Best London Removals Ltd

I would highly recommend Best London Removals..Ivelin and his team did a fantastic job moving me from Harrow to Pinner.
The quote for my move was priced competitively but it was clear that when Ivelin came to my house to give me a quote, he did not see it as just another job but was keen to ensure I was happy with the service he could provide. In the run up to my move, I contacted Ivelin on numerous occasions with various questions which he answered immediately which meant I did not have to constantly follow-up with additional calls. I did book a moving day which unfortunately fell though as signing of contracts were delayed. Even in this instance, Ivelin was very accommodating – I am sure any other company would have turned me away! but Ivelin was extremely understanding and I was able to book an alternative date at very short notice. On the day of the move Ivelin not only supervised the team personally but made sure everything was carefully packed in the vans for transport. As a result all my belongings arrived at their destination in perfect condition. The team was very pleasant and profession in their approach, they did an excellent job and helped to make the whole moving process a little easier.

Exceptional service from the word go. We requested for a personalised quote and Ivelin came over to do a survey to understand what was required. We opted for the full service , which inlcuded all packaging and packing. Most of the packing was done the day before. The next day all dis-assembly of furniture was completed and loaded with care and precision onto two trucks. The quality of work, communication and service was top notch. I would happily recommend Ivelin and the team. Thanks for taking the stress out of the move. Cheers, Venkat.

We used Best London Removals to move from our first floor two bedroom flat in south west London and into a first floor flat further out. We had searched and quoted the usual companies (pickfords etc) but Best London Removals were by far the cheapest - nearly half the price. This did seem a bit too good to be true but we pressed ahead and they were absolutely excellent. They dropped boxes and packing materials of for us immediately to that we could get cracking, turned up on time and removed / unloaded in an incredibly quick time, hugely efficient. They were friendly, courteous and professional - They forewarned us that our slightly rickety wardrobe might not survive the journey and left the decision whether to collapse it with us, so no bravado by them here, just plain common sense. They even have a 'we'll dismantle it and put it back up if we can't fit it in whole' policy, which saved Lot of hassle. In short, we would definitely use them again: excellent value for money, service and quality.

Best london Removals moved all our household contents from N London into a storage facility for us also in N London. They were on time, professional, courteous and very good at moving all our things. They came on a Sunday which was convenient as well. Nothing was broken or scratched, they made sure everything was protected so nothing would get damaged in transit. They were prepared with tools to dismantle anything that needed dismantling such as tables and beds. They were competitively priced at £55 per hour and the time it took was as expected. I would recommend them.

Service cost: £220

We used Best London Removals based on existing customer feedback and we were very happy with the service provided.  We decided to have the company provide the boxes and tape for our 2 bedroom flat as their prices were better than buying them seperately. The boxes were delivered the day after. On the day of our removal, the movers came on time, were very professional throughout the move and the rate was extremely competitive compared with other moving companies that had similar reviews. I definitely recommend using them.

I was a little stressed to say the lest, with only a couple of days to move after viewing a rented property.
I came across a website that compared prices to move and Best London Removals Ltd was the first company to call and talk over my requirements.
Even though they were not the cheapest option and I felt very relaxed with the salesman, who immediately sent the quote across to me, others from the same website came the throughout the following day.
The team that moved me were on time, very professional, very helpful and very organised and had everything in hand, they had me moved into my new property within 4.5 hrs. All that included the driving time from Hanworth in Twickenham to Ickleford in Hitchin.
I would use the company again and recommend to any of my family and friends.

Best London Removals Ltd have recently completed a full house move for us and we were extremely pleased with the service they provided. Ivelin, Filip and Drago came the day before the move with all the packing materials (around 30 lg, 35 small 6 wardrobe boxes, bubble wrap etc.) and within 5-6 hours whole house was packet and prepared. On the moving day they were 4 men and without any trouble by 5pm the move was completed. Thanks to their professional packing nothing was broken.
From arranging the booking to the actual move date, Best London Removals kept in touch and delivered the service they promised
Would definitely use them if we need to move again. They made what could be a very stressful day a stress-free day. Thank you.

Move from London flat and a storage venue to a detached house in Kettering. The allocated vans were appropriate for all our stuff (we gave a cubic meter quote), the move was slick and organised and staff good humoured and considerate, particularly as we had a 7 week old baby to work around and the complexity of a two point pick up.  After taking the goods from the house, the team went to the storage venue, collected it so that it was emptied, and checked it out for us, bringing us the paperwork and padlock back in Kettering. Move came within the quoted time and nothing was damaged.

