Superb Moves

I contacted Chris about a move across London directly across the M25. He and his team arrived early and cracked straight on with the work. Chris and his team were consummate professionals. Extremely courteous at all times, organised, fast and handled the delicate items with extreme care. I couldn't believe that by 1pm we were finished, all items moved across London and unpacked. After realising that I had forgotten to reclaim my parking permit from them, I called them to let them know. The pass arrived at my new address by recorded delivery 2 days later. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Absolutely excellent service and at an excellent price. If you are considering moving house or offices, these guys should be your first call.

My husband and I used Superb Moves on Sunday 14th July for a move within London. I arranged the move via email and then called a week before the move to confirm all details and times. Chris was very polite and informative at all times. The team arrived on time at 14:00 and immediately got to work. Both movers were very polite and professional. My husband and I needed to head to the other property so we explained what needed to be moved and left them with the keys.  They arrived at the other property at 16:00 and after all the unloading left at 17:30. This was extremely efficient as we moved from a two double bedroom flat to a small cottage with a narrow staircase. The price for the move was very good value for money and when compared to other companies, very fair. Chris is transparent and honest with the price, there were no hidden fees. The team was hardworking, honest and very pleasant. We were very happy with their service and would be more than happy to book them again when/if we need to move. We cannot recommend this company enough, excellent service.

Chris and his merry crew made our recent move a really stress free & enjoyable experience. Throughout the whole process Chris was efficient and considerate, and on the day itself the team worked relentlessly to get us out of one house and into the new one. We had smiles and laughter as well as the odd grunt and groan and it all went to plan. The final cost was within the allocated budget and Chris' initial estimate. We'd certainly recommend Superb Moves to anyone.  .

We were recommended Superb Moves Ltd by a friend and are so glad that we took her advice. Chris and his team spent two days with us- packing up our 4 bed family home on day 1 and finishing this on the 2nd day when they also moving us seamlessly to our new home. The team were cheerful throughout and kept us smiling even when we had the usual moments of feeling overwhelmed by the move. We are very particular about our possessions, especially art work, but this did not daunt the team, who respected our home and any specific requests which we made regarding our possessions. The team worked extremely hard in hot conditions but their cheerfulness did not fade. The packing itself was excellent - no unnecessary over-packing with bubble wrap which is only used when truly necessary: wrapping paper and cardboard boxes are all used again by the team who are happy to collect empty boxes at various intervals months down the line so as to avoid any stress of your having to unpack everything by a certain date. Absolutely nothing was damaged in the move and I even unpacked an intact single egg sitting in an egg box which we had omitted to use up before the move! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Superb Moves Ltd and would definitely use them again.

Really impressed with the service from Superb Moves. Chris and the team were really professional, both in terms of the packing prior to the move and the move itself. They were friendly, respectful, efficient and helped make the move as stress free as possible. We would definitely use them again and recommend them, in particular the packing service as that was really useful. They were happy to help & determined to get our furniture into some tight spots, when others may have given up. Overall very impressed.

Very glad I chose Chris and his crew because they were prompt, hard working and nothing got broken or went missing. They wrapped and packed everything with great care. At our new home the sofa, bed, cot, very large desk and wardrobes were all put in place and assembled perfectly. They're not the cheapest but I reckon they're worth it. This was our first proper move so I've not got much experience of removals companies but nevertheless I would definitely recommend Superb Moves.

Excellent from start to finish. Form on the website to get the quote was precise and easy to fill out. Clear quote and quick response to all queries. We took the “no packing” option, so Superb Moves provided tape and blankets where necessary. On the day, Superb Moves were prompt in their arrival time and quick to assess the order of packing and what was being taken. They were fast and friendly whilst taking the utmost care and completely professional. Highly recommended for any size of move.

Chris and four of his team have completed removals for me on two seperate occassions, the first was only local to a storage unit just along the road, the second was fifty two miles away to West Sussex. On both house removals Chris and his teams were excellent in every way, I can't thank them enough for such two superb moves, they work fast and are very polite and helpful in every way, they have lunch on the move and don't waste your time in the cafe. I first saw Chris at another storage unit I was thinking of using, I looked into the back of their van and noticed how neat and tidy it was with furniture all covered in blankets, that is when I asked Chris for his card, when you move house professional neat and tidy packing is one of the top things on your list.   If I ever move again I would call Chris first.

We had never hired a moving company before and our experience with Superb Moves was outstanding from beginning to end. We were able to organise a home visit very quickly, and the quote followed very soon. They were extremely accomodating around delivery the packaging materials (we did the packaging ourselves) - also the quality and quantity of materials provided was amazing - from all types of boxes to bubble wrap and tape etc. On the day of the move everything went swiftly, and we even finished earlier than expected!! What else can I say, if we have to do it again, they will be our first choice!!

Hired the man and van service with a Luton van and 2 men. They arrived on time and were very careful yet fast collecting all our furniture and boxes. The service was the same on the other end and overall I was extremely satisfied.

They moved everything from a single bedroom flat including furniture with 1 days notice. I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

The guys were very friendly and just got on with the job without delays or distractions. They also filled the van very well and nothing was damaged and everything fit.

Superbmoves moved the contents of my two-bed apartment from storage to a garage in 2012. I was abroad at the time, so entrusting a removal company with my personal effects was quite a gamble. Supermoves were very helpful. I directly dealt with the person who was doing the moving. They had to pick up keys and send them back to a friend. They did the job very professionally and when I returned from abroad, I found all my personal effects without any damage and stacked with great care. Other companies might have taken advantage of the fact that I was not around to check what they were doing. I moved again recently and the only reason I did not use them is that they were unavailable on the moving date.

We recently moved home after living there for over 20 years with four children.  I was dreading moving day but these guys made the experience almost enjoyable. They were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they even helped me find my mobile phone when I lost it in the madness. I can't recommend them enough; for moving duties, value for money as well as general comedy. Our purchaser has already decided to use them when she moves in (following some decorating work) having heard how briliant they were. Thank you guys!

Superb Moves moved my stuff efficiently and economically. They arrived almost on time and the completed the job quickly, in a time way shorter than I anticipated. Chris, their leading member, was very understanding of our requirements. They were four of them, all polite, respectful towards us and out belongings and sppedy. I havemoved quite few times and I have always picked a new company, as I was never really satisfied with the service I received. This is the first time I have found a company I will employ again. I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable, polite and effective moving company.
