Superb Moves

Ordered the movers in the morning and they were able to come that afternoon on such short
notice. I live in London and did a one bedroom move from my flat into my new house. The guys were fast, professional, and did an amazing job! They even offered to fix my drawer and coat rack which were broken. They did this successfully and quickly. The guys were friendly and polite and were available on same-day order, and were efficient wth heavy lifting. They even helped provide me with some advice on where some items should go in the room. I will most definitely use this company again. Thanks!

Great service - thank you Superb Moves! Firstly, Roger and Matt arrived promptly 10 minutes before start time and as soon as the Luton van was parked in the reserved parking spaces.. the guys started the removal process. Both were supremely friendly, patient, and very efficient. It took approximately 2 hours to move out  of our 1 bedroom flat (lots of heavy lifting of boxes and furniture by the guys) 1 hour travel just over 2 hours to move everything into our new flat. Thank you guys for a great service - will definitely recomment you to friends and family.

From initial phone call to final piece of furniture reconstructured, Chris and his team were friendly, professional, contientious and efficient. They provided good quality packing material in advance, then picked up from our two bedroom flat and delivered to oir choice of storage, packing everything away very efficiently. Just over two weeks later they collected everythjng from storage, met us at our new house and put everything into the rooms we requested, finally rebuilding our beds very quickly. Brilliant value for money and would definitely use Superbmoves again.

As many I was sold by great reviews of SuperbMoves, as a newly hired personal assistant in charge of my boss move it was super important to me that everything went perfect.  We though from the beginning that we would need several days for this big move to go throuh but after a previsit from Chris he and his guys was sure this could absolutely done in one day. And it was!  Even with many last minute changes and lack of communication from my part, Chris was quick, understanding and super helpful throughout the whole process.  On the day of the move Chris and his guys were fast, careful, kind and efficient, always with a smile on their faces even after 12 hours work and constantly carrying heavy furniture up and down stairs. I will definitely hire them again, for me there is simply no other way to go than Superbmoves.

Where to begin? 
First and foremost, I cannot recommend Chris and his team highly enough.
Chris was the first person to respond to my online enquiries (I sent out 3 enquiries following research online), was very thorough in outlining Superb Moves' pricing which was also very clear, right down to the cost of tape and boxes! Throught the enquiry process, Chris was always very prompt in his responses and the final thing that made me choose them was the video on their website. Such a good idea as very useful to see how they work and the care they take with your belongings.
I can confirm that the care and attention captured in the video was completely replicated for our move. Chris and the team arrived bang on time, were polite and personable, very trustworthy, understood our specific needs (we were moving out of a part furnished flat so some items had to to be left behind) and took great care of our things.
Did I mention they accommodated us moving on a Sunday for a very reasonable extra £10 per hour?
All boxes were labelled fairly clearly and so far, we have not come across any breakages. 
The team worked hard and carried out the move at a good pace, we had no complaint about the amount of time taken to complete the move given the amount of stuff to be moved. Upon arrival at the destination (we moved from London Bridge to Greenwich), all boxes were unloaded promptly and stacked clearly in our new place. As it was an interim place for us, the full unpacking service was not required but I have no doubt that would have been carried out with the same care and attention.
When we next need to move or are asked for a recommendation, we will look no further than Superb Moves and suggest anyone reading this does the same.

I used Superb Moves recently. Their service was absolutely fantastic. The 3 guys were very hardworking and as soon as they arrived they just got on with the packing and loading. They really cared for all my items and made sure that my beds and sofa were wrapped very well before loading. They made my move stress free and as soon as they arrived at my new home they unloaded all my things safely and delivered them to the allocated rooms and reassembled my beds and sofa. I am so happy that I have found Superb Moves and will definitely use them if I move home again. I am also spreading the word to my family and friends if they move anytime in the future. We recently hired Superb Moves for a Full Packing and Un-packing move in London.  They were very competitively priced, and were on-time and very professional for all appointments, from the initial estimatation on through to the moving day(s).  Our move required 2 full days, one for packing our belongings, then another for moving and unpacking.  They were fast,  took great care of our things, and moved smartly and efficiently.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone else moving in the London area.

Chris, Tony and guys were great from start to end.  Chris was very flexible whilst we were negotiating moving dates with vendors.  He called the evening before the move to confirm which was very reassuring.  The team of four men and two Luton vans arrived spot on time and provided us with a prompt, professional and friendly service.  They cleared our house efficiently and arrived at our new house promptly.  Despite being kept waiting by our vendors, Chris and team were patient, helpful and supportive.  They moved our things into the new house very efficently.  Everything was kept clean and nothing was broken or damaged.  I would recommend  Superb Moves to anybody for their move - large or small.  For the service we received the cost was very competitive indeed. .

I booked Chris and his team after Pickfords blew me out due to come complication with my house purchase however these guys should have been picked from the very start.

Excellent presentation, thorough check with items to move which matched a highly competitive quote. Selected the packing service to be included and everything was done as expected.

Moved from a three bedroom house to a three bedroom bungalow so it was a big job!

This is the second time I've used Chris's company to move my two bedroom flat, and this time from London to Birmingham! As stressfull as it can be to move homes I was totally relaxed the day of the move knowing that all will be done in time and perfectly, and this is how it was.   They are really friendly and ready to help in any possible way they can.  That really makes a difference.   They managed to put all my stuff in their van, and everything arrived in perfect conditions. Prices are really competitive and it is worth every single penny! I did recomend them to one of my friend who moved to Scotland and she was very impressed also.

I moved in the Sutton area using SUPERB MOVES and all my contents were going into storage. I have alot of stuff for a one bedroom flat and they guys managed the move very professionally and quickly, with the whole operation completed in 2 and a half hours. I had chosen a slightly smaller storage unit to save money and with some excellent tetris skills the guys got it all in no problem! This is the second time I have used the company and will continue to do so as they have always been so efficient and trustworthy.

Not only were they very quick but had soon figured out things needed to go better than us so they made what could have been a stressful day, very easy for us. The Company responded quickly and efficiently to our request. The removal men's were very professional, polite and courteous.

Our furniture was moved from the UK to Germany in the same day, Having given the removal order the day before ! Based on our experience this company can be trusted to deliver on its promises.

I have never ever experienced such good service, such polite people and I would never hesitate to use them again. They are a professional, hard working, non-complaining, very likeable team of people. They packed and moved over 100 boxes from a third floor flat (no lift) within a day with no damage or breakages. Everything was beautifully wrapped, including very fragile ceramics. They were extraordinarily generous with packing materials. They dismantled and reassembled furniture, and arranged a successful same-day end of tenancy clean. They deserve every success!

Chris and his team of guys were fantastic. They moved us from our 4 bed house (including packing up the day before) into our new temporary home with great courtesy, attention to detail and good humour! They went above and beyond the call of duty, and did everything with a smile. It was really well organised and all the items were packed and wrapped very carefully. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them (they had been recommended to us by a friend) and we will certainly be using them again in 6 months time when we move back into our house, after the renovations are complete. The price was very competitive and the service very, very good. Can't think of anything else to say except many, many thanks!
