We moved house after 10 years so we had a lot of stuff and quite a bit of furniture. Stephen and his crew were extremely careful, fast and professional, by 6PM everything had been moved with nothing broken and very little damage if anything!
They packed all our picture and very delicate furniture with a lot of care and protective materials and even provided a few extra boxes as we had finished ours.

Moved within Central London between two third-floor walkups. Move including living room furniture (including an upright piano) and personal belongings (including rugs, plates, pots, clothes, lots of books etc but no bedroom furniture or white goods). On-time, courteous, good communication. There was heavy rain and traffic, including parking restrictions, but everything went smoothly. Nothing broken, nothing damaged. The guys were great and I would definitely use them again. The comms were mostly with Ivelin, but the in-person service was led by Drego. He came 2 weeks ahead of time to survey what needed to be moved & provide a quote, then he led the moving team. I'm very happy with the service.

The work was carried out to a very good standard, Ivelin was on time and was very careful for the duration of the service. He was very organised as we had 2 pick up addresses and yet managed to keep everything well organised throughout. Ivelin viewed our storage unit beforehand to ensure his van was big enough for our job. He made sure our possessions were looked after nicely and ensured everything was put away neatly. Overall, we are very happy with the work and would recoomend Best London Removals. Thank you Ivelin.

We searched online for a good removal company as we had bad expirience in the past and we came across Safe Removal website. After reading some of the reviews we decided to go for Best London Removals and they were fantastic. The service was excellent and good value for money, very professional. The team very friendly, helpful and hard working. They arrived on time and were very careful with our furniture. They gave us fantastic service. Everything was securely packed and move. We are very happy and satisfied with the removal service and would recommend them to everyone.

Recommend these guys and will definitely use them again. All were polite, professional and efficient and able to solve issues fast. Also great that dismantling and rebuilding furniture is included in the quote as this made moving with a 5 month old baby a lot easier. Even though it was raining the team removed their shoes before entering the new house - impressive!
They were also very quick to summon an extra vehicle for us required to move our garden furniture - the only downside was that they rely on you to advise the size of vehicle you require and I didn't have a clue, they don't come to survey prior to issuing a quote. But overall really pleased.

We booked 3 people and a van. It took quite a lot longer than predicted to get everything moved but the guys were fantastic and worked flat out (which was quite a feat given we were moving to a flat on the fourth floor with no lift!). They took proper care of all the stuff and wrapped the TVs and paintings so they wouldn't get damaged. Out of an entire 2 bed flat, there was only one broken glass at the end of the day (which was due to my not packing it properly anyway).

They did a really fantastic job and I would definitely recommend them.

Can't add anything more than the reviews but yes agree with all the comments, really pleased, I booked a van and three men, they worked flat out and I moved to a flat on the fourth floor without a life. I felt terrible for them but they did not complain at all.
They were extremely careful and accommodating, would definately use them again and will be recommending Best London Removals to friends and family. Thank you so much for making my move smooth and easy!
The guys worked so hard and price was very reasonable to, boxes ordered arrived in good time, a couple of days before I moved so I was able to pack up and be ready for my move on the day. Fantastic!!

A fantastic job done on short notice.  Believe the hype - these guys are as good as these reviews suggest.  We had gone to other companies for quotes but looking on this site gave us concerns and we also doubted the integrity of some of the people.  There were onerous terms in the t's and c's of the other companies which we questioned but did not receive satisfactory replies to.  We called Ivelin and were delighted with his quick response and service from start to finish.

I fully recommend and will be using Best London Removals Ltd again. The service was fantastic; Philip, Iliyan and Drago were a pleasure to deal with. They arrived early, packed up and drove all the goods over 110 miles to our new home.

Once at the new property, the truck was unloaded and items were delivered to the rooms of choice and placed neatly in each room. The fixed price we were quoted was very reasonable. Will definitely use again for any moves in the future. Many thanks.

Best London Removals were excellent. I discussed the move on the phone with Ivelin and he gave me a very reasonable quote for the job. I spoke to him several times before the day of the move as some of my requirements changed and each time he was very helpful and reassuring. On the day Teodor, Miroslav and Iliayn were excellent. They were very punctual, efficient and professional. I was a little stressed as I hate moving but they put me at ease immediately. They moved everything quickly and carefully. I was very happy with the service and the price and would definitely recommend them.

I contacted Best London to see if they could help me move an American Style Fridge freezer into my 1st floor flat, having already had two failed deliveries from retailers who refused to bring it beyond the main entrance. I got a sensible quote straight away, a confident view of what the job would involve, (unlike several other companies) and they were so patient in fitting me in around the delivery of the fridge itself. On the day, the team arrived bang on time, (unlike the fridge) and set to work straight away unpacking it, removing doors and properly protecting it before taking it up the stairs in no time at all. They even reassembled it when it was in it's new home and left it in perfect condition. My family were so impressed they called me at work to tell me so! I really can't recommend them enough - nothing was too much trouble, I thought it was very good value for money and their patience in sorting out the booking initially and getting to me so fast was an added bonus. Should we ever dare to move house again, this is absolutely the company I would use!

When researching removal companies, Ivelin was by far the quickest to respond and immediately making an appointment to come over and view our contents at out convenience. He was excellent in all manners. Soon after, we got a quote and once booked, the boxes were promptly sent per agreement and he was highly patient as obviously completion date kept changing. However, even when we finally did have a date, Ivelin was very accommodating. This followed by the team led by Philip arriving exactly on the dot of the time agreed. Philip and his team were hugely considerate and professional and the whole time with a smile despite the two flights of stairs! My Dad was extremely impressed at how Philip, of his own accord, had started to remove items from the loft just as Dad had mentioned to him earlier, making it less stressful for my Dad. The move was completed seamlessly with great care taken even when arriving at the new location. I can't rate the whole experience and the team enough! Everything we asked for they accommodated without ever making a fuss. We used them again a couple of weeks later for our garage move and again punctuality and professionalism were of an incredibly high standard. I can't recommend them enough (competitive pricing included) and I wouldn't hesitate using them again and have already been spreading the word about them. They make the stressful process of moving such a tireless and pleasant experience. Thank you very much Ivelin, Philip and Team!

We were completely satisfied with everything that Best London Removals Limited did, from getting the quote to having our possessions packed and delivered. We had a number of unfortunate changes of date before the job could begin, but the company dealt very patiently with us. The packing, delivery and unpacking were perfect - we have no criticism to make, rather a great deal of praise for Ivelin and his team.

All in all Best London Removals did a truly excellent job. We thoroughly recommend them.

But in this review it was not possible to state where we moved to because the drop-down list of towns is inadequate. We moved to Settle, North Yorkshire.
