Chris and his team did a fabulous job for us moving our office for the charity Mum's the Word. They were prompt and pleasant and communicated constantly in the lead up to the big move. This is the second time we used Superb Moves and we were delighted with the outstanding service they provided. We had 3 movers and a van for the day, to move contents of a 3-bed, 3 bath flat with narrow stairs, and packing, on January 12th 2013.
Our boxes and packing materials were delivered in advance. Chris and his company went out of their way to ensure we were happy and satisfied with their service. We also recommended them to two friends who were equally delighted.

Superb Moves moved my girlfriend from her north London home into our new south London home where I met them all at the new property. Chris and his team were instantly friendly and active and began the move straight away and can't remember them stopping once apart to have a quick drink. I checked inside the van and all of my girlfriend's furniture was secured tightly and covered with thick covering which proved its worth as we have seen no damages, scuffs or marks on anything. They were very helpful, polite and whilst they were quick, they were careful not to damage any goods. The costs I can't remember as my girlfriend paid but I do remember her saying it was very reasonable and to top it off, she received an email later that day from Chris advising she had over paid and that he would drive back on the Sunday and deliver the money. For me, that is a rarity and shows the credible, honest, professional team they were. They did come back on the Sunday and were even kind enough to remove an old wardrobe back down 5 flights of stairs. I would definitely recommend Superb. Glenn.

These guys are fantastic and I recommend them unreservedly. We moved from a two bed flat to a four bed maisonette on the same road. Sounds simple enough? Not with the amount of clutter our family had acquired over the last ten years. Not when our sellers were three hours late moving out! Chris and his team were incredibly hard-working and efficient. They even ended up helping out our sellers. They were really friendly and great with our two young children. No job was any trouble and they even joined in the capture our escaped guinea pigs.  Amazingly, they still had a sense of humour at the end of a very long day, when the standing joke was that my husband and I seemed to have labelled every second box "spare room"! I don't usually bother leaving feedback because I'm too busy/lazy. However, Superb Moves were just great and our moving day would have been a whole lot worse without them.

I used Superb Moves on three occasions now and each time I was very impressed with the services offered by Krzysiek. As I work from home, it is important for me to be able to set up in a new place as quickly as possible. It is possible, if you use their services. As well as getting the usual service from a removal company, he will collect and put your new furniture together, mount shelves, curtain rails, blinds and do any other odd jobs there are to do when setting up in a new place. I was only left with unpacking the personal stuff.

I contacted Superb Moves through removalreviews.co.uk, a bit nervous about a house move with all furniture as I had never done one before. During the initial discussions and quote process, Chris at Superb Moves handled communication in a timely and professional manner, addressing all my questions clearly and factually, which gave me the comfort to trust him with this job. Move day started as planned, with a Luton van and a team of two (Chris plus 1) arriving on time. They skilfully disassemble and safely package all furniture of a 2-bedroom flat. The furniture includes heavy cumbersome pieces, expensive pieces, large glass tables, a brand new piano, etc. There are narrow stairs from my garden flat up to street level, it's a day of heavy rain and the path is muddy and slippery. I'm glad to see that the team is fully equipped to deal with the circumstances and all furniture is safely transported onto the van and then to my destination address with no one patch of wet or dirt. No damage, no scratch, no object gone missing. All furniture is perfectly reassembled in my new flat. With lots of heavy or large objects I expected to see some new marks appearing on walls or floors but no damage to report there either.  The team is very careful at every step. The team worked tirelessly, no time wasted, and only a short lunch break, despite the whole move taking 11 hours from start to finish. Total cost £600, including packing materials. The team's polite behaviour and friendly, helpful attitude is key to make this long day a positive experience. I would definitely use Chris again for my next move.

I thought I made a huge error in accidentally leaving our designer watches and engagement ring on the bedroom counter;   Everything was delivered and left in place at our new property. The price was very reasonable and competitive The team were professional and courteous, would highly recommend them to anyone. I was pleasantly surprised that they managed to move so much in the short period of time and still have time to assemble the beds and 4 baby cots Thanks and well done Guys.

