Superb Moves

Superb Moves assisted us with our office move back in February 2015 this year. Chris was very helpful prior to the move attending our office with different size crates, so we could order exactly what we required and overall was very accommodating to our needs. Superb Moves are very good value for money and offer anything from crates to the whole service. On the day of the move, the two removal men arrived promptly and got down to the task in hand, nothing was too much bother for them.They came prepared with additional packing items and tools to dismantle furniture if required.  .

Superb Moves did a fantastic job. As they were blocked in the traffic jam on their way to our house, they sent us text messages to update us on their position. So appreciable!
The job has been done quickly and perfectly. We lived on a  fifth floor flat without lift and I guess that it would have taken us ages to move everything without them help.
After less than 3 hours of hard work we were at our new house with everything in order.
We're really happy with the service and everything.
Can't recommend them enough! Thanks guys for the superb job!

I was not able to get the time off work, so could not be there with my wife when Superb Moves arrived to do the job.  I needn't have worried at all.  They were very friendly, very helpful, careful with our stuff, cheerful and very quick, getting on with the job with professional efficiency.  It was a weight off my mind to know that we had gone with the best firm, as there are many who say they can offer this service.  Moving is always a stressful time for anyone, but if you are having to face it, use Superb Moves, they aren't called that for nothing!  Thanks guys.  Job well done.

This was an amazing and care free move. Communication before the move was excellent and very polite. The actual move was prompt on time, very careful and professional with our stuff and very swift. They had all the necessary professional equipment and were fast but not rushing or careless. Also the guys had an amazing spirit and made the move as smooth as possible!  They even helped us dismantle an old furniture that was in our new flat and take it out. Honestly priced, friendly yet professional service, highly recommended!

Lived up to the name. When all the extras, such as packing etc, were taken into account they were our cheapest quote.  We employed them because of the reviews, which they live up to.   They communicated and checked every stage of the process including to apologise by phone for running 10 minutes late due to traffic.  They quietly got on with packing for us really carefully, checking where things would go at the destination when in doubt.  We had a lot of stuff packed into a relatively small flat, but they just got on with it, finishing scheduled work early.  (I would recommend letting the removals company pack: I estimated about months packing for me in about 8 hours for them.)  On the move day they were again ahead of schedule by 1 hour.  They arrived early at our new home and kindly assembled some clothes rails for us to speed up the unpacking, while waiting for our keys to the new property. Everything clean and tidy.  No breakages.  No complaints. What more could you say?  I would certainly recommend them and use them if we move again. Moving is stressful, but these guys subtracted stress rather than adding to it.

Efficient, reliable and excellent value for money. The removers were polite and friendly and extremely hard working - our one bed flat was loaded onto the van in less than an hour and a half and the same the other end but the speed of the job didn't compromise the care taken with our belongings and nothing was damaged or broken . There was a delay getting keys for the new property and the removers made no fuss about this nor was there an extra charge for waiting which some companies will add on. Furniture was assembled back together and they even plumbed the washing machine in at the new house. All in all very pleased with the service - would recommend.

Chris and his team are the most professional, hardworking and yet friendliest and helpful people I have ever come across. From the minute they arrive to the minute they leave, they never stop smiling and nothing is a problem for them, which is a very rare thing and attitude to have these days! Having moved home 5 times in the last 7 years, I have had my fair share of moving experiences from doing it ourselves with a van and some friends to using big companies. I wish I had known about Superb Moves 7 years ago, to take the stress away from it all. The last two moves they have saved my sanity and made everything run so smoothly.   And value for money?? There is no comparison. They outstrip any other company on service and value  without a doubt and I would only ever use these guys for any kind of removal for business or personal. Highly recommended! I had to move from 1 bed flat (SW19) with all my furniture to a house (SE3). I was really worried about the furniture, as they are made of solid wood, and I am really satisfied with the service as nothing happened to them. The guys came on time, were very polite and efficient. They were very careful when moving my stuff. Also, as it was impossible to take some of the furniture through the staircase, they dissembled them and re-assembled at my new place. Really helpful, honest and professional people. We were very impressed by Superb Moves from start to finish. They were the only company (I spoke to quite a few) that offered us a free, no obligation quote at our home which I think is the only way to get a proper idea of how much needs moving and what the job entails. We were moving from a 3 bedroom flat in London to a 4 bedroom house in the Surrey countryside and they said they could do it all in one day (with an early start). Which quite frankly when you have two children under 3 makes life so much easier. Chris plus two men arrived early on move day and worked hard to pack up our apartment. It was a huge relief not having to pack everything ourselves (it was worth paying extra for them to do this for us) as they work so fast plus are very careful with valuables/breakables.  When they arrived at our new house at the other end (after a long, nasty drive through and out of a very congested London) they worked equally as hard to unload boxes into the relevant rooms plus building back any furniture they had dismantled and set it up in its new place. It was a long day for them, but nothing was too much trouble and they were always polite and friendly to my husband and I, and our 2 children. I would highly recommend Superb Moves to anyone, already one of my friends has used them (they also have two small children) and they were just as impressed. Chris and his men have a brilliant work ethic and from start to finish they are non-stop on the go and at the same time being highly professional. Our move was completely smooth and unstressful which I'm sure we would have not achieved without Chris and his team.

These movers were professional and got all my items, including glasswear, to the destination safely. They broke down my beds and reassembled them at my new house. They protected the matresses as they were being moved and properly protected and secured my glass tables. Moreover, the guys who moved my belongings were very efficient when packing their truck. We moved all of my stuff from a 3 storey house in one trip! I will use this service again the next time I need to move within London.

I used this company for a two part move in South London. I also used their packing service. All aspects of the service provided were excellent and reasonably priced. Their estimates of van size & numbers of staff needed, & time needed to complete the job were bang on. They were cheerful, pleasant, hard working, obliging and very methodical & efficient. Communication was very good. Packing, loading, unloading and repositioning of boxes and furniture was done very logically and co-operatively  and all my stuff was in good shape on arrival. They made what could have been a nightmare (based on a previous experience with another company) totally stress-free. I would definitely recommend them.

Superb Moves were the only moves company that gave a genuine no nonsense quote without extra charges (weekend, high floors, extra men required). Excellent communication leading up to move date.

Chris and his team arrived promptly, a quick briefing on what needed disassembling and straight to work. Very quickly had most boxes downstairs in the van from a 3rd flr flat. Swiftly took apart our XL bed and sofa and loaded in van in no time.

Once at destination wasted no time in transferring everything up 5 flights of stairs through a narrow front entrance, and carefully placing boxes and items in rooms marked up or asking politely if unsure. Put together all disassembled furniture in record time, and were finished before we knew it. Altogether a swift and professionally executed move, accommodating extra requests like a big fishtank and extra XL mattress without any problems.

Have already recommended them to friends and will certainly be using them again if we move again without hesitation.
