Superb Moves

We have hired this company 3 times now and they keep impressing us every time.
Last minute removals has not problem for them either!
They are fantastic at their job:
their packing skills are absolutely unbelievable (they manage to get even the most enormous amount of stuff packed in); everything fragile has always been taken great care of; they are very strong (unlike some of employees of the other companies we've hired before who were out of breath and complaining soon after starting the move)- in Super Moves case, just ONE of them carried an entire sofa on his own (very impressive); they are SUPER quick at loading (so when you pay per hour, it works in your favour!); and on top of all that, they are super friendly, kind and also a real fun (useful when you're stuck in a car together).
Can't recommend these guys enough! I have another move coming up, guess who I'm going to call!..

This is the second move that Chris and team have helped us with and service was as great as ever and unquestionably superb. prompt, efficient, careful, friendly, hardworking and very helpful I would not hesitate to recommendthe se guys and make your move day so much easier and run so smoothly.  Very careful with our property and professional throughout.  The superb moves team earn all the good review because they fully deserve them with thei approach towards moving you and their attitude, communication, capability being second to none.

I, like most, dread moving home, namely because choosing movers can really be hit or miss. Once movers are booked, you're kind of at their mercy. Fortunately, I was told about SuperbMoves from a friend who had nothing but positive comments regarding their services, so I had booked them for my 2 bedroom move in February of this year. The moving distance was minimal, however I think for a 2 bedroom flat, the quantity was pretty significant. I found Chris and his team to be extremely professional and courteous, not wasting any time with the moving process. Our new flat had quite a number of steps with narrow hallways, and not once was their hesitation or complaints from the moving team. Their rates are competitive, and their professionalism is top notch. I'll definitely be booking their services should I find myself moving home in the future. Thanks guys!

We found Superb Moves online, and were immediately sold by the excellent reviews Chris & his team had received - and we weren't disappointed. In preparation for our move from East to West London, we initially booked Chris to help us shift a lot of old furniture and general rubbish to the nearest tip - only to find our local tip wouldn't receive large items without a prior appointment. Chris was hugely helpful and found another dump for us - after loading his van in super quick time, he took everything away for us at no extra fee.  We were sold and booked Superb Moves again for our big move - Chris and his team again didn't disappoint - reliable, fast, careful, super organised, and generally good company to have around on what could be an immensely stressful time - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Superb Moves to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and extremely reasonably priced company for their move. Thanks Chris & co, you were brilliant!

Having moved 3 times in 14months I was dreading the prospect of another move. In the last 10 years I have moved many times, I am therefore something of a stickler when it comes to the move itself.  Chris and his team lived up to their name.  SUPERB.  They made the whole process as painless as possible and I actually enjoyed our move!  They were careful, thorough and dedicated hard workers. They were tenacious; where many movers would have given up in getting our King bed up to the 4thfloor master, they found a way to make it work! They were extremely competitively priced with exemplary customer service - I would recommend them again and again.

This was the second time I have used Chris and his team in a six month period to move within London. Moving house is never easy, especially with two children under two, but Chris and his team, as usual, took a lot of the pain out of the process.
Why are Superb Moves so superb? Chris has built an excellent business and has instilled enviable work ethic and strong communication into his team. He has understood the power of peer reviews and the value in word-of-mouth recommendations in a competitive space. His reviews on this site alone speak for themselves and I am only disappointed I wasn't #100!
Chris and his team richly deserve much more commerical success for providing such a fantastic service.

The whole removal experience both before and during the move could not have been better.  Friendly, efficient, punctual, and reasonably priced- I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm. That's all I really want to say but the site won't let me do less than 380 characters so- they turned up when they said they would. The loading was done in record time. They were there to meet me at the other end and unloading was equally efficient. One small point I did not move to Birmingham but to Leominster in Herefordshire. It's just that the site would not let me choose that.

Chris and his assistant turned up at my house exactly on time. Both of them were very professional, friendly and honest and on top of that they worked very efficiently. They neatly and securely loaded all the stuff from my one bedroom flat onto their van in less than an hour. Whilst doing so they also paid a lot of attention to details such as the contents of the containers they were loading so that any potentially fragile items were protected against damage and put in the safe place. Then we took about a 40-minute ride across central London. I admired Chris’s driving skills when he managed to squeeze his quite large van in the narrow space behind my new building so that they could easily unload my stuff through the back door. Everything was swiftly unloaded and put in the right place in my new flat without a single scratch. Unlike with other removal companies I used in the past, with Superb Moves nothing got broken or even slightly damaged. The only thing I regret is that I didn’t use their packing service which would have saved me a lot of time and trouble. I will definitely use their complete service next time. I can only highly recommend the services of Superb Moves.

The Company responded quickly and efficiently to our request. The removal men's were very professional, polite and courteous.

Our furniture was moved from the UK to Germany in the same day, Having given the removal order the day before ! Based on our experience this company can be trusted to deliver on its promises.

I have never ever experienced such good service, such polite people and I would never hesitate to use them again. They are a professional, hard working, non-complaining, very likeable team of people. They packed and moved over 100 boxes from a third floor flat (no lift) within a day with no damage or breakages. Everything was beautifully wrapped, including very fragile ceramics. They were extraordinarily generous with packing materials. They dismantled and reassembled furniture, and arranged a successful same-day end of tenancy clean. They deserve every success!

Chris and his team of guys were fantastic. They moved us from our 4 bed house (including packing up the day before) into our new temporary home with great courtesy, attention to detail and good humour! They went above and beyond the call of duty, and did everything with a smile. It was really well organised and all the items were packed and wrapped very carefully. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them (they had been recommended to us by a friend) and we will certainly be using them again in 6 months time when we move back into our house, after the renovations are complete. The price was very competitive and the service very, very good. Can't think of anything else to say except many, many thanks!

Everyhing run like clockwork from start to finish and nothing is too much trouble
From the moment I called Chris was highly professional with coming to see me to quote the next day to offering advice and help .
He goes out of his way to help - for instance when I booked a space to large for storage he let me know that I didn't need that size saving me money.
I will always use this company for any moves in the future

Good day.

I rarely write a review for a service received but Superb moves gave me so many reasons to do so. I was so stressed about this move. Not to mention the fact that my old address was on the 9th floor of a building and the lift was broken. Nevertheless the Superb moves team came in and just exceeded my expectations by far. They didn't just move our items, flawlessly all the way from the ninth floor by hands and always with smiles on their faces. They truly were aiming and succeeded in moving us in style. They focused on taking care of me and assuring me during the whole move. I've moved 6 times previously in the past but what Superb moves did was extraordinary. They Did treated me like a friend not just like a customer always with full focus on the job as well.

Highly recommend them to anyone searching for professional care and that little bit extra personal touch during their moving services.
