They say moving is the most stressful thing we will do in our lifetime. Relocate made the whole process very relaxed. the team of four were professional, helpful and nothing was to much for them when we asked a question or needed some extra help. They were very quick and thorough and you could tell they knew what they had to do. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, brilliant, 10 out of 10 (still can't believe one of them took three sugars in his tea!

We were most impressed with the efficiency of Jim, Tony and Nigel on the day of our move. Three most affable guys,and we would most certainly recommend them to our friends. The bacon rolls we fed them with must have helped!

Unfortunately, when we arrived in Suffolk (from Enfield),our vendors hadn't moved out so there was a considerable delay. This did not phase our three chaps.

Quoted us for a move across London. Extremely reasonable price, so we asked them to take on the work. They sent through a set of forms (via the post) which we had to fill in and return - extremely long winded process. Called us a week before our move date informing us that they could no longer carry out the move as a bigger job had come in. Left high and dry, scrabbling round during work hours trying to find a firm that could fit us in a week before our move. Massive amount of additional stress that we really didn't need. All in all, massively unprofessional. Avoid.

We booked them as the price was reasonable and the sales process smooth. We were then told they had to subcontract as they had double booked the removal but they "never let anyone down." 2 days prior to the move they cancelled on us and proceded to shout at us for being annoyed by being so badly let down 2 days ahead of the move. Extra stress unneeded, work time being taken up by scrabbling around to find an alternative and terible taste left in our mouths by such horrendus customer service. A truly awful experience. Avoid at all costs. .

From the first meeting with the Rep from this Company we had great service. He was prompt with his appointment, smartly turned out and gave us confidence with our choice of removal company as well as helpful advice. We moved from Essex to Cornwall and on the day of moving the men were again prompt with their arrival time. They packed us up and we were away very quickly. On arrival at our new home the furniture was all placed in the right rooms as requested and our vast amount of boxes were piled where required to give ease of access. We packed our own boxes and happy to report no breakages or damage to our property. The men went out of their way to be helpful and our experience of this Relocate Removers Co. Ltd was excellent and would highly recommend them to others.

Can you, please, convey my thanks and appreciation to the chaps that were involved in the removal last week.   They were all, without exception, very helpful, patient, cordial and they went out of their way to help and provided  much needed support and advice on best way to proceed with the placement of the items being moved. Their collective positive attitudes helped to alleviate the stress that I, personally, was undergoing.   I will, without hesitation, recommend your firm to all my friends and family.

I would like to thank Relocate Removal Co Ltd for the friendly efficient manor they carried out our move. No breakages, they looked after our belonging like they were their own. We could not have asked for more. They were on time. They were very friendly. They introduced themselves on a first name basis Ben & Tony. They were very organised & put us at easy straight away. I'll keep this short. I was quoted a price for my removal, my removal being a 3 bed house, there was quite a bit to move and the company knew this. The day of the moves arrives and shock horror they send a small Luton van. Now here is where the con comes in. Your back is up against the wall and you have no alternative. The owner of Relocate removals call you and says there is nothing he can do. Bill the unprofessional con artist then suggest getting another vehicle at additional cost to you. You have no other choice but to agree. So your reasonable removal costs are now almost doubled. If you are unfortunate and can't stump up the money extra money, you're stuffed!
So in a nut shell these Essex wide boys will have you over in one way or another. Do not be seduced by their leaflets they drop around to every house displaying a sale board. Do not use them!
They will send removal men who claim to also be victims of their boss and will side with you as part of the act. I fell for it out of desperation. You can't blame the removal guys as the rot starts with the director of Locate Removals.

Hope this helps someone out there. I just now hope after they read my review, this firm don't send some one round to break my legs.

Relocate Removals were great.  Dealings with the office before removal could not be faulted.  The removal van turned up on time (in fact, a few minutes early) and, on a day with temperatures of 27 degrees, the men worked quickly, efficiently and with good humour and thoughtfulness.  All items were packed without problems and no item was broken on arrival.  Parking at the new address was not easy but they managed, somewhow, to manouver the van so that they could unpack without too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The company was flexible with the uncertainty around our removal date; we made a last minute booking with them and they equalled the quotes we already had. We had the full packing service which was done excellently and made the move the next day absolutely painless. We were stressed so the friendly calm nature of the removal men helped us. They were patient whilst we waited for the keys at the new house. They moved the stuff in and managed the heavy items without problems. Everything went without hitch and according to plan. No nasty surprises. I would use them again without hesitation.