I called a number of removal companies before getting my completion date and Evelin of "Best London Removals" was the only person to make an appointment, visit my old home, review my belongings, give packing advice, service options and a full and guaranteed quote for moving.     My move was slightly delayed and I finally moved just 6 days before christmas. Evelin stuck to the original quote and led an excellent team of professional workers to safely move all my belongings.     I am a single mum with a 12 year old son. My son had a broken foot so was absolutely no help & my stress level prior to the move was higher than I could ever imagine.  "The Best" service included dismantling furniture where necesary and re-assemly at the new address, offering kind words when the mountain of boxes seemed totally out of control and generally living up to their name.     In short, they were brilliant.

We can't thank Ivelin and his team enough - fantastic job!  It is always hard to choose a company if you don't have a personal recommendation, but we were so glad to have chosen Best London Removals and will be recommending them to friends and family from now on.
They were prompt, arriving early and letting us know they had arrived but not to worry if we weren't ready. They worked at an astounding rate and finished the job ahead of schedule. The whole team were very friendly and helpful.  A great job completed quickly, but also with great care and a smile!

We hired Best London Removals just few months ago for our house move and we were impressed by the professional and polite job they did for us. We had a clear quote from the beginning and no hidden charges! They arrived on time on the day well equipped with wrapping blankets to avoid any damage to our possessions and very quietly and carefully managed to move all our heavy stuff (through not exactly nice stairs!) without a complain!  I just want to say a BIG thank you to these three guys for all their hard work and I would reccomend them to everyone that needs a removal service :-).

We used Best London Removals to move our 1-bedroom flat yesterday. Due to time constraint, we asked Ivelin to come in one day prior to the move date for packing. They were more than happy to oblige with our request. We are extremely happy with the service provided by the company. They take great care in packing and are clearly very experienced. The service was prompt and professional. Due to their effort, the whole day went smoothly without any incidence. Thank you, Ivelin, Drago and Co! We will be using your service again when we move next time. .

My first contact with Ivelin was good, our initial conversation helped me decide to choose his company as he explained everything in full from costs to packing and size of vehicle.  He visited my two bedroom flat for confirmation and was understanding when I had to move our appointment at short notice.   On the day his team were fantastic.  They arrived promptly, they got on with the job, they also had to help me pack a last few items, all without complaint.  They were very professional and gave me great peace of mind during the move.  The cost was also very reasonable with no hidden extras.  I highly recommend Ivelin and Best London Removals.

Service cost: £505

I was very pleased with the service. The staff members I dealt with were polite and professional. They came to my apartment on time for the estimation. They helped to arrange the parking suspension. The price was also fair.
The day before the move, I received a call confirming the details. On the day of the move, three staff members came, and importantly they came on time. I ordered a packing service, and the quality was as high as that of a company I used last year but the Best Removals price was lower. They delivered the items on time.
I have no hesitation in recommending Best Removals. .

Best London Removals helped us move earlier in the month. From start to end, the process was really well managed and a weight of our mind. The quote was among the best value we received, there was an honest assessment of time and space required for the move and everything was collected and delivered with a minimum of hassle, no breakages, care for fragile and sentimental items and the delivery guys even helped us move a load of bathroom tiles from our car after they had finished. Thoroughly recommend.

Service cost: £430

Very professional. Well communicated. Very agile. We mistakenly booked the wrong size van (smaller). The way Ivelin adapted to the situation was exceptional. He planned it well such that everything fitted in. And the goods were delivered as loaded. Not a scratch.  We moved into a new home, and the care that Ivelin took not to cause any damage to it was superb. Thanks Ivelin. I strongly recommend these guys. Honest and hard working business like this one should be supported well. I certainly will encourage my friends to use these guys.

Service cost: £70

After I requested the quote estimtion I had got a call from the company to discuss and agree the arrangement. As I packed my goods myself 'man and van' service had been agreed The team arrived on time and immediately started packing the goods onto the van swiftly and carefully. Despite waiting a bit as I had no keys on arrival to the new flat all was done timely and as agreed for a very reasonable price. Thanks to the whole team especially for the hard job of carrying all my stuff up to the second floor through the narrow staircase.

We had to plan our move at very late notice and Ivelin his team were very accommodating of us.  As soon as they arrived they got to work really quickly and had no problems carrying my belongings down a flight of stairs and 40m to their lorry.  They handled everything very carefully and wrapped furniture well, packed most of my belongings into storage facilities very effiently and then helped unload things into the house and get the fridge freezer and washing machine into place.  We moved about 60 miles.  I was really happy with the job they did - the day was far less stressful than I imagined - and they really helped everything go smoothly.  I would happily recommend them to anyone moving house. .

A short notice collection from Heathrow was excellent. My son and double bass two and a half metres long were collected on time and taken to South London. They also had a quantity of lugggage. It is often problematic getting to Heathrow airport with musical instruments and luggage, now we know which company we will use on the next occcasion.
The driver was helpful and knowledgeable and I would thoroughly recommend the company. I will use them again next time we require transport to Heathrow.
