Highly Reliable & Efficient Removals and Storage

I’ve used Aussie Man & Van several times for house removals and storage, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. From start to finish, the entire team has been incredibly efficient, organised, and reliable.

I’ve liaised with management on multiple occasions, often on very short notice, and they have always been accommodating and quick to respond. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, which makes the whole process so much less stressful.

Their storage facilities are excellent — all items are handled with care, stored in a very organised way, and clearly documented with an inventory, which gives real peace of mind.

A huge thank you to the entire team — every member of staff I’ve dealt with has been professional, helpful, and genuinely lovely to work with. I’ll definitely continue using them and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for removals

First time move

I’ve been in the same place for 11 years and this was a massive deal for me and my baby to move - my neighbours had just used Aussie and only had amazing things to say, and they didn’t disappoint, Eddie and Chris where fast, methodical with a can-do attitude, which i really needed when i was so overwhelmed (who knew kids had so much crap). No grumbling, nothing broken and they just got on with it. Rockstars.

Aussie Man and Van OMG!

Just had my final bill for moving one item, unfortunately I did not read any reviews first, the men where very nice and turned up early the Luton van was old but the plastic bag on the inside of the roof to catch the rain was new ! the move was only 30mins but guess what ? they charged me for 2hours I see now that they seem to make a living out of miss leading ,and ripping people off and I had the pleasure of them taking £192 out of my account.. Nice one mate.
Never use them.PS I had to give one star rating because there is no minus .

I found Aussie Man and Van very helpful in all my dealings, from the office contacts to the lads on the van.

They were efficient and timely.

Caroline in the office was very helpful. As I was taking my things out of storage, she agreed to delete my financial details, which was for my own peace of mind.

The delivery was early in the week, which was helpful, and was on time.

Everything was placed in my house as I requested.

I am pleased with this service.

The removals men were incredible.

The removals men, Cyrus and his team across two days: Jeffrey, Oleg, Hunter, Femi and Raffi were so courteous, strong, and helpful at all times. Nothing was broken. They disassembled/reassembled furniture perfectly. This followed my immense difficulties in coping with the total miscalculation by the Aussie Man surveyor of what boxes I would need, and then a five day wait for the boxes without any contact from the box delivery man. Then when he did bring the boxes, the box man realised the survey was incorrect and left me half of the most applicable size saying he would bring the rest. However, when I had filled those boxes, despite my constant emails, there was no response for 5 days. The office women did their best to make amends (and I thank them sincerely) but the lack of communication from the surveyor, and the box delivery man to me- waiting to pack my possessions was a real shortcoming and a complete contrast to the actual team who did the removals. I would use this company again due to the removals men's expertise and professionalism.

Pricey but worth it

A bit pricey but definitely worth it. These guys were very quick and very professional. They made the moving process substantially less stressful.

I had a partially furnished flat so they were very attentive towards what needed to stay (and didn’t make a fuss when I realized they’d packed a few of the landlords things I needed them to unpack!)

I’d recommend them for a future move

Excellent moving company - best I've ever used

My last move I had a random lad and a van turn up, and looking back likely had no insurance etc. However, this time I went with Aussie Man and Van and I am so glad I did. Pricing was clear, Alina was very helpful and has great communication. I was feeling very stressed on the day but my movers did a fantastic job and made the whole process much easier. Truly can't recommend them more.

Move from one flat to another in Central London

This is the second time I have used Aussie movers to move my son in Central London from one flat to another. I organised this over the phone/ email from 300 miles away and it worked like clockwork! They turned up when they said, friendly and approachable and they efficiently and effectively moved all his stuff down 4 flights of stairs and into the van. All boxes packed into a van and unpacked into the new flat in less than 2 hours - great service.

On time, tidy & professional

Excellent team - arrived on time to move our family of five. They disassembled all furniture & removed all our packed items extremely quickly. They brought additional boxes & packing materials for any extra items, and after a quick walk through at both properties, the team transferred every item into the correct room. The team were very friendly and careful moving items in and out both homes. Would definitely recommend & use again.

Fantastic service

Very happy to have chosen Aussie Man & Van for our removal. They were very responsive since the first enquiry and managed to book our removal even with only one week notice. On the day of our move Aurelian and Henry had been absolutely fantastic! They arrived on time, which was essential as we were part of a chain and we must have vacated our flat by the agreed time. They had been super efficient, polite and professional going above and beyond. Excellent Service

I recently used this delivery and removals company and had a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. The movers were personable, warm, and professional, which immediately put me at ease on what could have been a stressful day. Absolutely fabulous! From the booking process to the day of the move Aussie Man and Van were amazing. They were so efficient and professional in loading up all our boxes, breaking down the furniture and then putting everything exactly where we wanted in the new home.
