Phillip and his team were extremely professional. They came 10 minutes early so they can assess the place and the stuff to be moved and load it accordingly. Very caring and patient. Although the estate agent delayed in giving me the key they did not complain and were not getting agitated or annoyed. They were extremely sympathetic. They were very good in handling the boxes and made sure they were placed in the correct rooms. They even advised me as to where to put some of the furniture so that everything looked proper.
They had no problems in moving some of the boxes to another room.
They helped me pack the bits that were left behind. They were very happy to do whatever was requested and very accommodating.
I could not thank them enough for all the hard work and making my move as smooth as possible.
They are definitely Best London Removal company. Very reasonably priced and service with a smile.

Moved within Central London between two third-floor walkups. Move including living room furniture (including an upright piano) and personal belongings (including rugs, plates, pots, clothes, lots of books etc but no bedroom furniture or white goods). On-time, courteous, good communication. There was heavy rain and traffic, including parking restrictions, but everything went smoothly. Nothing broken, nothing damaged. The guys were great and I would definitely use them again. The comms were mostly with Ivelin, but the in-person service was led by Drego. He came 2 weeks ahead of time to survey what needed to be moved & provide a quote, then he led the moving team. I'm very happy with the service.

The work was carried out to a very good standard, Ivelin was on time and was very careful for the duration of the service. He was very organised as we had 2 pick up addresses and yet managed to keep everything well organised throughout. Ivelin viewed our storage unit beforehand to ensure his van was big enough for our job. He made sure our possessions were looked after nicely and ensured everything was put away neatly. Overall, we are very happy with the work and would recoomend Best London Removals. Thank you Ivelin.

We searched online for a good removal company as we had bad expirience in the past and we came across Safe Removal website. After reading some of the reviews we decided to go for Best London Removals and they were fantastic. The service was excellent and good value for money, very professional. The team very friendly, helpful and hard working. They arrived on time and were very careful with our furniture. They gave us fantastic service. Everything was securely packed and move. We are very happy and satisfied with the removal service and would recommend them to everyone.

Recommend these guys and will definitely use them again. All were polite, professional and efficient and able to solve issues fast. Also great that dismantling and rebuilding furniture is included in the quote as this made moving with a 5 month old baby a lot easier. Even though it was raining the team removed their shoes before entering the new house - impressive!
They were also very quick to summon an extra vehicle for us required to move our garden furniture - the only downside was that they rely on you to advise the size of vehicle you require and I didn't have a clue, they don't come to survey prior to issuing a quote. But overall really pleased.

We booked 3 people and a van. It took quite a lot longer than predicted to get everything moved but the guys were fantastic and worked flat out (which was quite a feat given we were moving to a flat on the fourth floor with no lift!). They took proper care of all the stuff and wrapped the TVs and paintings so they wouldn't get damaged. Out of an entire 2 bed flat, there was only one broken glass at the end of the day (which was due to my not packing it properly anyway).

They did a really fantastic job and I would definitely recommend them.

Can't add anything more than the reviews but yes agree with all the comments, really pleased, I booked a van and three men, they worked flat out and I moved to a flat on the fourth floor without a life. I felt terrible for them but they did not complain at all.
They were extremely careful and accommodating, would definately use them again and will be recommending Best London Removals to friends and family. Thank you so much for making my move smooth and easy!
The guys worked so hard and price was very reasonable to, boxes ordered arrived in good time, a couple of days before I moved so I was able to pack up and be ready for my move on the day. Fantastic!!

A fantastic job done on short notice.  Believe the hype - these guys are as good as these reviews suggest.  We had gone to other companies for quotes but looking on this site gave us concerns and we also doubted the integrity of some of the people.  There were onerous terms in the t's and c's of the other companies which we questioned but did not receive satisfactory replies to.  We called Ivelin and were delighted with his quick response and service from start to finish.
