I booked Top Removals with very short notice. I had some large furniture items, antique cupboard, mirrors and pictures and some delicate lamps. One of my tables needed to be dismantled and re-built on delivery. The service and response time to my request was fantastic. They were fast, efficient and very professional. The same goes for the team that helped move everything. They were really helpful, carefully handled a few tricky furniture items and worked very hard. The best removals experience I have had and highly recommended to all. Thank you!

TOPREMOVAL has a very friendly, very discrete and extremely attentive and efficient staff - from the very beginning with the LIVE CHAT which made an immediate reservation possible. I had been searching for several weeks already and felt always, at some point a dissatisfaction and couldn't agree. TOPREMOVAL gained me with the very brief and clear and instant CHAT, integrated on their website. At the time, I was in Germany and made the reservation from Germany. Our pick up time was fixed to 6pm, but we needed 30 min. more and called TOPREMOVALS at 5pm to ask if this was possible. And there no problem at all and they arrived at 6:30pm sharp. They knew exactly what to do and how to do. Did not speak much. Did not stop. And finished everything quickly and very carefully ahead of time and respected our few specific demands. THANK YOU TOREMOVALS for making this move a very pleasant and memorable one.

My things were in storage for almost 15 months – a lot longer than I’d envisaged (it’s a long story!)  As is so often with housemoves, things were a lot more hassly with packing etc. than I thought they would be.. however, the guys from Top Removals eased the burden no end, as on removal day, they simply took charge – what a relief!  And a long time later… there were major hassles, as just before I was meant to get my stuff back, a forklift truck broke down (on a Friday afternoon), so the delivery of my stuff was delayed.  However, the guys pushed the boat out (e.g. working a 16 hour day to make sure everything was delivered ASAP) and they were still efficient, kind and polite!  The staff ‘back at base’ were also a pleasure to deal with.  .

Through what is a usually a stressful process, the guys frim Top Removals operated in the most efficient, professional and polite manner possible and turned it into a very easy process.
They packed up my apartment for me remarkably quickly and did a really good job.  They could have easily slacked given I was paying by the hour, but they grafted non-stop.
Everything was packed well and handled with care - not one broken or damaged item which is unheard of in my experience.
i shall most certainly be using them when I move again in a couple of months.

We have moved several times the last 15 years and so we have experience in moving houses. We are glad that we chose Top Removals this time as the service was excellent. I talked with Vicky several times before the moving day and she was very helpful explaining everything to us and arranging the service. Most importantly though, we were very pleased with the movers. They were very professional and very friendly making the whole experience very positive. They were extremely careful with our fragile boxes and very helpful when they unloaded the boxes to our new house.

We will definitely choose them again.

Top Removals was great arranging the move beforehand. They were responsive and the emails were clear. I emailed about two weeks before my move asking if we could start at 8am vs 9am, and the team moved my moving time, just like that.

On the day, two movers came and they were on time. They were quick, efficient and the whole move took about four hours in total.

I told the movers which boxes were more fragile and took extra care of those - adding blankets and straps to secure the boxes.

They were both also very friendly and helpful. When we arrived at the new place, we were trying to reassemble the sofa, but was failing. The movers offered to help, got his toolbox and got it all reassembled in five minutes!!

When we arrived at the new place, they also made sure they asked where boxes should go, to help with our unpacking.

All in all, very happy with the service, and think it was a competitive price!

Top Removals service was outstanding from the moment I spoke to Mila on the phone. She had expert knowledge about our needs and the communication level was superb throughout. On the day of the move everything went smoothly albeit terrible weather conditions in London. The removal lads Paul and Ivan were very friendly from the start and reassured us that everything would run smoothly. In no time they packed up our hole household and furniture with great care and within 2 hours we were on the road. On arrival all our goods were carried into the designated rooms and we could not be happier with the service. If you need to move you can be certain that Top Removals will do the job by experts at a very good price.

We moved our three bed house from London to Wolverhampton while I was 8 months pregnant. The collection was smooth and the guys were polite. The building works at our new place were delayed and they were happy to store our things last minute for 2 weeks. The guys who delivered our things to the new house did not complain despite having to go through the back gate and put nearly all our things upstairs so the builders could continue work downstairs. Kept my stress to a minimum! The cost shown includes the original moving cost plus storage and handling fees.

I'd highly recommend Top Removals and would only use them for our house moves. We've moved a lot in London and have used a number of companies over the years but Top Removals are now the only people we'd use.

The team of two men and a Luton van arrived slightly early, ready to go. We had two pick-ups and one drop off - the second pick-up including a lot of stairs but the team made it look effortless. They were friendly, efficient and ensured everything was well looked after in transit. When we arrived at our new home, they put the furniture exactly where we needed it, including putting together the base of the sofa!

Nothing was too much effort, and we felt they looked after our belongings as if they were their own. The easiest bit of our move by far!

They were extremely helpful and friendly from the start, with very competitive prices.

We had 2 men ,Paul and Ivan, who moved our daughter and fiancé from Lime-house to Walthamstow. They worked extremely hard throughout a very long day , with no fuss and just got on with the job. They packed up the kitchen beautifully and took great care with all the boxes and furniture and there were LOADs of boxes!!
Everything arrived in the condition it started in!
They were both pleasant and polite.

We were really happy with the service of our two men and a van from Top Removals. The rates were competitive and the team were prompt with communication. We used two men and a van to load and unload during our move (we did the packing ourselves).
The men arrived on time and introduced themselves for the day ahead. They had a look at the stuff and then started loading the boxes into the van. The men were friendly and efficient and were accommodating when our completion was delayed and we were sat outside the next property for a few hours! They were not rushing to get to another job which was a huge relief (as this has happened to us previously).

This is the second time I used Top Removals' services and the guys were super efficient and friendly. They arrived earlier than scheduled time and were very cooperative in following instructions. They were also very helpful in lending a hand to other aspects of the removal work, such as helping to clear the pathway and helping to make sure all my boxes were correctly labelled. They were very careful when they carried the boxes down the stairs and made sure to avoid other equipment and furniture in the house that belonged to other residents. The admin team, including Emil and Mila, were also very helpful in booking the removal services for me. I really appreciated their flexibility and professionalism.

All in all, this was a very efficient, friendly and considerate team that I worked with. I highly recommend Top Removals to everyone that requires removal services.

I used the services provided by Top Removals for an international move (UK to Switzerland). Contact with the team was quick and easy, all information was given at once. Vicky - with whom I was in touch - replied to any queries in a very friendly and quick manner, and I never had to wait more than a few hours to expect a reply, which shows excellent customer service.
The company also offered a pre-invoice visit, in order to fully assess the volume of what was expected, which is really helpful and ensures an expert's eye on the actual move. The visit was also free and did not mean acceptance of the contract.
Regarding the actual move, the team was very friendly and efficient, and managed to move everything out within an hour, and deliver all the furniture (5 m2) within 30-40 min. Everything was in perfect condition upon reception.
Finally, the team tried to accommodate an earlier delivery date for me, but since the lorry was already full, they were extremely kind to offer me the remaining weeks in storage for free.

I would absolutely recommend Top Removals for being highly reliable, efficient, friendly and with excellent customer service.

We contracted the services of Top Removals two weeks before our move. The communication was excellent, they were always there ready to answer all the queries we had. On the date of the move, they arrived 20min earlier and began to move our pre packed boxes immediately, they were very quick.
The service also included dismantling and re-assembly, this was the best decision we made I highly recommend this service, it saves you a lot of time.

Overall, we are very pleased with the service provided. The removal team is highly efficient and the communication was very good. I would definitely recommend Top Removals to anyone who is considering moving
