in them which is when I found Best London Removals.  I moved from a 5th floor 2 bedroom flat with no lift to a 2 bedroom 1st floor flat 40mins away.  Ivelin clearly explained the costing and even gave me options on how many men I could use, packaging materials and a rough idea on timing.  I chose to have four movers due to moving out of the 5th floor which was definitely a good decision as it meant they could form a chain on the staircase and didn't tire so easily.  The team arrived on time - 8am and got started straight away.  They were all in company uniforms and made the very difficult task of moving some really awkward items (American size fridge-freezer) down five flights look easy!  By 1pm the van was loaded.Once we reached the new flat it was much the same, everything was unloaded, furniture was put back together, positioned without fuss and more importantly undamaged.  One bed had to be hoisted over the balcony and again nothing was too much trouble. The entire process was competed by 5.30pm. I would highly recommend Best London Removal and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.Thank you !!

When I called for a quote, Ivelin came around and assessed.  The quote was very fair and less than some I had received from the well known "corporates".  The whole experience could not be faulted. Philip and his colleague came to pack the day before our move.  They were quick, efficient and thorough.  They arrived right on time the next day to load with an additional colleague and in fact had everything loaded ahead of time.  We had to wait at the other end to offload as we had a slight hold up in getting the keys, but they were very patient and pleasant about the delay.  The whole moving experience was made much easier by the excellent service we received.  I would not hesitate to recommend them.         .

A short notice collection from Heathrow was excellent. My son and double bass two and a half metres long were collected on time and taken to South London. They also had a quantity of lugggage. It is often problematic getting to Heathrow airport with musical instruments and luggage, now we know which company we will use on the next occcasion.
The driver was helpful and knowledgeable and I would thoroughly recommend the company. I will use them again next time we require transport to Heathrow.

I really had a very nice experience with the team. They were very professional and it felt like they had a solution for everything, even for the hardest items to move or hoist etc. I strongly recommend them. Very polite, no issues.

Ivelin, Phillip and the whole team were honeslty the most professional company I have come across! They were humble, hard-working & highly competant. With moving house after 35 years comes many stressful moments, but the team helped us through each step to ease the transition.
