Fantastic hard-working friendly men.

The two removals men; Victor and Dimiter (unsure of spelling) were exceptionally hard-working, strong, considerate, efficient and helpful. In addition to all that they are friendly and provided an exceptional removals service. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone. The cost of Top Removals is very reasonable too. Fantastic Service!

I found Top Removals by simply google-ing. From requesting a quote up until removal day, everyone I contacted were super responsive and helpful.

On the actual day of removal I didn't know what to expect but was amazed at the guys. They had to lug triple wardrobes (amongst other items of furniture and a van full of boxes) up 4 flights of stairs and did so without a single complaint. They even offered to help put back together the furniture we had taken apart for the move. They put us to shame and remade 2 items of furniture in the time we were half the way through 1!

All in all I can't praise them enough and would definitely recommend Top Removals.

Excellent service would use again.

- Estimated load well
- Were friendly and easy going; I wasn't able to confirm until the day before due to legal issues but still managed to move me.
- Lads were friendly on the day and made no complaints even though we were delayed getting into the property as funds were transferred slowly

Friendly, professional and on time.

The crew was very calm, professional and I cannot praise them enough for the amount of work these guys did within 12hrs, whilst moving my home.
It was a stressful day with delays getting the keys from the previous owners and Top Removals did all they could to ease the pressure and complete the move within a day.
Michael's team was working very hard with a positive attitude and I will highly recommend Top Removals to anyone.

Top of my list for future removals!

The job was done very efficiently, the team was professional and friendly, made our day very enjoyable! We had no damages, extra charges, delays or anything of the sort which we have experienced on previous moves.

We had an issue on the day with furniture not fitting through the hallways at the new place, but the team figured out a way to get it in much to our surprise. They also helped arrange everything in the new place and did not refuse a single of our requests to swap things around once already unloaded.

Will be using them again and recommending them to all friends and family.

The two guys top removals sent were so good! They turned up on time and were so helpful and patient. They did everything I needed them to do with a smile. The team you sent me last Friday was amazing. Home move.

The guys were fantastic as they were efficient, trustworthy and very professional. Brilliant all round service and the team were so flexible as our move was quite last minute. When delivered our belongings were in perfect condition and they helped me with the boxes into the respective rooms and nothing was an issue. It made moving day a lot more pleasurable and the guys had a fantastic attitude.

Amazing service.

I booked three men to help me move out of my flat. I needed half my belongings moving into another flat in London, whilst the other half needed taking to York. I (stupidly) hired another company to take my things to York. On the day the men who were helping me to York were late and unhelpful, however the guys from Top Removals saved the day. They quickly and carefully got everything out of my flat and efficiently unpacked at my new flat. I was incredibly stressed but they were so calm and reassuring, they made the day bearable. Without them I would have been completely lost. I really can't recommend them enough. I will be making sure all my friends and family use them.

Do Not Recommend, They Damaged Most Items They Moved!!

We recently used Top Removals to move a studio apartment from Brussels to London and most of the large items were damaged beyond repair - the wooden headboard was destroyed with huge holes in it, the italian designer dining room table was badly chipped, the sofa was clearly not protected as it was returned filthy and damaged, one of the doors to our wardrobe was chipped and several smaller items like a drinks cabinet and coffee table were just handled carelessly (scratched). From a company that holds itself out as being professional removers - this is just UNACCEPTABLE. Most of the items cannot be repaired (you cannot fix chipped wood) and the couch has to be completely reupholstered. Further, we have emailed Top Removals several times asking them how they intend to deal with this poor service and grossly negligent behaviour, and they have been extremely slow to respond regarding the next steps. It is clear our goods were transported without the proper care that we paid for. We are having to get prices to replace/fix all of the above which is extremely difficult and inconvenient for working professionals and Top Removals have been extremely unhelpful (they have not even told us what we need to provide, we are just doing it all ourselves). A removal company that cannot even move a bed, couch and table without damaging them - THEY SHOULD BE EMBARRESSED TO CALL THEMSELVES A MOVING COMPANY!! If you are thinking about using this company - just don't.

DK to UK move.

If you’re looking to move to or from the UK, and need a really helpful, easy-to-work-with removal firm, we can warmly recommend Top Removals - throughout the team was flexible and kept us up-to-date. And once they collected our things in DK, it took just 24 hours to reach our new address in the UK.

They even let us bring 2 extra bikes, a bbq, and a coffee table when we needed it, at no extra cost. Great company!

Very Happy with the services.

I had chosen Top removals out of a shortlist of 7 vendors and they have not disappointed. Very professional, very reasonable costs. The folks who came to pick up and the ones who delivered were real pros and really took great care while loading and unloading- not to even touch building walls. They also stored my items for 2 weeks and I got back my stuff in exact condition as I had given them. Even they packed my TV amazingly well.
The support team - Vicky was very responsive and accommodating.
I would strongly recommend their services and agility.

This move was almost a pleasure! Top Removals (mainly Vicky) was quick in answering all my questions, the movers arrived only a couple of hours late, spoke good English and were patient and flexible. The price compared favourably with other companies, and my shipment arrived on the scheduled date, was unpacked smoothly and everything was present with no casualties. Definitely recommended, especially the nice Bulgarian gentleman who directed operations in Oslo.

Move from Sweden to Sheffield.

They helped us move from Sweden to Sheffield and they were very professional and polite. When they collected the items they were marking and checking everything and also when they delivered they were checking so that everything was delivered. Nothing was broken even though we packed the glass ourselves.
The only downside was that they took a long time to deliver since they had wait to fill a truck which meant that the goods were stored for over a week before driving to the UK. It also meant that some things were smelling bad due to storage in a damp place. A soft trumpet case is still smelling from mould.
All in all I can recommend them, the price offered were the lowest, but quality very good.

Came on time, team was very polite and professional, they assembled all furniture and even fixed my tumble dryer for no additional cost, they left furniture in good condition, with no damage. I was moving from a one-bed flat in Hampstead to another in Highgate (15-20 minute drive), so I booked two men and a truck with Top Removals.

I had boxed everything, but some of the furniture still needed disassembly and reassembly. They had the tools and the skills required to do it fast.

Overall, it only took them two hours to complete everything (they arrived in Hampstead at 10.00 and left Highgate at 12.00). Nothing was damaged in the process.

I had used then for my previous move and would certainly use them again.
