Superb Moves

I contacted Superb Moves through removalreviews.co.uk, a bit nervous about a house move with all furniture as I had never done one before. During the initial discussions and quote process, Chris at Superb Moves handled communication in a timely and professional manner, addressing all my questions clearly and factually, which gave me the comfort to trust him with this job. Move day started as planned, with a Luton van and a team of two (Chris plus 1) arriving on time. They skilfully disassemble and safely package all furniture of a 2-bedroom flat. The furniture includes heavy cumbersome pieces, expensive pieces, large glass tables, a brand new piano, etc. There are narrow stairs from my garden flat up to street level, it's a day of heavy rain and the path is muddy and slippery. I'm glad to see that the team is fully equipped to deal with the circumstances and all furniture is safely transported onto the van and then to my destination address with no one patch of wet or dirt. No damage, no scratch, no object gone missing. All furniture is perfectly reassembled in my new flat. With lots of heavy or large objects I expected to see some new marks appearing on walls or floors but no damage to report there either.  The team is very careful at every step. The team worked tirelessly, no time wasted, and only a short lunch break, despite the whole move taking 11 hours from start to finish. Total cost £600, including packing materials. The team's polite behaviour and friendly, helpful attitude is key to make this long day a positive experience. I would definitely use Chris again for my next move.

I thought I made a huge error in accidentally leaving our designer watches and engagement ring on the bedroom counter;   Everything was delivered and left in place at our new property. The price was very reasonable and competitive The team were professional and courteous, would highly recommend them to anyone. I was pleasantly surprised that they managed to move so much in the short period of time and still have time to assemble the beds and 4 baby cots Thanks and well done Guys.

My husband and I found this removal company very efficient and experienced. The two gentlemen that dealt with the removal were very polite and talked us through how they were going to remove the items from our flat. They were very methodical with how they handled everything and ensured that all our items were carefully loaded and covered appropriately.They were very quick considering that they had to deal with two staircases and a tricky doorway! They are reasonably priced too and we had many removal companies give us quotes, but they are very good value in comparison.We will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Due to a very fast completion on the sale of my flat, I needed to arrange my move at quite short notice ( I was getting quotes on Wednesday for a move on the following Tuesday!) I needed a full packing and move service for a large three bedroom flat, with some complicated furniture pieces. Chris quoted for a large van and 3 men to do the move, but when they arrived (on time at 8am) and started work it quickly became apparent that an additional van and man would be needed to get the job done. No problem, Chris arranged the additional resources and the extra van was at the propety by midday.
It proved to be a very large job in the end and the guys did not finish until midnight, but they got it done and done well. All items, fragile or otherwise arrived in one piece and were placed in the allocated rooms correctly. Beds, sofas and dining tables were all reassembled correctly.
Due to the additional van and man required, the final price obviously ended up more than initially quoted, but we were quite happy to have had the option available to get the job done in one (long!) day. I doubt if any of the other movers  I spoke with would have been able to be as flexible.
Final point - the moving team were all polite, friendly and good humored. This may be a small point, but it does help    when the stress of moving day hits!
I would certainly use them again.

I have hired this company twice in 3 months. I have found about them via a recommendation.
As easy a move can be: they arrived on time, my belongings were handed with care, better that I would have managed myself. Proactive team, they came up with the cheapest and most convenient solution to my storage situation. They also accommodated my requirements in terms of date and time, no matter it was the weekend. They work displaying a good mood, which took the ridge of a usual stressful situation.
My move was easier, quicker and quite enjoyable. Thank you!

They were very methodical with how they handled everything and ensured that all our items were carefully loaded and covered appropriately. Everything went smoothly and I was impressed by their professionalism. In all the move was done in about 4 hours- an excellent time considering the amount of stuff we have! Highly recommended and will use again for sure!
