The pre-sales team were decent and efficient. I had some queries and it took some time to get those answered. However, every question was answered and everything that was promised was done. The full packing service was excellent.

The onsite moving team were fantastic. They were calm, efficient and professional. If I had a chance to only request those four guys again, I would. They were first class.

I moved only 300 metres from my North London home. Aussie Man and Van made the whole experience far less painful than I expected and I would highly recommend them. They were pleasant, hard-working and super-efficient. (A particular mention here for Sabi - hope the spelling is correct - who came the day before the move to pack. He was excellent.) I also used their service for disposing of unwanted furniture, items which charity shops would not take, eg. an old piano, and I was very grateful to be able to do this.
They certainly earned their 5 stars!

I booked Aussie Man & Van for a house move. The sales term were okay, but the removers tried to drag out as long as possible to get you to pay extra hours. I have very little stuff - just three smallish furniture and about 20 boxes. Before the men arrived, I already moved more than 3 quarters of my boxes to the parking lot. I couldn't get on the same van with them, so I had to leave them alone to load the van while waiting for them at my new place, which is less than 2 miles away (or 10mins drive). I ended up waiting for them for almost 90 mins!! It couldn't have been because I had a lot of stuff because it only took them 15mins to unload and move everything into my new place when I could keep an eye on what they were doing. After the whole thing was over, Aussie sent an email asking for my experience and offered free Cornish ware if I'd write a review for them.. sorry your guys are too dishonest and freebies won't do it!

A very simple house move on the same street became extremely stressful after a run-in with this money-grabbing company. Two of the removal men were very friendly, hard-working and professional, but the driver was very clumsy and managed to smash a new wardrobe by dropping it 4 feet off a tail-lift; a sofa was also left needing £80 worth of professional cleaning and paintings had their frames badly chipped. We obviously expected some sort of compensation for the wardrobe, but as soon as we emailed our complaint, our account was debited for the full cost of the move and we were told that, despite having been smashed to pieces on the road, the wardrobe would be "repaired". The originally new, £300 wardrobe is now a mess of different bits of wood, wood-filler and different colour paintwork, with black finger prints all over it and a broken latch.
The company obviously banks on the fact that, for damage like this, the cost of taking them to a small claims court wouldn't be cost effective and also the fact that their office staff (we dealt with Lauren and Nathalie) are rude enough that most people can't be bothered with the aggravation of dealing with them again! I would sincerely recommend avoiding this company if you value your possessions.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS DISHONEST OUTFIT. THEY TOOK A TOTAL OF £3 SHORT OF A £1,000 !! OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AFTER I WENT OVERSEAS. THE BOOKER TOOK ALL THE INVENTORY DETAILS OVER THE PHONE IN A SLOPPY MANNER AND THEN SUGGESTED THE SMALLEST SIZE VAN.  I, A COMPLETELY INEXPERIENCED PERSON COULD TELL THAT THE SMALLEST VAN SHE SUGGESTED WAS NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR THE GOODS TO BE MOVED AS SMALL AS THE MOVE WAS. iT WAS NEARLY ALL BOXES CRATES SUITCASE AND OTHER THINGS LIKE IT AND NO FURNITURE OTHER THAN 1 SEGMENT OF A MODULAR SOFA.
SHE KNEW OUR DATES OF DPARTURE AND UNIT SIZE OF 160 SQ FEET WITH SHURGARD AND FINALLY SETTLED ON THE SECOND SMALLEST VAN BASED ON HER ADVICE. SHE ALSO SAID 3 MEN WORLD BE MUCH QUICKER AND CHEAPER THAN 2 MEN SO WENT ALONG WITH THAT AND FELL INTO MY BUDGET OF £500.
INSTEAD WHEN THE MEN FILLED UP THE VAN THEY THEN SAID ITS TOO SMALL. THEY COULD HV SEEN THE CONTENTS AND SAID IT AT THE BEGINNING OF THE JOB NOT AFTER!! SO THE BOOKER NATHALIE THEN SAYS I NEED TO HAVE A FURTHER 2 MEN AND A FURTHER VAN!!  THATS 5 MEN!!
THE ORIGINAL 3 MEN TURNED UP LATE AND THEN ASKED ME WHEN THEY ARRIVED, DIDNT CALL TO SAY THEY WERE GOING TO BE LATE AND THEN ALSO FORGOT TO DEPOSIT THE GARAGE FOB IN THE LETTER BOX AS I ASKED THEM TO. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY ALL 3 MEN WERE SHOWN A BOOK OF 3 HOUR ISLINGTON COUNCIL PARKING VOUCHERS TO USE SO THEY DONT GET A TICKET. AND THEY THANKED ME. BUT TO MY DISGUST I WAS CHARGED FOR A PARKING TICKET WHEN THEY DIPPED INTO MY ACCOUNT.
I HAVE ASKED THEM REPEATEDLY FOR ANSWERS AND GOT NO REPLY UNTIL AFTER THE DEADLINE I GAVE THEM. MR MARK PROUT, THE MANAGING DIRECTOR REPLIES AFTER THE DEADLINE AND ASKED ME SEVERAL QUESTIONS AND I REPLIED TO THEM AND ASKED HIM TO LISTEN TO ALL THE TELEPHONE CALLS AND READ ALL THE EMAILS TO ESTABLISH THE FACTS AND THE TRUTH BEFORE HE REPLIED AGAIN AS HIS EMAIL WAS SLOPPY, UNINFORMED AND IGNORANT OF THE PROBLEMS I RAISED WITH NATHALIE HARRIS. HE HAS SINCE REFUSED TO REPLY.
WHAT BOTHERS ME MOST IS THAT THEY TOOK THE MONEY WITHOUT EVER ONCE DISCUSSING OR EMAILING ONCE WHY THEY HAD CHARGED ME AND WITHDRAWN THE MONEY WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR EXPLAINED HOW THEY CAME TO THE FIGURE OF £997 FOR THE MOVE!!
I HAVE DECIDED I HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO TAKE THEM TO COURT VIA FAST TRACK WHICH HAS IMPROVED GREATLY AND ONLINE. I WOULD HATE FOR ANYONE TO EXPERIENCE THE INDIFFERENT TREATMENT I HAVE RECEIVED AS HAVE MY 2 BOYSAND ESPECIALLY AS I DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE EXCESS AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY TOOK WHICH TOOK ME INTO AN OVERDRAFT.  .

I have moved many times and with mixed experiences. we had an excellent move from start to finish. Natalie helped me scope and price the move really accurately on the phone - even saving me money. The packer Jonas was careful, polite and quiet. The movers Jonas, Andrzej and Daniel were so cheerful, professional and efficient. They had a great can do attitude and only saw ways to help not problems. Pete who collected the boxes was also really great. Would use them again in a heart beat! .
