Superb Moves

Good day.

I rarely write a review for a service received but Superb moves gave me so many reasons to do so. I was so stressed about this move. Not to mention the fact that my old address was on the 9th floor of a building and the lift was broken. Nevertheless the Superb moves team came in and just exceeded my expectations by far. They didn't just move our items, flawlessly all the way from the ninth floor by hands and always with smiles on their faces. They truly were aiming and succeeded in moving us in style. They focused on taking care of me and assuring me during the whole move. I've moved 6 times previously in the past but what Superb moves did was extraordinary. They Did treated me like a friend not just like a customer always with full focus on the job as well.

Highly recommend them to anyone searching for professional care and that little bit extra personal touch during their moving services.

Chris and his team provided a great service at short notice for moving our 2 bed flat within NW6. I approached Chris just 2 weeks before our move date (after Superb was recommended by a friend) and he was able and happy to accommodate us.  We arranged several quotes and we felt that Superb offered the best value for their service level, including insurance. My communications and questions up to the move date were handled swiftly and amicably.   Chris and team are the most on time tradesmen I have ever encountered. The move (using 2 men and Chris) went according to plan.  Any concerns I had were quickly addressed and I soon realised I could leave Chris and his team to do what they do best.  They were courteous and uncomplaining about all requests.   Thanks for your help!

Chris and the team did a great job from the initial visit to assess my move to delivering the final box. 
The team arrived on time and worked tirelessly to pack all my belongings with great care and attention - there wasn't one broken glass or cracked plate which I'm sure wouldn't have been the case if I'd done it myself!  Large pieces of furniture were wrapped and moved carefully, even taking a door off its hinges at one point to ensure nothing was scratched.  Finally, they made the dis-assembly and reassembly of large wardrobes and beds look easy.  Nothing was too much trouble, even moving heaving pieces of furniture between rooms as I changed my mind on where things should go.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris and the team at Superb Moves.

Just wanted to drop a line as my experience with Superb Moves was simply splendid! From start to finish it went smooth, easy and stress free. I was contacted by Chris and after asking me some questions, he established what sort of van we would need to use and he gave me a quote. The quote was competitive one taking into account that we would be making a stop over to pick up an item on the way. On the day of the removal, the driver turned up 10 minutes ahead of time and straight away I knew it was going to go smooth. Not only did they sent out a very big van (that's when huge weight was lifted off my chest as I was panicking we wouldn't be able to fit all of our stuff if the van was too small) but also the driver was an experienced one and he knew exactly what he was doing. He packed all the belongings quickly and safely. When we arrived at the Self Storage, the driver managed to quickly off load the van and helped to get the items into the storage. Again, all went quick and with no problems. Overall - a great experience. No fault.  Well done Superb Moves! Thanks!

I was recommended superb moves by a friend who told me that they were excellent,and superb moves did not disappointment. they arrived on time and within 40 minutes my one bed flat was empty!! they took extremely good care of my belongings and seemed to be super humanly strong. My stuff needed to go in storage and superb moves were extremely conscientious ensuring it went to the right place. Finally I was very impressed with how they transported my bed and  mattress. I will be using them again for next time!

Superb Moves helped us move from London to Birmingham and charged us with a reasonable price.  They confirmed a time for arrival, and went over details of the move. My things were carefully packed and they safely delivered to my new home.  The team were friendly, careful, and without a doubt the most helpful crew I could have hoped for. I am extremely satisfied with these movers.  I know who I am going to work with in future for sure if I need a move! Highly recommended moving company!  Big Thank You again!

Superb Moves were efficient, punctual and professional from start to finish. Chris was helpful and prompt at answering all of our enquiries, providing a truly reliable service.
The removal personnel arrived promptly on the day. We were moving several large, heavy items and they handled these with ease - including up and down stairs. They arrived promptly at both the pick up and delivery addresses and packed and unloaded items quickly and safely. We were so impressed with the service we will definitely use Superb Moves again!

We found Chris and his company on this website and I was very impressed with the reviews. Having got a quote I was also impressed with their price, esp as we could have as many boxes and packing material as we liked without having to buy a pack. Come moving day Chris and his two associates were punctual, polite and very efficient. All of our belongings were handled with care and they were quick and effective. I would definitely use them again and I would certainly recommend them.

We could not be more satisfied with the service we received from Superb Moves. The team arrived on time and were courteous throughout, as well as having a sense of humour. All work was carried out to a very high standard. They were also very efficient - I was amazed how quickly we were packed up and moved in to the new house.  Moving is very stressful, but these guys made it terribly easy and for that I thank them.We had excellent service and would recommend Superb Moves strongly to any potential client.

We had a great experience with Superb Moves.  They dropped off boxes early so that we could pack up our stuff, and did an amazing job fitting everything into the van.  I'm sure they are Tetris masters.
We were moving from West London to North London, and they completed pick-up, transportation, and delivery in half a day.  The two guys were professional, friendly, and went to great lengths to get our stuff in our new place.  They actually put our sofa over the neighbours fence in order to get it into our backdoor.  
I don't expect to move again anytime soon, but I would definitely use Superb Moves again.

It's always a risk choosing a new supplier especially for something like removals that needs to work to precise times. Everyone's own marketing and websites makes them sound perfect of course. I decided to go with SM because of their rave reviews that seemed plentiful and genuine and am very glad I did. I opted for just the Man with Van option as I was doing my own packing although in fact this is 2 men including driver so you don't need to lift anything yourself. Chris was a great communicator before the move, elected to work on a Sunday which was much better for traffic, and even came along personally as half of the 2 man team. They arrived a little early which was perfect and both Chris and his colleague were brilliant throughout the whole process. The care with which they carried our belongings and protected them in the large Luton van was outstanding. Same with the care installing at the other end. There was not a blemish on anything however large heavy or delicate. Both Chris and colleague were very polite and nice. Chris even saved me from drowning in my own flood when I stupidly attempted to disconnect my dishwasher without turning the tap off first! I should have left all disconnection and connection of appliances to them which they are happy to do and know what they are doing. they were very reasonably priced and did not bill me until they had checked I was happy with everything. I recommend anyone to use Superb Moves. Thanks again Chris! David.

Chris & his team of two others did an excellent job. Chris is very friendly & helpful and visited beforehand to give a quote. Arrived early in the morning and left us around 6pm. Boxes supplied & everything carefully wrapped. No breakages or damages. They were professional & worked really hard to get us moved and in to our new place in one day. Chris and Stan were absolutely excellent in every way, they turned up on time, at 7:30am and were bright and upbeat. Nothing was a problem for them. Worried about the amount and volume of items I had,they made light work of packing the van without a single item being damaged.

They disconnected and connected my washing machine, and put all the boxes and items in each of the rooms I wanted.

I couldn't praise superb removers enough, especially as I had booked a very wellknown nationwide company only to email me ten days before moving to say they will not be moving me. Chris made the whole situation seem a blessing as he was cheaper better reliable And professional.
