Superb Moves

I, like most, dread moving home, namely because choosing movers can really be hit or miss. Once movers are booked, you're kind of at their mercy. Fortunately, I was told about SuperbMoves from a friend who had nothing but positive comments regarding their services, so I had booked them for my 2 bedroom move in February of this year. The moving distance was minimal, however I think for a 2 bedroom flat, the quantity was pretty significant. I found Chris and his team to be extremely professional and courteous, not wasting any time with the moving process. Our new flat had quite a number of steps with narrow hallways, and not once was their hesitation or complaints from the moving team. Their rates are competitive, and their professionalism is top notch. I'll definitely be booking their services should I find myself moving home in the future. Thanks guys!

We found Superb Moves online, and were immediately sold by the excellent reviews Chris & his team had received - and we weren't disappointed. In preparation for our move from East to West London, we initially booked Chris to help us shift a lot of old furniture and general rubbish to the nearest tip - only to find our local tip wouldn't receive large items without a prior appointment. Chris was hugely helpful and found another dump for us - after loading his van in super quick time, he took everything away for us at no extra fee.  We were sold and booked Superb Moves again for our big move - Chris and his team again didn't disappoint - reliable, fast, careful, super organised, and generally good company to have around on what could be an immensely stressful time - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Superb Moves to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and extremely reasonably priced company for their move. Having moved 3 times in 14months I was dreading the prospect of another move. In the last 10 years I have moved many times, I am therefore something of a stickler when it comes to the move itself.  Chris and his team lived up to their name.  SUPERB.  They made the whole process as painless as possible and I actually enjoyed our move!  They were careful, thorough and dedicated hard workers. They were tenacious; where many movers would have given up in getting our King bed up to the 4thfloor master, they found a way to make it work! They were extremely competitively priced with exemplary customer service - I would recommend them again and again.

This was the second time I have used Chris and his team in a six month period to move within London. Moving house is never easy, especially with two children under two, but Chris and his team, as usual, took a lot of the pain out of the process.
Why are Superb Moves so superb? Chris has built an excellent business and has instilled enviable work ethic and strong communication into his team. He has understood the power of peer reviews and the value in word-of-mouth recommendations in a competitive space. His reviews on this site alone speak for themselves and I am only disappointed I wasn't #100!
Chris and his team richly deserve much more commerical success for providing such a fantastic service.

The whole removal experience both before and during the move could not have been better.  Friendly, efficient, punctual, and reasonably priced- I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm. That's all I really want to say but the site won't let me do less than 380 characters so- they turned up when they said they would. The loading was done in record time. They were there to meet me at the other end and unloading was equally efficient. One small point I did not move to Birmingham but to Leominster in Herefordshire. It's just that the site would not let me choose that.

Chris and his assistant turned up at my house exactly on time. Both of them were very professional, friendly and honest and on top of that they worked very efficiently. They neatly and securely loaded all the stuff from my one bedroom flat onto their van in less than an hour. Whilst doing so they also paid a lot of attention to details such as the contents of the containers they were loading so that any potentially fragile items were protected against damage and put in the safe place. Then we took about a 40-minute ride across central London. I admired Chris’s driving skills when he managed to squeeze his quite large van in the narrow space behind my new building so that they could easily unload my stuff through the back door. Everything was swiftly unloaded and put in the right place in my new flat without a single scratch. Unlike with other removal companies I used in the past, with Superb Moves nothing got broken or even slightly damaged. The only thing I regret is that I didn’t use their packing service which would have saved me a lot of time and trouble. I will definitely use their complete service next time. I can only highly recommend the services of Superb Moves.

Hired the man and van service with a Luton van and 2 men. They arrived on time and were very careful yet fast collecting all our furniture and boxes. The service was the same on the other end and overall I was extremely satisfied.

They moved everything from a single bedroom flat including furniture with 1 days notice. I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

The guys were very friendly and just got on with the job without delays or distractions. They also filled the van very well and nothing was damaged and everything fit.

Superbmoves moved the contents of my two-bed apartment from storage to a garage in 2012. I was abroad at the time, so entrusting a removal company with my personal effects was quite a gamble. Supermoves were very helpful. I directly dealt with the person who was doing the moving. They had to pick up keys and send them back to a friend. They did the job very professionally and when I returned from abroad, I found all my personal effects without any damage and stacked with great care. Other companies might have taken advantage of the fact that I was not around to check what they were doing. I moved again recently and the only reason I did not use them is that they were unavailable on the moving date.

We recently moved home after living there for over 20 years with four children.  I was dreading moving day but these guys made the experience almost enjoyable. They were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they even helped me find my mobile phone when I lost it in the madness. I can't recommend them enough; for moving duties, value for money as well as general comedy. Our purchaser has already decided to use them when she moves in (following some decorating work) having heard how briliant they were. Thank you guys!

Superb Moves moved my stuff efficiently and economically. They arrived almost on time and the completed the job quickly, in a time way shorter than I anticipated. Chris, their leading member, was very understanding of our requirements. They were four of them, all polite, respectful towards us and out belongings and sppedy. I havemoved quite few times and I have always picked a new company, as I was never really satisfied with the service I received. This is the first time I have found a company I will employ again. I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable, polite and effective moving company.

Chris and his team were professional, efficient and very friendly throughout the move of our 2 bed flat. Chris went out of his way to find a convenient time to come and quote for us, and overall the service was of excellent quality. Quite honestly, they took more care of our possessions than we would have! We've had movers before but never opted for a packing service in the past, but after this experience I can say I will most definitely be having someone do the packing for me from now on.   I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Superb Moves to friends and family.

Chris and his team were great. They were very professional and did a great job moving all our things for us. They arrived on time which was a relief and they were very friendly.