My husband and I found this removal company very efficient and experienced. The two gentlemen that dealt with the removal were very polite and talked us through how they were going to remove the items from our flat. They were very methodical with how they handled everything and ensured that all our items were carefully loaded and covered appropriately.They were very quick considering that they had to deal with two staircases and a tricky doorway! They are reasonably priced too and we had many removal companies give us quotes, but they are very good value in comparison.We will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Due to a very fast completion on the sale of my flat, I needed to arrange my move at quite short notice ( I was getting quotes on Wednesday for a move on the following Tuesday!) I needed a full packing and move service for a large three bedroom flat, with some complicated furniture pieces. Chris quoted for a large van and 3 men to do the move, but when they arrived (on time at 8am) and started work it quickly became apparent that an additional van and man would be needed to get the job done. No problem, Chris arranged the additional resources and the extra van was at the propety by midday.
It proved to be a very large job in the end and the guys did not finish until midnight, but they got it done and done well. All items, fragile or otherwise arrived in one piece and were placed in the allocated rooms correctly. Beds, sofas and dining tables were all reassembled correctly.
Due to the additional van and man required, the final price obviously ended up more than initially quoted, but we were quite happy to have had the option available to get the job done in one (long!) day. I doubt if any of the other movers  I spoke with would have been able to be as flexible.
Final point - the moving team were all polite, friendly and good humored. This may be a small point, but it does help    when the stress of moving day hits!
I would certainly use them again.

I have hired this company twice in 3 months. I have found about them via a recommendation.
As easy a move can be: they arrived on time, my belongings were handed with care, better that I would have managed myself. Proactive team, they came up with the cheapest and most convenient solution to my storage situation. They also accommodated my requirements in terms of date and time, no matter it was the weekend. They work displaying a good mood, which took the ridge of a usual stressful situation.
My move was easier, quicker and quite enjoyable. Thank you!

My partner and I found this removal company very efficient and great value for money. They arrived on time and were very quick and efficient to load the van. They were very methodical with how they handled everything and ensured that all our items were carefully loaded and covered appropriately. Everything went smoothly and I was impressed by their professionalism. In all the move was done in about 4 hours- an excellent time considering the amount of stuff we have! Highly recommended and will use again for sure!

Thank you very much for the move yesterday Tom & Chris. It was very efficient and timely. We moved from W14 to N4 and all was done in under 2 hours ( we have circa 80 various size boxes, although we moved boxes down from our flat early so pick up was just to load all the boxes into the truck). The lift was not working at the new flat and we had to move boxes via stairs onto second floor. The move was very smooth and quick, and the guys were very careful with the boxes as a lot of them had fragile items in them. Overall very happy with the move, the price is very competitive! I was extremely impressed with Chris and his colleague's removal of my furniture and effects last week. He arrived when he said (in fact, slightly early).  He took care with carrying furniture out of the house and packing it in the van. Dismantling furniture was quick and efficient as was the handling of a mountain of  packing cases. Nothing was too much trouble.  We arrived at the other end with everything intact - no breakages, no scratches, no damage. Just what you want from a responsible removal company. Excellent service from Superb Moves from first contact. I spoke to Chris who was able to cater to my requirements after listening to my circumstances and providing me with information that made me feel comfortable with him. Confirmed appointment by text message and asked to confirm on the day before the move. Prompt replies that made me feel confident of their commitment. Chris arrived with his colleage Peter at the flat earlier and they patiently waited for us to complete a few last-minute things before starting the move prompty on time as booked. They were both really nice guys to communicate and work with and despite innumerous boxes and the two flights of stairs, never complained once. They were equipped with rugs that they used to ensure furniture does not get damaged and they utilitsed rugs at our new flat so that the carpets don't get dirty. Chris and Peter were professional throughout the time and very honest - our move took half an hour longer than expected and they only charged for that, unlike some companies who would charge for a full hour! Extremely affordable pricing at £50/hr for man and van service. We would have probably taken tripe the time to do the move ourselves with all the hassle and risks of damaging items and straining our baks! Extremely satisfied with Chris and Peter. Would definitely recommend Superb Moves to everyone! Worth every penny! Thank you!
