Spartan Removals

I have used many a removal company over the years, however, I have never recieved the level of customer service from spartan remaovals before. Sean and his team arrived bang on time,  did a quick survey of the property and got strsight to work.  Sean estimated 4-5 hours to complete a 2 bedroom flat move but completed in 3.5 hours..bearing in mind the lift was out of action and they had to face 3 flights of stairs.  Nothing was too much of a problem, the packing and wrapping of items was 1st class.  I would highly reccommend using spartan removals.  They really are spartans! .

We were moving from our 3-bed house to a 2-bed rental flat whilst our house was being renovated.  Sean and Lloyd were fantastic and managed to both pack all our house contents and move within the same day!  The two were doing the job of three people!  And this was even though Sean had a late finish on a job the previous day too!  All in all, very professional, very communicative and very much like their namesake, the Spartans!
We will use them again in hopefully 6 months time when we move back to the house!

I decided to use spartan removals after hearing very good things about them along with the reviews here. The communication was excellent. sean, Lloyd and Clive all turned up at my London address on time and were very professional, polite and with great humour..which made the day enjoyable rather than stressful.  I can not recommend them enough. Nothing damaged or broken witch from past experience I know can happen.  Very proffessional service and would use again without doubt!!

Spartan was one of a handful of companies I contacted, but the only one to consistently reply promptly and clearly. Sean was also prepared to be flexible about the date until quite near the time. On the day, the pick-up time had to be changed through no fault of Spartan's, and I was kept informed of their movements and Clive and Lewis arrived on time at the revised time. They smiled, were polite, cheerful and very efficient. Because I had more stuff than we had all estimated, and in order not to let me down, Sean and Lloyd drove down after finishing a job in Nottingham to complete my move to a storage facility, ending a long and hard day with infectious good humour, and fast, careful work. I will definitely ask them again, when I move my things from storage to a new house. They were splendid.

We decided to use Spartan removals after hearing great things about them via social networking sites .. and the reviews here after being recommended by a good friend. We had the contents of a 2 bed flat in storage ( which as you can imagine is quite a lot! Sean came to assess the situation and suggested 1 large van which I was not sure would all fit. When Sean and the team started to pack the van the precision and speed was incredible. It was like watching a large game of Tetris! Everything that was fragile had been packed very professionally. I've not used a reputable removals firm before and always relied on friends, family or a man and van, but I shall, without doubt, be using them again for our move next year. Highly recommended!

From the first contract with Sean he was friendly and professional, and he turned up bang on time, despite there being a massive accident on the main road out of Richmond (so not sure how he did it). They just got on with the job and never stopped until it was done, and the two of them worked fantastically together.
 
They got things in and out of tight spaces with no fuss at all, and even stopped to point out where because of the squeeze, things had got slightly marked.. they didn't have to do that so it was much appreciated.
 
They were also really flexible when our keys were delayed, and overall I would recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, fairly priced and professional service that will take the hassle out of moving.

Called Sean on Friday afternoon to see if the team could squeeze me in for an early booking the following day - he went above and beyond to accommodate me and got me booked in. The two gentlemen movers were fast, professional, and incredibly efficient. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were so polite and friendly. Was incredibly impressed, and I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a nice, easy, stress free move. Thank you for making what is something normally such a drama into something quite pleasant!!

Very happy. I have used this company once before and have been happy with them both times. Really hard working and helpful. Everything went nice and smoothly and   there was good communication. They were waiting outside about ten minutes early and worked hard from the start. There were no breakages or damage and everything was transported quickly and I could say where I wanted everything put. There was a very heavy mattress involved and they did that very well. I Would recommend.

We contacted Spartan Removals in London on Recommendation from a work colleague. The guys turned up on time and went straight to work. Sean supervised and the whole job went very smoothly. They provided us with all the necessary materials which made the whole job less stressful as this was a particulary stressful 3 days for us anyway.  The staff were smart and presentable and overly polite. We have used many companies over the years to take away office furniture away or deliver items but never received the level of customer service and work ethic as we did from spartan removals.  The guys quoted for 2 days which started from 9am and finished 8pm both days, however, the job went on longer than we thought and not only did they complete the job the following day they only charged us another half a day instead of the full day.  I would have absoloutly no hesitation in recommending Spartan Removals. if you want Customer service and very hard working guys ( who work like spartans! ) then try them as you will not be dissapointed. .

These guys were absolutely fantastic. They were recommended to me and Sean was incredibly helpful right from the start. We weren't sure of a moving date, but he assured me he would make sure he could move us at short notice which they did. The guys were great, turned up right on time, were efficient and friendly. They even went to the estate agent to get the keys for us, as we were stuck in dreadful gridlock traffic in London and would not have been able to get in that day otherwise. They stayed much later than we had planned but the cost was still very reasonable. I would recommend to anyone!

These guys were very helpful, prompt and organised the move at short notice. They were a lot cheaper than other quotes we received and provided a good service for our removal!

They were very friendly and they ensured any fragile items were handled with care. There were a lot of large bulky items that they dismantled and put back together for us in our new home! We had Sean and Lloyd on the day and both provided a good service-listening to what we had to say and then handling our items with care!

Spartan were excellent from the initial quote to the guys delivering to our new home. The company is friendly, efficient, reliable and very good value for money. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family. The move itself was done incredibly quickly and at all times the removal guys were courteous to myself and my wife and respectful of or possessions. It is always a stressful day but using Spartan made all the difference. As you can tell, I cannot recommend them highly enough! :).

From the first telephone communication with Sean , I was extremely impressed with his friendly but at the same time professional manner.  His response for  a price quote was rapid, and the appontment for the removal was also promptly made. This is taking into account that we wanted to move within a few days! Very last minute!
The two gentlemen who arrived, were very well presented, worked very rapidly, and were also very polite. They removed all the items in a much shorter time than I had estimated.  Delivery at the new residence also went extremely well.
this is definitely a company that  I will recommend to any friends or family, and certainly will use again next time I move.
