AMAZING!! I was very impressed by the whole experience as I imagined it would be extremely stressful - I couldn't have been more wrong.
I originally booked another removal company whom I cancelled as I lost faith in them which is when I found Best London Removals.  I moved from a 5th floor 2 bedroom flat with no lift to a 2 bedroom 1st floor flat 40mins away.  Ivelin clearly explained the costing and even gave me options on how many men I could use, packaging materials and a rough idea on timing.  I chose to have four movers due to moving out of the 5th floor which was definitely a good decision as it meant they could form a chain on the staircase and didn't tire so easily.  The team arrived on time - 8am and got started straight away.  They were all in company uniforms and made the very difficult task of moving some really awkward items (American size fridge-freezer) down five flights look easy!  By 1pm the van was loaded.
Once we reached the new flat it was much the same, everything was unloaded, furniture was put back together, positioned without fuss and more importantly undamaged.  One bed had to be hoisted over the balcony and again nothing was too much trouble. The entire process was competed by 5.30pm. 
I would highly recommend Best London Removal and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

This company were fabulous. Out of six different companies I contacted they were not only the cheapest but also the quickest replying to my quote request. I also found Ivelin (the gentleman who provided me with the quote) very patient explaining to me every step of the process and breaking down the cost. I had to have my bed taken apart and then remade at my new address and this was done quickly, efficiently and safely. The guys that were working were very friendly, really professional and helpful. The next time I move I will go back to Best London Removals. They were also nearly £100 cheaper than some quotes I received.

Best London Removals just helped me move house. Not only did they give me the most competitive quote but their service was outstanding. In the run-up to the move they responded to my emails throughout the booking process promptly and answered all my questions about the lorry quickly and without jargon so I could arrange parking. And on the day itself they couldn't have been lovelier - friendly, super-efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. And everything arrived in perfect condition - not a single glass broken! Ivelin and his team were so helpful, efficient and friendly that our move happened quickly and as stress free as a move can be. They were prompt, both with the supplying of a quote and with turning up on our moving day. We received helpful advice on how to pack and Ivelin helped dismantle and reassemble some items. All our goods arrived safely and were quickly delivered into the right rooms. The team were cheerful and helpful throughout. We used Best London Removals to move from a 3 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom semi detached house and was given a fixed price. Ivelin, our main point of contact was very helpful and informative during the whole service. The team arrived at the specified time at 9am and had a look around the house to see what needed to be done. Within minutes the team started straight away and within less than an hour, half of our 3 bedroom house was already inside their van! Because of the delay of the estate agents we couldn't get the key to the other house until 3pm so there was a lot of waiting around but neither our faults. By around 6-7pm the other half of the house was all in the new. If it wasn't for the delay of getting hold of the new keys, everything could've been done within 5 hours or less. I must say the entire experience was truly amazing and for a team of 3 they were very quick, professional, friendly and efficient throughout the whole service. I would highly recommend Best London Removals to anyone who is thinking of hiring a removals service and would definitely use again if I were to move to another place. Thanks again!

I would highly recommend Best London Removals..Ivelin and his team did a fantastic job moving me from Harrow to Pinner.
The quote for my move was priced competitively but it was clear that when Ivelin came to my house to give me a quote, he did not see it as just another job but was keen to ensure I was happy with the service he could provide. In the run up to my move, I contacted Ivelin on numerous occasions with various questions which he answered immediately which meant I did not have to constantly follow-up with additional calls. I did book a moving day which unfortunately fell though as signing of contracts were delayed. Even in this instance, Ivelin was very accommodating – I am sure any other company would have turned me away! but Ivelin was extremely understanding and I was able to book an alternative date at very short notice. On the day of the move Ivelin not only supervised the team personally but made sure everything was carefully packed in the vans for transport. As a result all my belongings arrived at their destination in perfect condition.The team was very pleasant and profession in their approach, they did an excellent job and helped to make the whole moving process a little easier.

Exceptional service from the word go. We requested for a personalised quote and Ivelin came over to do a survey to understand what was required. We opted for the full service , which inlcuded all packaging and packing. Most of the packing was done the day before. The next day all dis-assembly of furniture was completed and loaded with care and precision onto two trucks. The quality of work, communication and service was top notch. We used Best London Removals to move from our first floor two bedroom flat in south west London and into a first floor flat further out. We had searched and quoted the usual companies (pickfords etc) but Best London Removals were by far the cheapest - nearly half the price. This did seem a bit too good to be true but we pressed ahead and they were absolutely excellent. They dropped boxes and packing materials of for us immediately to that we could get cracking, turned up on time and removed / unloaded in an incredibly quick time, hugely efficient. They were friendly, courteous and professional - They forewarned us that our slightly rickety wardrobe might not survive the journey and left the decision whether to collapse it with us, so no bravado by them here, just plain common sense. They even have a 'we'll dismantle it and put it back up if we can't fit it in whole' policy, which saved Lot of hassle. In short, we would definitely use them again: excellent value for money, service and quality.

Best london Removals moved all our household contents from N London into a storage facility for us also in N London. They were on time, professional, courteous and very good at moving all our things. They came on a Sunday which was convenient as well. Nothing was broken or scratched, they made sure everything was protected so nothing would get damaged in transit. They were prepared with tools to dismantle anything that needed dismantling such as tables and beds. They were competitively priced at £55 per hour and the time it took was as expected. I would recommend them.
