Very fast end efficient service. Everything was handled with care and the service was completed in no time. Everybody was very helpful - customer services and the team on the day as well. Scam company, take money but don't turn up on the day.

On the phone they sound very professional. Took deposit of £120 and agreed on moving day.

Only never turned up on the moving day. On the day they said their car was broken and different team would come. later called to say they wont come at all. On the moving day!

And never returned money back.

we agreed on 6 hours work,.

Poor service.

Surprised to find that my poor review is nowhere to be found as only done last 4/6 weeks
After sending photo evidence to them was told would be back in contact in two days and over 4 weeks later nothing
Sending threatening e-mails about legal action .

Absolutely outstanding. Made my move very easy, great value for money and just an all round great company

They quoted me 4 hours work however the lads did it in 2 so only charged me for that.

Can not recommend highly enough.

DON'T HIRE THEM!! They broke my expensive TV and and missed my Beats Speaker! VERY BAD SERVICE!!

They broke my expensive TV and an expensive Beats Speaker was missing during the move!! And they only offered me a "compensation" of £120 which doesn't cover not even the speaker.

Five hours late and the story kept changing.

They were five hours late. Every time I called the ETA would change. They promised to call be back with updates and did not. Take how stressful moving day is anyway - and times it by ten if you use Removals Zone. It's just not worth it. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

Friendly, swift, careful, well priced.

Really impressed with the service, from the moment we booked, through the entire move process. We weren't going far - just Hackney to Tottenham - but the guys were genius at packing their van and everything arrived in one piece. We didn't lose anything, nothing was broken and the guys were really friendly.

Fantastic team.
